Bienvenue à votre Windham Retreat! Profitez d'un accès incroyablement facile à certaines des meilleures pistes de ski à New York. Cette maison a tous les extras et les finitions qui feront de vos vacances grand, et il est seulement à quelques pas de Lower Wipeout.

Au niveau principal, la cuisine récemment rénové dispose d'armoires sur mesure, beaux comptoirs en granit et tous les ustensiles et les extras que vous pourriez souhaiter. Il y a planchers de bois franc dans toute la maison. Le bar du petit déjeuner peut accueillir facilement 4 et la table à manger sièges 10 et étend à 12 pour plus afin que vous puissiez tous profiter du temps de repas ensemble.

Le salon est ouvert à la cuisine et salle à manger dans ce plan le concept d'étage ouvert. Profitez de la coupe en cuir confortable et se détendre et regarder des films sur l'un des deux téléviseurs intelligents. Si vous voulez vraiment obtenir confortable, se détendre par un joli bois chaud feu brûlant à l'étage ou le feu de gaz à l'étage inférieur. Il y a de grandes terrasses hors du niveau principal et le niveau inférieur. Il y a des bancs et des chaises Adirondack pour vous asseoir confortablement avec une vue spectaculaire de la ville et les montagnes environnantes. Profitez du sauna extérieur et un bain à remous!

Le niveau principal a une demi-salle de bains. Il y a aussi une grande salle de ski qui est la première salle que vous entrez à venir dans la porte d'entrée. Il est chauffé et dispose de nombreux porte-skis, porte-manteaux, et cubbies pour votre bottes, casques, etc. Deux suites de maître en vedette bains privative et le niveau inférieur dispose de deux chambres, chacune avec deux lits superposés. Le niveau inférieur dispose également d'un canapé gigogne.

Great Windham home!

Head a great extended stay at this great Windham home. Matt is a great host, was super responsive and very helpful. Hot tub and sauna was a hit and everything in the house was stocked well. We were a party of two families and the property worked great for us. Great views and plenty of space! Will be renting again.

Wonderful ski house for family and friends!

We rented the house for a ski weekend with another family and had ample room for all of us (4 adults, 5 kids). The house is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The proximity to the hill was key for skiing with young kids and the kids loved playing in the snow in the large backyard. The hot tub and sauna were also amazing after full days on the slopes! Matt was also a very accommodating and responsive host. We loved our stay and are already talking about planning a trip back!

Great mountain retreat

Great property. Not too bad of a hike to the trails. Easy on and off. The pictures don't do the house justice. It is a very nice place. And worth the high price. Matt is great and very communicative. We had one issue that was resolved in a matter of hours. Would and probably will rent here again.

Great memories for our family and friends!

We stayed at this property for the holiday week in December, with 2 families including 6 kids. The bedroom layout was perfect and the extra den on the bottom floor was excellent for the kids, while the main living room with fireplace was very relaxing for adults to reconnect without any TV . The kitchen was modern and well equipped, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Matt was very responsive to a minor issue we had after check in and had it resolved quickly. Our families will remember this trip for a long time!

Great ski house walkable to slopes

Easy check in and owner was very responsive to any questions. House was clean and comfortable. 2 bunk rooms were ideal for families with several kids. Nice that they also get their own TV room space. Everything was great, especially the hot tub and sauna! Big dining table was also nice for all of us to gather and eat together, easily seating 12. Only minor negative (and it really wasn’t a big deal) was that the living room was a little tight and the leather sectional could only seat 4-5 comfortably, but we made it work with other chairs. Location to slopes was a 5 min walk down steps behind house and then about 100 years down the road. Very doable. All in all an ideal place for a ski weekend.

Fantastic location

The house is a short walk to the mountain and an easy entrance point to the trail as the bridge area is relatively flat. The house is very spacious and arranged with two bunk rooms and a den downstairs, Queen master, living room, dining area and kitchen on the first floor and King master and loft upstairs. There is lots of space for a large party for eating and 3 full and 1 half bathroom so more than enough showers for everyone. The house was stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen and the master bedrooms and bathrooms in particular were very spacious. We were lucky enough to get a small snowfall, and the boys enjoyed making forts and having a snowball fight on the lawned area in the back of the house. We didn't need to use the bedrooms downstairs, but we couldn't figure out how to heat those rooms which had base boards and didn't seem to be well served by the central heat. There is a nice gas fire in the den area but the heat didn't really travel to the bedrooms. The only other issue is there was dust on the stairs and on the floor downstairs and the hot tub could definitely use a water change; there was a film of dirt in it, so I marked a star down for cleanliness for these reasons. It's a fantastic choice for easy access to the mountain and we would definitely stay again.

House is clean and nice but...

The house is clean and nice enough however two complaints. The primary issue was inadequate water pressure. The upstairs shower literally shut off completely two minutes in every day- just enough time to lather up some shampoo lol. It required you to exit the shower in a towel and wait about 10 minutes before trying again to get another two minute burst. Just not really acceptable for the couple sharing the master bedroom and the price. It was not a hot water issue. Not even the sinks could be turned on for cold water in that bathroom after a couple minute shower. The house is also listed and “ski on and off”. But be prepared to walk. It was about 100 yards to slopes. Not horrible but a pain with kids who can’t carry all their stuff. Shower issue to me will prevent me from renting this place again.

Beautiful house and location

We loved the house!! House was just as listed …loved the two bunk rooms for the kids The kitchen was well equipped and the huge table was great! House was clean and well supplied with towels blankets and sheets. Loved having two separate living rooms so the kids could go down stairs while the adults visited upstairs..Communication was quick Matt reached out to make sure we got in and settled..can’t wait to stay again! Perfect house for our family! Thanks Matt!

Fabulous family get away

The description of the house is accurate. Four bedrooms: one upstairs, one on first floor off of the living room, and two bunk rooms on lower level. Three full baths and one half. The hot tub and sauna are refreshing after a day of skiing. The house is only a short walk down the road to get directly onto Windham Ski Mountain. Perfect for people to take a midday break and then get back on mountain without much fuss. The owner was available for questions both before and during our stay. Kitchen had most necessary items for cooking. Washer and dryer if needed for clothes. Loved the front entranceway for skiing equipment. There was plenty of wood for building a fire. Lovely wrap around porch with a view of the mountain. Driveway that held three cars comfortably. There were some family games which even my adult children enjoyed. We had read that the TV was hard to use so we brought a computer with a cable to attach to TV. Overall, everyone had a wonderful time.

Family vacation for birthday weekend

Our family celebrated my husbands 30th birthday with a weekend away in the mountains. This house was everything we needed to enjoy a fun, family friendly weekend on the slopes. It is a short walk to a ski on run which gives you direct access to the mountain. If you are looking for a rental for a great ski getaway this is your place! Matt was super responsive and made check in and out seamless. I would recommend!!!

Overall things were great. Could have had more heat in the bedroom and its connected bathroom off the kitchen. Although both rooms were cold, the bathroom was the coldest. Need to upgrade the non-stick frying pans in the kitchen, they are showing their age. Also, Kitchen knives could be sharpened. Minor point, it would be nice to have Kleenex boxes around the house. Loved the Hot Tub and Sauna. Fireplace was wonderful also.

Amazing ski property!

We just returned from a two-week stay at this house and couldn't have been happier with everything! The house was amazing with plenty of space for 10 adults, and Matt could not have been a more gracious or responsive host. It was a very short walk to the slopes (downhill both ways - very important with all the ski gear on!) and also a quick drive into town. The only suggestion I'll give is if you're big TV watchers, I would recommend bringing your own Apple TV/Firestick/Roku - there are 2 Smart TVs that do work but sometimes we had some issues, but this is SO minor in comparison to the beauty and convenience of the property. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a Windham getaway!

We absolutely loved this home. So beautiful and very clean. Hot tub and sauna was a huge hit! Location on the mountain was amazing. Owners responded quickly and ensured our stay was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay!!

Matt and his family have a beautiful house on the top of the mountains. Beyond relaxing on the property with breathtaking views. Matt was a pleasure to interact with and very responsive to any questions we had. The house itself was clean and spacious and had comfortable living area. The only downside was our week ended and we had to come back to reality! Definitely recommend this house/ Matt without reservation.

Wonderful country weekend.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this property. The pictures don't do the house justice. It's spacious with a deck on two levels and two huge master bedrooms. The views are amazing. There's not much to do in the area in the summer but we did find a nearby park and we went to North-South Lake, which in the warm summer months has a nice swimming area. The check in process was a breeze and Matt, the owner is very responsive. The only issue we had during the weekend is that if someone is showering on one level, there's no water in the bathrooms or the kitchen sink in the other levels. This did not affect us enjoying our weekend but it is something you need to plan around when you're staying with a group.

Beautiful home and great location for skiing

The house is amazing, clean and beautiful and a lot bigger than it appears in the photos. Very close to the slopes so you can ski in / ski out which makes it even better. The owners of the house make the experience very easy aswell, very friendly and accessible and will help with anything you need. It was an incredible stay. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Gorgeous home, great location...

A perfect luxury ski weekend! We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful home with the perfect setup and amenities for a fun-filled family ski weekend. Matt, the owner, was the consummate host - readily available at all times for any questions and super helpful in coordinating the details on our behalf. We will rent this house again for years to come if we are lucky enough.
