Experience a studio-style penthouse with all amenities for couples or families. Furnished with a king bed, full kitchen, and sofa bed, plus access to gym, pool, and coworking space. Minutes from vibrant downtown, perfect for exploring nightlife and local dining.
The space
The penthouse strikes a perfect balance between comfort and entertainment, with top-notch facilities and a prime location close to the city's main attractions.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy full privacy, but I'll be available for any inquiries or needs they may have during their stay.
The Single 1 residential is located near downtown, offering access to a variety of restaurants, nightlife, and cultural activities. Additionally, the area is safe and easily accessible to tourist attractions.
Other things to note
Bar and restaurant services will be available starting February 2024.

-ELECTRICITY
The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the cost of energy based on consumption. The air conditioning is the equipment that consumes the most electricity
inside the apartment, in this sense we send a list of electricity consumption considering a normal use of said equipment:
• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.
• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.
• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.
We will require a cash deposit ranging from $50 to $200 upon arrival, depending on the number of nights booked.
-Daily cleaning service, Chef at home, Shopping list, Babysitter, Massages in the apartment, Special decoration, Transfers, Restaurant and event reservations-

-TRANSFER FROM AND TO THE AIRPORT.
The pick-up service at the airport has a cost of 45 dollars each way and if you want the round trip you will have a special price of 80 dollars.
