Very clean and had everything we needed!

Place was as described. Very clean and had everything we needed. The golf cart being included was a real help when taking items to the beach. Had a small issue with an alarm sensor but the SeaBreeze team responded quickly and fixed it. I Would recommend booking with them.

Great Stay!

We originally had a reservation at another property. The property was not going to be ready by our check in date due to the hurricanes. Connor called me and offered another property which was an upgrade with a golf cart. Sarah met my wife and I at the property and gave us a tour. The transition was seamless and we had a wonderful time with our daughters and their families. Thanks again for a great week.

Surfer's dream was just as described. Great stay. The pool was a hit and easy access to beach. The only reason I didn't give all 5 stars was several tvs had problems. The maintenance guy came out and one of the tvs he said needed to be replaced.

Wonderful Week

My family of 5 spent a wonderful week at Surfer's Dream in Holmes Beach! The home is lovely and very well-equipped. We really enjoyed the pool and the rooftop deck and the included golf cart was a great addition. The location is perfect - a very short stroll to the beach and convenient to the rest of the island. I cannot say enough about the SeaBreeze team - they are an absolute pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to rent from them again!

Peaceful Island Escape

Peaceful island escape was very nice with the exception of maintenance items that were not checked prior to our arrival. The pool pump had issues for 5 days until it was fixed. The television would not allow entry into the Spectrum app as indicated. It took 3 days to rectify this problem but the property services knew it had issues for over 4 days. Most everything was as indicated. Limited seating in great room. Couches have seen their days. Otherwise, it allowed for easy movement throughout the property. Plenty of HOT WATER! The added golf cart was very convenient, allowing us quick transportation around the island. Beautiful back yard and pool area. I wish that there was a bathroom on the ground floor for easy use by those using the pool. We did get out of the property for a while on Sunday 08/25/2024 to allow for a showing as the property is up for sale! I would recommend this property to my family and friends, hopefully the for mentioned items are routinely checked prior to any rental. Great Location!

Wonderful

This house is huge! Can sleep up to 18-20 people comfortably if needed (multiple families with kids would be perfect). We traveled with our two small children (3 and 5) and our parents, but we had MANY unused beds and one completely unused king bed with bathroom. The alarms on the doors leading to the pool were very comforting for a family with young children. The pool area and the location were the main reasons we booked this property, and we were not disappointed!!! The hot tub and covered drink area in the pool were great for our parents and the kids absolutely loved the shelf area in the pool. The pool is well maintained and has everything you need. We have been to Anna Maria before and stayed a little further from the beach (we always rent a golf cart), but you don’t HAVE to use a golf cart from this location as it is only about 9 houses from the beach access point. It made it easy to walk back and forth from house to beach if needed. We always use the golf cart to ride around the island and check out the different shops and restaurants/bars. The location of this house makes it easy and convenient to get to anywhere on the island. We had a few minor problems with the tvs and air conditioning, but the property manager always responded immediately and sent someone to fix the issue asap. We were extremely pleased with our experience, and would 100% stay at this location again next year!

Property was overall nice and in good condition. Honestly, over priced for the location. I will know that next time. We only had 5 folks. I suppose if you max out the number people staying, that could make the cost a bit more fair. Anna Maria Island overall is a great location.

We stayed at this property for four weeks. Forgive me if I sound picky as I’m not usually. There are some things that larger families should be aware of prior to booking this property. There are plenty of spaces to sleep, however, there is no where for a family to gather in any social setting within the house. The two love seats are small and could fit three people maximum on each one. We are very small people. There are stools at the counter which completely crowd the area. The pool area has a very small deck area and then gravel. This makes it very annoying to walk around the pool. There is a super uncomfortable table downstairs by the pool area as well as a television; however, I’m not sure who would watch it without a comfortable place for other family members to sit. Multi generations should not stay here as it is not family friendly. The house goes up and feels super cramped. They have a cute room in the basement area for kids; but no television on the wall; plus it goes out directly to the pool, so I wouldn’t allow smaller unsupervised children to hang out there. There are several balconies, but again, they barely fit two chairs and not enough space to gather more than a few people. I just wanted people to be aware of the space issues for families. The kitchen is decent. The refrigerator is super small for a house this size and with all the the sleeping that they say can stay there. If you plan on cooking or having cold drinks as well as fruit, eggs, milk, etc in the refrigerator; forget about it. An additional fridge in the basement would be helpful. Also; I had to purchase myself a vacuum for the trip and I brought it home. They don’t leave one in the house which I’ve never seen in a beach house. No vacuum, no good broom, no mop. With the sand coming in and out; it’s quite annoying. We also cook a lot because we are a family. We didn’t have a large stock pot for seafood or pasta. One small small casserole dish, zero cookie sheets, and no roasting Pan. The kitchen is seriously lacking the essentials for a beach house. The management company was great and very helpful. The house was clean and people enjoyed their own bedrooms with their own en-suite bath, however, the overall layout of this vacation rental plus the lack of essentials made it a little difficult.

Thanksgiving Holiday

We had a wonderful week in AMI. The home is in a great location. Close to the beach to walk and a short drive to shopping in AMI. Home is set up with everything you could possibly need. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. We didn’t have 1 issue the entire stay! We will definitely be back to this property.

Property is very nice, new and clean. The kitchen needs more bake ware for those who enjoy cooking, and the frig is a little small for the sleeping capacity of the home, otherwise it was perfect. I will come again.

Great vacation home in AMI!

We thoroughly loved staying at this property. It was huge and perfect for multiple families with kids. The house is close to the beach and has a beautiful view of the ocean from the rooftop. The kids loved the pool, the game room in the garage and the spacious loft space. The house could use a vacuum cleaner to get up all the sand that accumulates from a week at the beach but otherwise it was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

A great vacation spot for our family.

Super easy, new! Clean and perfect location on Anna Maria. Love the 4 en suite king bed bedrooms- no “fighting” over who gets the best room! The back yard offers plenty of shade from the Hot Florida sun and is equipped with comfy patio furniture. We cooked in and found everything we needed. The house is a short 5 minute walk to a very pretty, white sand beach. The roof deck is fab. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful but not as clean as it should have been - had ants.

For a $500+ cleaning fee we were expecting the property to be spotless. There was a serious ant problem in the kitchen. A small pack of ant gel was dropped off for us to put out, which only made the problem worse as it caused ants to come from god knows where. There were also ants in one of the bathrooms and a dead palmetto bug (or roach) behind some decor in the kitchen - along with crumbs, so we don't think they've been moved for cleaning. There were drip spots of some sort on the tile in one of the bedrooms (that came off easily with a wet paper towel) so we don't know how well the floors were mopped. The rug under the coffee table in the living room was COVERED in sand. It clearly had not been vacuumed or even shaken off.

Perfection! Such a great Group house

We were a group of 8, but wanted lots of room to spread out, and this house was perfect for that! The place is gorgeous and roomy, and the roof patio is so pretty! Such a close walk to the beach, and close to restaurants. But the pool was so lovely we barely left.

Perfect spring break!

Surfers Dream was the perfect vacation home for our family! The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The kids loved the pool and foosball table! The house itself was huge, beautifully decorated and spotless. We enjoyed the pool toys, beach chairs, beach cart and all those beach towels! This was our first trip to AMI and we definitely plan on returning and would love to stay at the Surfers Dream again!
