Spacieux 4BR 3BA Villa avec piscine privée & Spa avec vue sur la zone de conservation de la vie privée.
Cette belle villa a une ouverte, spacieuse laïcs avec une cuisine entièrement équipée et salle à manger décontractée sur un côté et salon et salle à manger formelle de l'autre. Sortie sur votre terrasse de la piscine partiellement couverte privée par des portes françaises directement à partir de la zone de vie. La piscine et Spa (chaleur de gaz) donne sur la zone de conservation offrant intimité.
Les chambres sont les suivantes:

Home away from home

We cannot wait to come back! This home felt like being AT home. So comfortable both in beds and couch, big kitchen area, and relaxing outdoor area with gorgeous pool. Hosts were great with communication and accommodations. Highly recommend!

Great Location and Wonderful Host

Everything was perfect for our stay. Except the hot tub didn’t work and there was some screen missing. So it got a little buggy. Overall a very nice place.

Mark was an awesome host. The house was great. Only downside was the weather. It was freezing and the pool heater was being repaired.

home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a family trip to both Disneyworld and Universal Studios. The proximity to Disneyworld was great, though a little far if only going to Universal studios. There was a walmart nearby as well so stocking up the house was very easy and helped us be able to pack our own food and snacks for the parks which saved a lot of time for rides and fun instead of standing in line to buy food. We highly recommend having your own vehicle, florida is not easy to get around without a personal vehicle. The instructions for staying at the house were very clear, and we enjoyed having a common space to unwind in at the end of each day.

Great location!!

Well maintained, beautiful home. Property manager very easy to get a hold of, if needed. Close to alot of stores for shopping. Also alot of restaurant near as well.

A wonderful stay

We recently traveled to the area for a short family vacation and stayed at this property. Check-in/out was a breeze, Mark was always available if we had a question, the location was perfect for spending the day at the Disney parks, and the property was very comfortable and clean. The kids loved the pool and everyone had a great stay. We will definitely stay again the next time we find ourselves in the area!

Happy visitors

The house was beautiful. We did have a few hicups to come alone the way but the communication between myself and the property manager was amazing. The handyman was excellent and came in a timely manner and helped us out a lot. The house was clean and they had everything to make you feel like you're at home even when on vacation. We did have a few little uninvited guests but that to be expected in Florida. My only problem was whom ever stayed before us did not take down the 2 trash bins to be picked up on that Thursday morning before we arrived. But the property manager and the handyman was great with letting us know what to do with our trash. We will return

Almost perfect

The house was great. But we were disappointed that the hot tub did not work. The jets did not work. And the furniture is worn out and unconfirtable. Other than that the house was great. Perfect size. 3 bathrooms were great. One shower did not drain. House spacious. Great pool area. Host was super responsive and accommodating. Overall great rental unless you really want the hot tub. Great location. Easy check in and easy check out process. Definitely worth the price.

Was a Little Less than expected!

The home itself was nice…..the neighborhood didn’t match what was inside the home! EVERYTHING was from the 80’s/90s….. The tubs weren’t clean. There are very specific house rules….didnt feel like a vacation with all of the cleaning we had to do even though we were charged over $200 for a cleaning fee. There was no cleaning products nor any washcloths! Luckily there was a Walmart close by. I was disappointed at the cleanliness of the home to say the least.

Has just enough of what we needed. Pool, space, and location. Peace of mind and privacy. Didnt need too much giving we wasnt going to stay in the house all day. We was out and about almost everyday. Pool was great also

Peaceful and relaxing

We enjoyed the house and found it to be calming after the business of the parks. The pictures do not do the house justice. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook. Safe neighborhood that was quiet but 10 minutes from Walmart and restaurants. 15 minutes to Disney. Other posts mention the pool being dirty, it wasn’t at all. The person who cleaned did a great job, you could still see the lines from the vacuum. Good communication as well. We will be back.

House was adequate for our stat. Pool and lanai area was very dirty. Landscaping was dead and shriveled. TV’s didn’t work as expected. The house was great as far as set up, but the furniture and master bed was extremely uncomfortable. Would maybe stay here again in a pinch, but would look for other options

Nice location. It was a little dated on the inside. Wish the pool lights would have worked, we would haved like to sit by the pool and swim later, but got dark. Also, dirty clothes left in dresser drawers.

Challenges during our stay

When we arrived at the house on Thursday, the pool was half full with a hose in it and we did not have any cable service. I reached out for assistance and received a message stating they would look into it. After a couple of attempts to connect over the weekend (each time I called the number provided, I was forwarded to voicemail), I had not received any updates until Monday when I had to reach out again to ask for one. They responded they did not have the pool tech's schedule so they were not sure when they would be able to look at the pool. The cable was restored by Monday but the pool was not filled until Tuesday. I asked them to heat it for us, which they agreed. When they turned the heater on, it would not heat beyond 77 degrees so the pool tech had to come out again. In the meantime, the pool kept losing water daily, so I was filling the pool each day. Needless to say, the water was not 77 degrees even though the heater was on. Finally, the pool tech came back and the pool was heated by Friday before we left on Saturday. Unfortunately, we never felt like a priority during our stay, in fact, because I had to reach out several times for updates, we felt as though we were a bother. To be fair, we were issued a $200 refund but I didn't feel that was enough. My last message requesting an additional $150 was left unanswered. I gave three stars because the house was comfortable, we did receive a partial refund, and were permitted a late check out.

Golf Trip Success

Went to Orlando to play golf with 3 buddies. Each had our own room and 3 bathrooms. Great experience and exactly as advertised. Would recommend and will stay again.

Awesome stay

The house was set up with all that we needed. The house had a “this is home” feel. All the information that we needed was on hand. The furniture was comfortable. Can not wait to stay here again.
