The space:
Turtle Grove is your ultimate retreat near the gorgeous white sand beaches of Okaloosa
Island. This modern and comfy getaway will leave you in awe with its carefully picked
amenity list both inside and out! Included is a beach kit: chairs, cooler, wagon, beach
towels, boogie boards, and more for all of your beach adventures. When you decide to
stay in, enjoy lounging pool side or under the covered patio with comfy seating and fire
pit. 

Please note: Our neighbors have chickens and roosters. The roosters will sing to you in
the morning to let you know when the sun is up. The roosters can be heard from our
home. Occasionally, a chicken will escape their coupe and visit our yard. Please do not
chase the chickens, but allow them to find their way back home.

For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the entry and driveway of our
home is monitored by security device. 

Noise Monitoring:
We have noise monitoring in the living room. This is to ensure that the volume inside the
house does not reach a level that would upset our awesome neighbors. The device can
only monitor noise levels, it is not capable of recording audio. 

No Party and No Smoking 
No parties or events allowed. No marijuana or illegal drug use allowed.

Quiet hours are
between 10:00PM and 8:00AM (enforced by the city).
 
Smoking/Vaping is not permitted. Violation of this rule will result in additional fees.

We love our fur friends but pets are not allowed at our home. For service animals,
please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate.
