Ceci est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter de la piscine chauffée ou activités. Il offre toutes les commodités de la maison ....

Condo est situé juste à 3 minutes à pied de la plage, 1/2 bloc. Douche à la plage. Cette première unité de la fin-de-chaussée offre plus d'intimité.

Il ya une cuisine complète. Un grand réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, four, cuisinière, casseroles, poêle, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle, ustensiles, grille-pain, cafetière. Il a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Serviette de bain, draps, serviette de plage, chaise de plage, parasol.

Great Vacation

This was a great stay. The condo itself was clean and well stocked so we didn’t have to bring beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, or baby supplies. We were a little surprised that the complex was primarily seniors and they were in the pool most of the day but it wasn’t necessarily a bad thing. There just weren’t any other families in the complex.

Sehr schöne Wohnung.

Wir hattem eine tolle Zeit. Die Umgebung und die Nähe zum Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Allerdings ist die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sehr laut (wir haben sie zum Glück nicht benötigt, da es auch einen Deckenventilator gibt). Aber unsere Nachbarn über uns hatten ihre Klimaanlage oft an und dadurch entstand auch bei uns im Schlafzimmer ein unangenehmes lautes Brummen. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer ist sehr leise. Annic hat uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben (z. B. sightseeing für tolle Weihnachtsdekorationen). Vielen Dank dafür.

Review

This is the perfect place for a someone or a couple to stay. It suits all my needs and is reasonably priced. There is a pool and working BBQS. I used both. It about a mile walk down the beach to the end of the pier. There is a futon in the living room on which a guest can sleep if anyone decides to visit.

Comfy, cute, and well located spot!

My family and I enjoyed the corner condo, the spot is great, more private and close to the bbqs, outside tables, laundry, and pool. A few mintue walk to the beach, and an easy access!

Words cannot describe our experience

All in all, we had a wonderful stay at Annic's condo. The location was within walking distance from the beach, inner coastal watterway, as well as local bars and restaurants. The square, pier, boardwalk, and Publix were also minutes away by way of Circuit. The condo was clean and readily stocked with all beach essentials (chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc.), as well as all kitchen essentials, cookware, and appliances. Upon inquiry, Annic even provided a cooler for our use at the beach. Annic's due diligence to ensure the ongoing maintenance of his property was evident as he had a plumber coordinate with us to replace a faucet reported to be faulty by another guest. The repair was performed expediently and without us needing to be present qt the condo. During our stay we enjoyed the associations ammenities including the wonderful heated pool, piknic tables, and gas grills for cooking out. We felt at home and would highly recommended this property be highly considered by any future potential guests looking to stay or vacation in the area.

Location, Location, Location - Fantastic

Annic's condo is an easy walk to the beach with scenic lighthouse views. You can ride your bike to the Pompano Beach pier and restaurants. We met many friendly neighbors who are repeat renters. The condo is very well equipped. It was nice having a desk for our laptop, 2 sofas, beach chairs. Our host was very responsive to any concerns that arose since a few repairs were needed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and are returning again next year.

The place was near the beach but was very old and not well kept. The wifi signal barely worked at all. The renter will pretend you broke things and charge you- be careful I do not recommend

Condo poorly maintained

The kitchen and dining area was infested with ants. The dishes and glasses were greasy and had to be put in the dishwasher on my arrival. The floors were dirty which caused my sox to become dirty when walking around the condo. They charged me for damages to a loose towel bar which was barely attached to the wall when I arrived and did not use because I could see it was ready to fall off.

Great Stay

Enjoyed our stay very much. Unit perfect for a couple, very clean and well equipped. Appreciated beach chairs, umbrella and heated pool. Had a little trouble with TV at the beginning of our stay, but owner was very quick to respond and it was resolved easily. Lovely neighbors, we would definitely stay again.

Great location but...

It is located in a great location to go to the beach, not far for shopping around, clean and ok equipped, free parking a few steps away, peaceful neighborhood, a little small for a family of 4, futon was broken and unable to use for sleeping, wifi service is terrible it goes on and off, laundry is hidden in the back of building with no signs at all. It is ok for a couple vacation but for a small family it is small i could stay here again but with my wife only. Annic responded to my questions fast and easy.

Very nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice and included everything that we needed. There were even beach chairs and towels! We would stay here again if we were traveling to Pompano.

Mid Mari is GREAT!

Great place. Pool, picnic and grill area. Happy Hour everyday. Great guests who hang together. Each unit unique to its owner. We'll equipped from kitchen to linens, beach towels and chairs. Our 4th time here. We will be back next year.

Excellent location.

Lovely pool. 3 grills available in common area. Short walk to quiet beach. Many restaurants and tiki bars within walking distance provide safe, social distancing.

Great place - Great location!

This condo is the perfect get away. It is only a half a block to the beach access and it has a great swimming pool. I like that there was off street parking. I didn't have to look for a space. There is a full size refrigerator and the kitchen has everything. There is a nice size tv in the living room and a desk to get some work done. The dining area was great to sit with the curtains open and have lunch. Since the condo is at the end, it is right next to the grills and outdoor dining area. There is plenty of room in the walk in closet to put your clothes away in drawers and hang them up. There are also plenty of beach chairs in there, as well as towels. The bathroom has good lighting, The king size bed is very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice and quiet

Nice quiet, clean, relaxing place with a lot of amenities. Pool was very clean, neighbors were friendly and helpful. Very short walk to the beach. Enough small lizards and coconuts to keep the grandson busy. Would stay there again.

Beautiful Property

The beginning started a bit rocky. I had not reminded the owner to send me the code to enter the property, so I had to wait half an hour before I could get access. However, she was very apologetic and gracious enough to allow us to stay an additional night. The inside quarters were very clean and beautiful. Overall, I would not hesitate to return. Thank you Annic for providing a great experience!

Clean Comfortable

The condo is clean and comfortable and meets short stay basic need. The kitchen is very small two people can not comfortably work in it at the same time. The same for the bathroom it is small but adequate. There is more than ample chairs and equipment for going to the beach. The swimming pool and picnic area are nice and well maintained. The beach is in easy walking distance, however restaurants and shopping are far enough away that a car is needed. We would stay again if the for us to be in the area again presents itself .

Very nice!

The property owner is very helpful & kind. The apartment was nice, right at the beach. Awesome heated pool. Everyone was very friendly & nice. It was quiet & private. We will definitely be returning!
