Expérience observation des baleines et des couchers de soleil exquis de cette villa de luxe achevé en 2010. En bord de mer, avec vue imprenable sur Los Arcos, situé dans le développement fermée de la Sierra del Mar à Los Arcos, il assure la confidentialité et la sécurité complète. Les caractéristiques comprennent une piscine à débordement, jacuzzi, bar swim-up et le personnel professionnel, avec un chef, barman, jardinier, femme de ménage, garde et plus. Cinq belles chambres à coucher, chacune avec vue sur l'océan (de chambre et salle de bains), immense salle de bains avec baignoire jacuzzi, grande douche, double évier, et un immense dressing avec armoires intégrées. Amazing trip!!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Everything was amazing from start to finish. Beautiful location, spotless villa, ocean view bedrooms, and best of all, a wonderful staff. The food and drinks were prepared to perfection and every request was graciously accommodated. The staff told us they have a high number of repeat visitors, which makes sense. We will be back!

Perfect property for a large group get together.

We cannot say enough about the location, quality and professional staff at this property. The rooms are beautiful and all with amazing ocean views. We loved the glistening pool and hearing the waves from every room. Every meal was a feast for the senses and the staff was there to anticipate our every need - right down to doing our personal laundry every day and leaving it pressed and wrapped in tissue on our beds each night. Casa DeMae II is a dream - we will be back.

Once again, all was perfect.

Amazing Vacation

Casa Demae II was the absolute perfect vacation for us. The villa is amazing and the ocean views are literally postcard perfect. However what really sets Casa Demae apart is the amazing staff. They are so professional, polite, and dedicated to making your vacation forever memorable. The food that is prepared is first class (plan to put on a few pounds) and absolutely out of this world. Access to the beach club offers a fitness center, a sand beach, another pool, kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling. You won't want the days or nights to end but when it's time, the suites are absolutely luxurious. You can pack light because there is daily laundry service. 10 out of 10 in my book. We are going back!!

A vacation I will never forget!

My wife and I along with 4 other couples enjoyed an amazing week at this incredible villa. Everything about this place is first class starting with the staff who became a part of our family. The service was beyond anything we could have expected. The villa itself offers amazing views, spacious rooms, a beautiful pool w/ swim up bar, hot tub and an incredible sunset every night. We can not over state how amazing our experience was and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable week.

A Wonderful Week

I recently spent a relaxing week at an ocean side villa.. The villa is magnificent. The decorations are bold and tasteful. The open design of the living area allows for an easy flow of changing activities.. The professional staff was available to make each day care free. They were gracious and personable. The club house is a short walk There is an exercise room. The beach is a launching place for snorkeling, paddle boards, kayaks and more. The dramatic sunsets marked the end of another perfect day.

Memorable vacation

I shared a week with four generations of my family at CasaDeMae II. The villa is beautifully designed with all of the amenities, casual, comfortable yet elegant. The attentive staff facilitated every need. I felt pampered and loved. Hearing the waves crash against the rocks while I fell asleep was the best.

HEAVEN ON EARTH! Heaven on earth would be the best way to describe Casa Demae II. The villa is elegant, luxurious and tastefully decorated. The accommodations are amazing and very secure. The spacious suites and bathrooms (including whirlpools) overlook an spectacular view of the ocean. The location is very convenient and quiet (15 min. bus ride to the city and far away from crowds). The staff is very professional, attentive, friendly, extremely helpful and pleasant. They always welcome you with a smile. They handle your laundry and ironing for you... they are amazing!!! The international gourmet cuisine is incredibly tasty and prepared to order daily by a professional chef. The drinks are out of this world as well! The activity options are endless including, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, swimming, fishing and hiking up to the mountains along the coast. The club house (5 min. walk) has a fully equipped gym including Yoga and Pilates mats, even a Barre to practice your ballet dance exercises. And the best part is dancing under the stars every night after dinner... great effortless workout! We cannot describe with words what a wonderful, pleasant and amazing luxurious vacation experience we had, that is why we keep coming back... Yes, this is our 3er TIME and we are already looking at dates for our next amazing vacation at Casa Demae II!!!

Wonderful Experience

Casa Demae II is a terrific place. 12 of us ventured to PV based on the wonderful reviews we read. Could the place be as great as the reviews suggested? Yes!! Each of us had a sensational time, loved the experience, and would happily return. Let's start with the accommodations. The rooms are all lovely, spacious, comfortable and quiet, and 5 of the 6 rooms have beautiful ocean views. And the pressure in the rain showers ... nice! Both the inside and outside tables seat 12 comfortably, and permitted all 12 of us to share all meals together. The infinity pool is big and always just the right temperature, and the adjacent jacuzzi is, well, a jacuzzi! There are plenty of seats around the outdoor bar ... both in the pool and out of the pool. The drinks were spectacular and the appetizers (guacamole, nachos, calamari, humous, or whatever else you want) even better. And then there's the staff, led by the phenomenal Juan. What a wonderful man with a truly great heart. Pablo and Julia are marvelous cooks ... all 27 meals during our 9 day stay were fabulous. Julia makes the best bacon, eggs, french toast (!!) and pancakes we've ever had. Pablo makes darn near the best everything we've ever tasted. Martin and Miguel both did a magnificent job of serving, and catering to all of our needs. And it seems weird I would mention this, but ... the laundry services were awesome! All of us talked about how our clothes were cleaner, fluffier and smelled fresher than, well, than ever. And the rooms were constantly cleaned. Kudos Esther and Ruby! Bottom line ... the staff was fantastic. Even the location was perfect. All in all, a 10 out of 10. NO complaints, other than we wish that a few members of the staff could come to St. Louis to work for us.

Another great stay!

Once again we had another wonderful visit. Our group consisted of five couples and could not have had a better time. The staff is incredible and really makes the trip. The food was top notch and nothing was overlooked. Wishing we were back in the pool having drinks right now. Cannot recommend a stay here enough.

Ideal for groups of family and friends! -Spectacular architecture, immaculately maintained -Friendly, service oriented staff, including outstanding, highly skilled chef -Spacious, well appointed suites including whirlpools overlooking the water in each room -A 5 minute walk to the clubhouse which offers exercise and water equipment, as well as a lovely sandy beach -Plenty to do... Swimming, snorkeling, boating, kayaking were our favorites -Access to the city and its galleries is a 15 minute bus ride away -For the photographer, photo ops galore- architecture, flowers and sunsets Overall, a wonderful, wonderful experience- simply the best

Like living in a dream.....

This was my first trip to Mexico and it could not have been more impressive because of the elegant villa and incredible staff! Options for activities were endless including many water sports - snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, swimming. For those who enjoy a pool/beach vacation, the setting was beautiful from a huge variety of fish while snorkeling to watching the sunset. Each day presented outstanding dining. The food was prepared and presented exquisitely! All accommodations were wonderful including the bedrooms, living area and a rooftop lounging area we used for massage. Transportation to the city was outside the front door, but who would want to leave? This was the most luxurious, pleasant and fun vacation I have ever experienced.

We have traveled often to Mexico. This was by far the best experience (facility, bath suite, food, drinks, water activities, caring staff, beach, exercise room and total tech connections for phone, wi-fi, Internet and T-V for college basketball playoffs) we ever had. The chef can prepare anything but his lobster/crab bisque was beyond one's expectations. Trip of a lifetime in quaint Puerta Vilarta shared with old and new friends. Dancing at night under the stars was an unexpected treat via I-phone music played through a state of the art Bose system. WOW! Nuf said.

A Must Do !!

You'll want to return again and again and again...

We had an amazing vacation at this lovely home. Ideal vacation for any group

We have been to Casa Demae 2 a few times, both with children and with friends. It is the ideal vacation for either type of group. When traveling with children, the staff takes care of everything so you can spend quality time as a family. They will provide cribs, high chairs and child friendly meals. And to top it off, laundry. I love that I do not bring home a full suitcase of dirty clothes! When traveling with a group of couples, each person can do their own activity during the day. A group can go fishing, while others receive massages or take a private yoga class at the house. Everyone joining together for the amazing meals prepared by Chef Pablo. We have never considered eating at a restaurant! Why would we when the food and ambience are 5 star at Casa DeMae? The staff is attentive, but never intrusive. The accommodations are amazing and very secure. The views from every room are simply stunning. The villa location is very convenient but quiet (away from the large resorts). The vibrant downtown is a quick bus ride away. Ziplining is a short car ride. And kayaking, snorkeling and paddleboarding can be done from the beach just steps from the house. Worth pointing out that the premier snorkeling spot in Puerto Vallarta is a short kayak ride from the house. Our best vacations have been at Casa Demae 2, and we cannot wait to return!

True Paradise!

Views, accomodations, location and ammenities are all top notch but for our groups of friends, who all left our small kids at home, the best part was the FULL STAFF!! What a luxury. We didn't think about what to make for dinner or going to the store all week. Hungry for a snack at 3pm? Martin will get you a plate of homemade guac and chips from the chef's kitchen and make you a pina colada or margarita at the swim up bar in the infinty pool. Truly the most luxurious and relaxing week of our lives!! You can lay around the pool or head down to the beach club to take a spin around Banderas Bay in a kayak or stand up paddle board. Highly, highly, highly recommend! Already planning our next trip!

Perfect Getaway with Friends (without kids this time!)

Here's an idea: Pick four of your favorite couples, leave your children safely at home and escape to paradise at this luxurious villa. Plan on being pampered and catered to. You don't have to care for anyone, not even yourself! The amazing staff will cook, clean and handle your laundry so that you and your friends can spend all of your time - relaxing in the infinity pool with a cocktail, snorkeling en Los Arcos, exploring Old Town, fishing for Dorado (Mahi Mahi), doing yoga poolside with a private instructor, enjoying a massage in your master suite, reading a book on the roof top sun deck, watching the sunset with a pre-dinner Margarita and/or Piña Colada (expertly made by Isidro or Martin) before a gourmet meal prepared by Casa Demae II's private chef. After dinner dance party is a must! Already looking forward to a return trip, possibly with our small children who would love the villa just as much as us.

Luxury and Fun All Rolled Into One!

Stayed at Casa Demae II for only three nights. We almost cried when we had to leave. It was luxurious, tranquil, and heck of a lot of fun all at the same time. The house is immaculate and the staff both kind and attentive. I'm not too sure what I'll miss more the snorkeling, kayaking, swimming pool, Isidro's margaritas, or just leaving the balcony doors open and listening to the waves crash on the rocks and night. Fabulous place!

Best Vacation Ever!

Our stay at Casa Demae II could not have been better. We spent an amazing week being pampered by the superior staff there. While we did venture out for some shopping and fun, there was really no reason to. Everything was five star! Eating anywhere else was disappointing by comparison. Foodies will love the presentation and flavor of the spectacular meals prepared for your enjoyment. I think we took as many pictures of our meals as anything else! The special treatment doesn't end with the food, either. The houskeeping staff made sure everything was clean and comfortable. We didn't need to bring many clothes. We put our dirty stuff in the provided basket and it was clean and back in our closet by that evening. Even the laundry service has special surprises that I won't spoil for future guests! We spent a good portion of our vacation swimming in the infinity pool, enjoying the views of Banderas Bay and Los Arcos Park and floating over to the swim-up bar for a cocktail of our choice prepared by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. There is a community rec center a couple doors away with exercise equipment, a nice pool and a sweet little beach that you can snorkel or kayak from. My wife and I are both scuba divers but we found that the snorkeling around Casa Demae II more than satisfied our underwater urges. We borrowed a kayak from the rec center and paddled over to Los Arcos Marine Park and hung out with some amazing fish, highlighted by a graceful 5' Spotted Eagle Ray! The staff was more than helpful when we wanted to venture out. They arranged a little shopping in town, an exciting zip-line tour, a water taxi ride to a cute little coastal town called Yalapa, and fishing for Dorado (we caught a couple and the chef expertly prepared them for us that evening!). What a blast! It was, by far, the most relaxing vacation that I can remember. Just do it!

Our first visit to Casa Damae in 2012 was with family including several young grand children. It was a memorable trip for everyone. The staff was amazing in how they responded to us and especially the children. Our grandson (4 yrs old) still talks about Martin and his "kiddie cocktails." With that experience we were thrilled at the opportunity to spend another week this year at Casa Damae; this time with adult friends. The staff exceeded our expectations again. We can honestly say the staff provides a high level of concierge service, finding the best Puerto Vallarta excursions, yoga instructors right at Casa Damae, massages in our rooms, even cool towels after exercising. Truly a vacation in Paradise!

Get pampered morning till night

Our recent family get together went from a wonderful gathering to an over the top experience thanks to Casa Demae. We were greeted by an incredibly friendly staff, the villa vistas and amenities were amazing and the excellent food (thank you Chef Victor).... it is hard to say what was more impressive. We knew it would be relaxing and hoped we would find some fun things to do. We did plenty of relaxing in and around the pool and found plenty to do. We went kayaking from the property and took our snorkel gear to a great spot not far away. A wide variety of tropical fish and warm water made for a great time. A boat ride to a swim under the waterfall at Yalapa, a fishing trip that yielded our Mahi Mahi dinner and our Zip Lining in the mountains were all great fun. A shopping spree in Puerto Vallarta for momentos topped off our excursions. We found plenty of time to relax and enjoy the food, drink and pool time. Thanks to the staff for making our time a totally memorable experience. Obviously we highly recommend spending a week at Casa Demae.

Perfect Place to Heal

I would like to add to the other 5 star reviews, the perspective of a guest recovering from recent orthopedic surgery. The house was extremely manageable, with its elevator, ramp to the pool deck, and stairs with railing leading into the pool. And, the recumbent bike in the workout room fit in perfectly with my rehab. With all of the amenities and the incredible staff happy to help in any way possible, I can't imagine a better place to heal!

Absolutely breathtaking!

Myself, my daughter and grand daughter spent four wonderful days at this MOST beautiful villa. We were blown away as soon as we arrived. All the staff were waiting to greet us when we pulled up, which was a very nice touch (they were also all there to say goodbye when we left). They gave us a tour of the house and let us choose our bedrooms, all spacious with ensuite and wonderful views over the ocean. The air conditioning was so cool and welcome after the humidity outside. The house even has an elevator!! My grand daughter used that quite often hehe. The pool was amazing and the views!! Words cannot express the beauty of the scene that lay before us, I wish I could add photo's. We swam and lazed around the pool and used the outdoor jacuzzi all the time...interrupted only by swimming up to the bar to sip delicious cocktails prepared by our own person barman. There is also cable tv to watch in the evenings, if wanting. The staff were lovely and very attentive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property, just wish I could live there! Definately a five star stay. Thank you for a wonderful wonderful stay!!!
