Bienvenue dans notre magnifique Penthouse 2/2 (La Palapa # 703) situé au-dessus du très distingué restaurant La Palapa, sur le sable de Playa de los Muertos, au cœur de la Zona Romantica. Notre unité comprend une vue panoramique imprenable sur la plage et la baie de Banderas, la climatisation dans toutes les chambres, le wifi gratuit, une télévision par câble à écran plat dans le salon, un canapé-lit en LR, une cuisine entièrement équipée, des draps et des serviettes de haute qualité, de l'eau filtrée, dans un bâtiment de conciergerie, en plein cœur de la plus belle région de Puerto Vallarta ensoleillée. Profitez d'une cuisine raffinée en bas et prenez littéralement l'ascenseur jusqu'au sable et trouvez une grande chaise de plage pour vous allonger et profiter des brises tropicales et des eaux chaudes de la baie de Banderas. Ou faites quelques pas sur le toit depuis notre penthouse et profitez d'un plongeon dans la piscine avec vue panoramique sur la ville. Great Place

Great place to stay! Perfect location to everything with a view of the entire bay from the balcony. What more can you ask for? I will definitely try to book it for next year!!

Even better than the pictures!

We recently stayed in the Penthouse and this property over delivered in every way. The view is even more spectacular in person. The condo is very tastefully decorated and has every thing you will need for your stay. The building is spotless, and very secure. As an added bonus is it is located above one of the best restaurants in P.V. and is situated to have the most stunning view of the bay. This will be a "go to" for every trip. Can't recommend it highly enough.

complete in every way

Impeccable in every respect ! You just cannot beat the location, amenities, views and choice of restaurants that this condo location has to offer. The condo is very comfortable for 4 and is very well maintained. We spent many of our evenings soaking in the amazing sunsets and sipping our favourite wine/tequila. The building is very secure with the condo complex itself very clean and self sufficient. Highly recommended. Should you stay here dont forget to visit the juice ladies half block to the right and the mercado muncipial !

Home away from home + Incredible view and everything you could want in walking distance.

We are frequent visitors to wonderful PV. La Palapa is our favorite and can't say enough about this beautiful and comfortable condo. We love the Romantica Zone and here you are front and center on the most spectacular view, and all the fun happenings. Our friend mentioned more than once the welcoming ocean breeze and view when we returned from an outing. We just spent two weeks in this special place. It was a 65 birthday and first time in Mexico for one of us. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect place for our time together. Owners were very responsive to suggestions for the kitchen as we love to cook. Does sound crazy with all the wonderful restaurants within walking distance, but cooking and sharing recipes is part of our bonding time together, as we live far apart. Can't wait to come back again!

AMAZING!!!!

What a wonderful Condo. Before we even walked through the gate to the condo and saw the view we were blown away. What a truly magnificent place to stay. Beautiful condo with everything you need, phenomenal views and amazing location. We really enjoyed having La Palapa right down stairs, we were able to enjoy our meal whileour 5 and 3 year old boys played in the sand. We broke up our stay into 2 parts, the condo and then an All Inclusive with Kids Club to have a little break, we missed the condo almost immediately and wish we had chosen to stay their the entire trip. Allen was fantastic in getting back to me promptly and answering any questions we had. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us :-)

Beautiful View!

This year marked our 13th visit to Puerto Vallarta. We have stayed in many great condos in Zona Romantica, but without a doubt this condo had the best view. We loved eating our meals on the patio overlooking the ocean. Watching the activity in the area was great entertainment and the sunsets were spectacular. The condo itself was extremely comfortable and felt like our home away from home very quickly. Martha, our housekeeper, was amazing and very warm and friendly. In fact, every staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly. One of the reasons we chose this condo (other than its great location) was the elevator. We were especially grateful for the elevator when we returned from shopping at Mega and had bags of groceries to take to our condo. The gentleman at the front desk also assisted us with getting everything up to our "home." What a nice gesture! We were so impressed with the condo and the staff at La Palapa that we have already made our reservation for next year.

A Little Piece of Paradise!

Let me start by saying RENT THIS CONDO, it is lovely and you won't be disappointed! If you have never rented thru VRBO and are uncertain about how the condo actually looks as compared to the pictures...it looks the same, it is well done, tastefully decorated and in keeping with the Mexican charm we love so much. We have been coming to PV for 30 years and everytime we come we love it even more. LaPalapa is an excellent location, right on the beach in the heart of Old Town....the BEST area of PV, close to all the fun but far enough so you are not in the thick of it. You never have to take a cab because you can walk to everything, which is a good way to get rid of the extra pounds you will inevitably gain from all the great food you will eat. There is a market just down the street to pick up cold beer, great fresh guak and salsa...OMG, soooo good:) Did I mention the pool??? Well it's on the roof, quiet, constant breeze, killer view and away from the vendors on the beach...it couldn't be nicer. Everything out your door! Great views, just like photos, stocked kitchen, powerful a/c, and amazingly quiet and relaxing. Don’t miss breakfast in the sand at La Palapa right downstairs.

It just doesn’t get any better

This was my 20th year staying in LaPalapa Condos. I’ve stayed in several different units including 703. But, since Allen and Stewart bought and renovated this unit, there is no place else I want to stay. New kitchen, bathrooms, air conditioning, furniture and the artwork!! In a word, “Perfect”.

Best Warm Weather Property We've Ever Stayed at!

My husband, mother, and I spent 10 nights here over Christmas and New Years - it was a perfect rental, perfectly situated, and in a fantastic city! First the practical aspects - my mother has mobility issues so the elevator and the walk-in showers were perfect for her, plus the easy access to the beach, several nearby restaurants, and shops made her able to be a part of things. Next, the condo is lovely, exactly as pictured. It was recently renovated so everything is stylish, new, & in great condition. The balcony affords a gorgeous view of the beach and nearby beach restaurants, as well as the magnificent sunsets. We had coffee there every morning & cocktails every evening. You can see the bay from almost all the rooms. Another aspect we loved - the staff. The cleaning woman was super nice & did a fantastic job. We've stayed in many VRBO properties & having daily maid service is a luxury! We also really enjoyed the front desk / concierge staff who are there 24/7. They were there to answer questions, bring up new big bottled water jugs, relay any issues to maintenance (we had none), make recommendations and even just to chat about Puerto Vallarta. ALL the staff we met at La Palapa condos were so genuinely nice and interested in making sure you had a great time and had everything you needed. Next wonderful aspect - La Palapa beach & restaurant. Wow, is all I have to say. Our first experience was renting loungers on the beach and ordering lunch to our chairs (which we thoroughly enjoyed & repeated many times). We then discovered they make the BEST margaritas we've have ever had (we loved the regular margarita w/ reposado and "skinny" ie. no mixers). The guys working the beach loungers were amazing - remembered you from day to day, adjusted your umbrella, your chair, delivered your food & margaritas quickly. I can't say enough about how wonderful they made our beach experience. We had dinner at La Palapa on Christmas Eve at a beach table - everything we ordered was unique (ie. not boring), beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious! We also joined them for New Year's Eve dinner. It was not cheap ($200 pp), but the food was amazing, the staff super, the DJ & dance floor fun, drinks free flowing (those margaritas I mentioned). Probably the most fun NYE we've ever had. We LOVED Puerto Vallarta. A charming, welcoming, safe, diverse & comfortable city! We will be back & we hope to stay at this FANTASTIC property.

Great Location

Property is super clean and comfortable and the location could not be better. Roof top pool is surprisingly warm and a great place to meet fellow travellers or relax in peace and quiet.

Everything was perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. I've never stayed in this room before but I've stayed at this location many times, it is definitely one of my favorite places to stay!!

Beautiful apt on Playa de Los Muertos

We had an absolutely outstanding holiday. Our hosts were very responsive to our inquiries throughout our stay. The building is super safe and the condo is only 1 flight up to the pool. The view from this apt is amazing. We love staying in this building and would definitely return to this apt! Thank you to our hosts!

Absolutely AMAZING!

What a wonderful experience it was to stay in the is unit! It was lovely. The condo was a good size and very nicely appointed. The location was great. First of all it had a beautiful ocean view on a very nice sized patio/balcony. The La Palapa Condos are close to so many things. Restaurants and entertainment within walking distance, including the Malacon! Any where else we wanted to go (the Marina one day) was just a short cab or Uber ride away. Pool on the roof was excellent, and all the people we met there were wonderful. The La Palapa restaurant was INCREDIBLE. Breakfast was our favorite, and the staff was impeccable! Dealing with Mr. Bell, one of the owners was easy and he was very helpful prior to the trip. I cannot say enough!!! I plan on staying in this unit again. Thank You Thank You Thank You...for the best time I have ever had in Puerto Vallarta!! (I have stayed in PV on two other occasions)

Perfect Location !! Amazing Host !! We will Return...

We Stayed here 2 weeks. A Week before Hurricane Wila and the week during. This Condo is a Pretty Mexican Style 2 bedroom 2 washroom Full Fridge and a fully stocked to Cook inside kitchen. On the Ocean Absolutely the most Beautiful Sunsets unobstructed Views ..Penthouse!! Absolutely perfect spot to stay. A couple blocks and your on the Malencon Your Balcony is Covered, Fan, Lots Of Room and a Perfect View. Very Clean! Everyday Cleaing seemed too much.... But honestly ...Every day was Perfect!! Martha was a Total Gem . Anything you need...Martha took care of everything! Our Host Mr. Allen Bell !! Right here is a Very Generous Man ! He helped us out totally during Hurricane Wila !! He contacted Us and made sure We were safe and offered us FREE Accommodation Late Checkouts ... for our extended overnight stay! Think of this situation..... As all flights were Cancelled...All Hotels Full ...Airport Cancellations... This took a Very Large!! worry off our shoulders. Total Respect to You. I would also like to mention.... at This La Palapa Condo Building, we were Blessed and no one was hurt and No damage happened to the Building as far as we knew. The storm was over and clean up started overnight!! Big Thankyou for your kindness, Mr. Bell. Thankyou to front desk Group !! We felt safe and secure the entire time. They always helped out with all requests!! Definitely a Return Trip is in the Future! Blessings to All.

Great view, clean and beautiful unit, Allen was very helpful and quick to respond to any and all questions. Front desk staff always available and helpful! Right on the beach. AC worked great especially during the hot season ! Got to enjoy sunsets every day!

Perfect location and accommodation

The four of us enjoyed our condo and saw it as home for our week. The balcony overlooking Banderas Bay provided endless hours of enjoyment; the pool served as a cool-off spot each afternoon. Great staff at the entrance and housekeeper Marta managed our needs wonderfully.

We are a couple who met in Puerto Vallarta 20+ years ago and own a little slice of paradise, in one of the most beautiful buildings in the most charming area of Puerto Vallarta. We usually live in Los Angeles, but Puerto Vallarta is one of our homes away from home, and we are so happy to be sharing it with you.

The concierge building is completely safe and secure, with 24-hour on-site staff. The views are breathtaking and you are literally on the sand. Once you arrive at our unit, you do not need a car. Almost everything you could ever want including fine dining, great nightlife, beautiful beaches, charming cobblestoned streets all surround you.

Our building houses the famous La Palapa Restaurant; considered one of the most distinguished restaurants in all of Mexico and internationally. The food and service are amazing. The penthouse is large and welcoming, with a great living area including a large outdoor patio which is fabulous for dining out under the sun and the moon. Or for enjoying a south-of-the-border cocktail before heading out for dinner at one of the excellent restaurants in town.
