A house-style apartment with a large garden and its own covered barbecue for up to 10 people. Spacious, comfortable and very complete in the best location near the Manantiales shopping center. With direct entrance to the beach from the garden. One of the most beautiful beaches in the entire east, a few meters walk from the famous Bikini beach. The complex is one of a kind, with a spectacular green park, super secure with 24-hour security personnel.

Comfortable living room with access to a large covered terrace for exclusive use with barbecue, outdoor dining table and outdoor living room. It has 4 bedrooms, master suite, two bedrooms that share a bathroom and service bedroom with bathroom.

Complex has a large swimming pool with solarium and sun loungers. In addition, there is a huge park of grass and palm trees with direct access to the beach and ocean. It has a wooden deck path for easy access to the beach.

The water heater works like a water heater: it stores a certain amount of water that it keeps warm by means of a heating element. Depending on the size of the equipment, the hot water available can be enough for:
