BEDROOM
The bedroom beckons with a luxurious king-size bed, promising restful nights. A dedicated workspace provides a quiet corner for those who mix business with leisure, ensuring a seamless stay.

BATHROOM
Situated just outside the bedroom, the elegant bathroom boasts a rain shower-head, dual sink, and high-quality towels, complemented by modern fixtures.

KITCHEN
The well-equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, featuring a stove, oven, dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator. Top-of-the-line appliances elevate your cooking experience, while a dining table with seating for 6 creates a perfect spot for shared meals.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is a spacious retreat, adorned with tasteful artwork and a soothing blue tones. Sink into relaxation on the comfortable furnishings or catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV.

COMMON AMENITIES
Loft 268 provides exceptional amenities with an innovative rooftop area that incorporates a large infinity-edge pool with waterfall, gym, glassed Sky Bar with billiards table, BBQ area, fire pit, jacuzzi and multiple sunning areas complete with lounge chairs and day beds - all with scenic views. The building has elevators for convenient access to the rooftop.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:

- An open rooftop from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- A gym open from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, only 2 people at a time can use it and a reservation in advance is required.
- The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 1:00 p.m. for maintenance reasons.
- Only two guests' visitors per unit are allowed in the condo and the common areas from 9 AM to 11 PM. They will need to register upon arrival on a binnacle and show a piece of ID.
- All guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas during their stay, which will be provided at check-in.

Other things to note
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas, which will be provided at check-in during their stay.
