Amazing Condo!

I rented this place for a birthday getaway with friends and it was amazing!! Having the private pool was a definite bonus!! I have been to Cap Cana many times but this was the best trip yet. Make sure to go to Juanillo Beach while staying here as well. Looking forward to another trip soon!!

A very nice stay...

We had a very good stay while visiting friends in Punta Cana. The place is convenient to the airport and I would strongly recommend renting a car to enjoy the area. (Driving seemed safe.) The condo is as nice as it looks in the listing and Ricardo was very responsive and proactive with instructions. If you want to go all inclusive you can buy a day or a night pass for food, drink and such at the TRS Resort. Internet was the only issue, so plan to rent or use your phone phone as hot spot. The area is pretty quiet most evenings, so if you're looking for nightlife this is probably not your place, but the restaurants in the Marina were very good. We very much enjoyed Juanillo Beach, about ten minutes away. We will for sure try to stay here when we go back to visit our friends.

Fishing Village Cap Cana

We really enjoyed this views from this property, absolutely gorgeous! Ricardo was a wonderful resource pre-planning. Upon arrival, however we had some trouble with the restaurants and understanding which areas we had access too. I would recommend that you plan to either eat each meal at the house or get the all-inclusive AND be sure to make reservations every day for dinner. There are so many wonderful things to do and we are happy that we rented a car so that we could easily find our way to the excursions without relying on the shuttle service. The only negative is that the place, though very spacious and pretty, was a bit dirty--particularly the kitchen area.

Punta canta

This was my first time at Punta Canta. Check in was 3pm. I had trouble getting into the condo. I arrived to the property promptly at 5 pm . Keyless entry was broken and not functioning properly. And we could not get into the property. I tried to call the host but he claimed he was flying and could not call so we communicated via text. Someone from the condo had to climb through the Terrance and enter the condo and let us in from the inside . We were able to enter the condo after 9pm. The following morning the host did sent someone to fix the keyless entry, but the door still had some mechanical issues . In addition the shower and plumbing in the main master bedroom had clogging and plumbing issues. It gave a could smell sewer smell . There was odorous leaking from the drain into the master bedroom and we could not flush the toilet and the fouls odor disseminated throughout the house. The host never offered to have us stay at a different place but we stayed a at with foul sewer smell of leaking draining water

MY Two Day Stay!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this breathtaking Condo. It's spacious and had all the amenities we needed. I certainly recommend this to anyone looking for fine quality accommodations. The river pool, which is just steps outside, is gorgeous and relaxing. I will certainly be back to enjoy this place again!

Unbelievable tranquility and location

As good as these photos are they do not capture the essence of sitting out on the terrace or swimming in the pool as the sun sets on the marina. It's truly a beautiful spot to unwind and rest. The condo is very lovely with plenty of space for the family. A master bedroom looks out on to the marina and has access to the pool as well. The pool is only used by five condos and when we were there I think we had it to ourselves all seven days! Swim when you want to. Kick back and relax on the terrace. Hang out inside. Cook a good meal in a most adequate kitchen. This simply is a great getaway and one we look forward to doing again with our friends. Ricardo is excellent with his properties and you are in good hands with him - he has multiple properties so be sure to communicate what your need is and he will direct you to what you want. If I could give this experience 6 stars I would - amazing!

Relaxing and Private!

The property was absolutely perfect for our stay. Since the condo was an end unit, we had lots of privacy and a huge pool all to ourselves. We liked having the convenience of having the option for all-inclusive at our resort or the sister resort, which was actually directly next to the condo. As stated in the rental agreement, it is not the place for you if you like the nightlife of a resort, since except for Saturday and Sunday the place was quiet. The only reason that I didn't give this rental 5 stars is because the deposit was never posted in HomeAway, leaving us to believe that we had been swindled. After almost 40 minutes on the phone with HomeAway, we were told that they couldn't help us because there was no record of a deposit made. We had a record of the payment with PenPal, but the point of using HomeAway was to ensure that we had someone to turn to if there was any problem with the rental, especially since we were leaving the country! HomeAway told me that I was responsible for dealing directly with the property manager. Hum, thought that was the point of using HomeAway. In all fairness to Ricardo, he was extremely prompt in returning any and all emails, but this was a huge concern to us. Ricardo did eventually post the first payment on June 22, although we had paid it on April 3rd, and this was only after numerous emails, which he comment was too many. As for the final payment, that was never posted to HomeAway either, because I checked prior to writing this review and we returned 1 1/2 weeks ago. It still shows only 1 payment made and that the final payment, which we made to PenPal on June 22, is past due. Therefore, had we not received our security deposit back, we would have been on our own since HomeAway has no record of our second payment and had already told me to take it up with Ricardo. I get that our money was still protected by PenPal, but again I don't want to be the one making the calls if there is a problem.

Simply Amazing!

Words cannot describe how truly amazing this property is! From the stunning views, the beautiful private pool and the absolutely perfect condo! It was paradise. We took advantage of the all inclusive amenities with the hotel which were perfect. It is nice to have a choice of all of the different dining options and pool choices. The beach was small, but very nice and the resort staff was very pleasant. Ricardo did an excellent job coordinating our stay and was very easily available for any question we had. We highly recommend this property and will definately come back again!

Absolutely beautiful home in a beautiful resort

Absolutely beautiful property. The description was perfect - very nice size, plenty of room to stretch out and for each person to have their own space to step away. The property and the resort was very well maintained and very clean. While the property is technically separate from the resort, you can engage in some of the activities of your choice or enroll in the all inclusive amenities for all or part of your stay. We would definitely stay again.

Great property with outstanding service from owner

This is an amazing property with a private pool which make a whole new experience. There is also a 1 bedroom condo adjacent to this one. The manager provides outstanding service in coordinating transportation and addressing any need while the property is rented. The condos are furnished beautifully and include all needed appliances. A great option to explore Cap Cana / Punta Cana.

Gorgeous!

My husband and I have traveled to many places, and we agreed that Cap Cana is at the top of our most beautiful list. We were very pleased with how easy the rental process, key pick up and key drop off was with Ricardo. Ricardo was available to communicate with us throughout our entire stay if we had any questions. We stayed in a one bedroom unit that was beyond our expectations. The condo was in the perfect location with the perfect view. It was decorated beautifully and everything was very comfortable - we slept well! The pools and the beach area were immaculate and very private. We plan on returning later in the year with our three children in a larger unit.

Perfect, Relaxing, Secluded Location!!!

I came to the area for peace and quiet. I had a great time and really enjoyed my stay. I will surely contact Cap Cana rentals for advice or arrangements on my next stay in the Punta Cana area. My point of contact Ricardo was totally responsive, professional, and helpful from the initial contact and booking to the day I left. He checked in on me to make sure everything was going as planned. I've used HomeAway before and some owners and property managers don't respond in a timely manner which made me look elsewhere. Ricardo was always available, responsive, and clear about what was being offered. My stay was very enjoyable. I have noted a few pros and cons about the stay. Pros: ‱Responsive customer service... It was important to me to have a level of trust when dealing with money. I totally trust Cap Cana with the transactions and arrangement we made. ‱Very elegant property - The pictures don't do the property any justice. The owner has put a lot of effort into the decoration of the condo. There is a huge furnished patio to entertain or just relax... And the view of the marina is gorgeous ‱Clean - The condo was spotless when I arrived. ‱quiet and family/couple friendly. - There was absolutely no noise during my stay and I was able to relax and not worry about loud parties, traffic, other unwanted noise. ‱security - The property is a gated community. They won't let you on the property unless you are a registered guest. There was also security outside the condo 24 hrs a day. ‱No timeshare hassles - Unlike some of the resorts, there is no one begging you to buy a timeshare!!! ‱private beach and amenities - There are several properties in the area and you can use all of the amenities, beaches, pools, gyms etc... Con: ‱Distant from Punta Cana and Bavarro - You will need a car to get back and forth if you plan on going out to Punta Cana or Bavarro for activities. The distance is only a bad thing if you don't rent a car and want to leave Cap Cana. Ricardo can arrange a car pretty reasonable with insurance. ‱Internet not readily available - Ricardo can also arrange a hotspot if you need wifi. Do this before you arrive. ‱Local guest policy inconsistent - Security wants to make sure guests are registered. If your a single guy in the DR this can be a problem (Guys know what I mean). Security may not allow your guest in. Would I stay here again... Heck yeah with or without a companion!!!
