This property features a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Main House and a private 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom ADU (Guest House), offering the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and flexibility. Ideal for families, friends, or business travelers, this setup ensures plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay.

Enjoy modern comforts, a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living areas, along with fantastic shared outdoor amenities like a heated cocktail pool and fire pit lounge. Best of all, you’ll have exclusive access to your own private rooftop terrace, complete with a BBQ grill and seating for six—perfect for dining under the stars!
We provide gas/propane for the grills, but if a refill is needed during your stay, it will be the guest’s responsibility.

◉The living area is bright and welcoming, with a cozy sectional, a large smart TV, and a stylish fireplace. Sliding glass doors let in plenty of natural light and open up to the backyard, making it easy to enjoy indoor-outdoor living. Whether you're whipping up a meal, relaxing on the couch, or taking in the view, this space is made to feel like home.
Please note there are about 15 steps leading to the 2nd floor and another 15 steps leading to the rooftop.

For added privacy and convenience, the ADU is a fully equipped 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom guest house with its own living space, kitchen, and private rooftop.

◉ Living Room – Comfortable seating with Smart TV

◉ Private Rooftop Terrace – Accessible via a spiral staircase (about 15 steps), featuring a BBQ grill and seating area
This setup provides the perfect blend of togetherness and privacy, making your stay in LA as comfortable as possible!
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the property, including:
◉Main House (4BR/3BA) – Spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer, and a private rooftop terrace with seating & BBQ grill.
◉ADU (1BR/1BA) – Private entrance, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, in-unit washer & dryer, and a private rooftop terrace with a BBQ grill & seating.
◉Outdoor Amenities – Heated cocktail pool and fire pit lounge (shared between Main House and ADU).
◉Parking – 2 driveway spots + street parking (Be sure to read street signs at all times to avoid tickets or towing).
◉Self-check-in with a smart lock for easy access.
◉ The garage is unavailable for guest use.
Cocktail pool heating is available for $75 per night and must be paid in advance. If you'd like the pool heated during your stay, please let us know at least 4 days in advance so we can arrange it for you.

𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: Our property is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and any violation will result in a $1,000 penalty.
If guests choose to smoke, we ask that they do so outside at a safe distance from the property and properly dispose of all cigarette butts. Any evidence of indoor smoking or cigarette butts left on the ground within the property premises may result in a $1,000 fee to cover the necessary cleaning and odor removal measures. This policy will be strictly enforced.
𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐬: For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed. A $1,000 penalty will be applied for any unapproved pets.
