Fortunately, 99% of our guests are respectful and take care of our property, so these rules are primarily directed at that small percentage of people who may not be familiar with how vacation rental apartments work.
Please do not hang clothes or towels on the terrace.
Trash: Do not leave trash bags in the hallways or outside the apartment, as this will result in fines from the resort. We will send you instructions for proper disposal of trash.
Guests and gatherings: Guests, visits, parties, or gatherings are not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is also not allowed inside. If you detect the smell of smoke, an extra charge of $250 USD will apply.
By resort rule you must wear the bracelet that will be given to you upon arrival, it costs $10 pesos.
Pets: Certain pets may be allowed, but you must consult us in advance. Depending on the rules of the complex and the owner, additional fees for special cleaning for pets may apply.
Additional guests: If you plan to bring additional guests, please consult us in advance, as this generates an extra cost per guest, we provide an extra mattress and linen kit.

Environment: Remember that Puerto Vallarta is a growing city, which may involve construction work nearby, or restaurants and bars that generate some noise. Our prices already reflect any potential inconvenience related to this.

Electricity usage: The apartment price includes 25 kWh of electricity per day. If you make responsible use of the air conditioning—only turning it on with doors and windows closed, and turning it off when leaving—you will likely not incur additional charges. Each excess kWh will be charged at $7.95 MXN at the end of your stay. Please note that electricity is very expensive in Mexico and the use of air conditioning is a luxury for most residents.
Safety deposit box: The safe is delivered unlocked and must remain unlocked when you leave the apartment. If you leave it blocked, a $100 USD charge will apply.
Internet: Internet service is provided by the Mexican company IZZI TELECOM, and although it is one of the best local providers, we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted service. For this reason, we do not accept claims for service failures, and accommodation prices have already been adjusted to reflect this situation.
Check-in and check-out at times outside of those indicated are subject to availability and for an extra cost.
Transportation: We offer transportation services from the airport to the apartment, both one-way and roundtrip. Do not hesitate to ask about these additional services.

You must avoid talking loudly or making noise while transiting through the common areas (hallways and stairs).
Pets are not allowed without prior consent. Pets may be allowed and a fee may apply.
Parties are not permitted.

IMPORTANT POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS AND DATE CHANGES

Your reservation is at your own risk in the event of travel restrictions or other events (both personal and public) that may impact your stay dates. Please note that the Host does not offer refunds or date changes for travel restrictions, personal events, emergencies, natural disasters (hurricanes, earthquakes), or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please only book if you are 100% sure of your dates. There is no flexibility for changes under any circumstances.

Our cancellation policy is strict. Please check the Airbnb cancellation section for exact terms. Please note that the Host will not make exceptions or additional refunds outside of what is stipulated by the platform.

The Host is not responsible for refunds for unused nights, trip interruptions, or any other reason.

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in any eventuality.

DURING YOUR STAY

One set of towels is provided per person.

We do not provide extra towels, even for long stays. If you need more we will gladly provide them for you at an additional cost.

You may wash the towels provided, but they must not be mixed with other cloths or used to clean kitchen or floors. If they are damaged or stained, the cost of replacement will be charged through the platform.
A washing machine and clothes dryer have been installed in the unit for your exclusive use.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In case of non-compliance, a fine of $250 USD will be applied without exceptions.

ELECTRICITY POLICY

The rate includes 25 kWh per day, sufficient for normal use if the air conditioning does not remain on 24/7.

If the limit is exceeded, the additional consumption will be charged without extra charge, but without exception.

IMPORTANT

Failure to comply with any rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without refund.

We are not responsible for noise or disturbances due to nearby constructions. We have no control over them and we do not offer compensation for this reason.
The water and internet service belong to companies outside of us, therefore any failure in these services or others in the apartment will not be cause for reimbursement since these services are not included in our rates.
