Villa Del Arco resort on “swimmable” Medano beach. Most every ELITE room has a new modern vibe with a pool, and or ocean view, looking out over Medano beach, Lands End and Cabo. Enjoy Baja sunrises over the Sea of Cortez and or sunsets behind the Pedregal mtn. Enjoy as the sun rises and Relax as the sun drops beyond the Pacific ocean and the city lights of Cabo San Lucas begin to glitter, while watching from the private balcony.
The 2 bdrm unit combines an ELITE Room with a One Bedroom Suite to give you three bathrooms, two walk-in showers, one bathtub and a whirlpool tub in the master bedroom. This is a perfect option for families or couples traveling together as the master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom features a choice of two queen-size beds or one king-size bed. There is also a queen-size Murphy bed in the living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and plenty of room to stretch out. Pool and or Ocean views can be enjoyed from your balcony at this Cabo San Lucas all-inclusive resort, allowing you to start your day with a hearty breakfast or a stroll down the beach.
NOTE: An all-inclusive meal plan option is available for guests. Everyone staying in the same suite must enroll in the plan and the resort requires that it’s a minimum of 3 consecutive days or more.
A Villa Group Concierge associate will reach out to you after we provide the guests contact information. The concierge associate will help schedule airport transportation for your arrival and departure times. Provide information and book any golf times, and other desired activities during your stay or even schedule a timeslot to visit the award winning 31,000 sq ft world class Desert Spa and fitness center.
Changes / Cancellations:
No penalty for changes made to reservation within 24 hrs of booking.
Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are subject to a $250 fee.
Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days of arrival will receive 50% refund
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival - no refund.
No fee for daily housekeeping and departure cleaning.
There is a small percentage fee added to your incidentals bill at check out for behind the scene employees. (It's a nice thing.)
