~Guest access~

- Enjoy the whole house, yard, and beach.

- The docks belong to our neighbors, and are not for our guests to use. Please respect their privacy and avoid imposing on them by asking to use their dock.

- The two secured closets are for our cleaning team, and the secured shed is for our maintenance team.

~Other things to note~

Let us know if you'd like to order some fresh Chesapeake steamed crabs. Captain Jimmy is a commercial crabber who lives nearby that we've partnered with to provide crabs fresh from the Bay. He catches bushels of the best and biggest crabs you'll see, and steams them, too! We featured his steamed crabs in our photos. He just needs about 2 days advance notice. You can order by-the-dozen, or by-the-bushel. But ask us for other amounts. Prices are extremely reasonable, they are more than well worth it.

The beach is nice and has good clean sand. At rare times when storms change the bay current the sand may diminish, or be underwater temporarily in high tide hours. But the beach always returns under normal current conditions.

One item to be aware of is the bunk bed. It has a 250 lb. weight limit that is not to be exceeded. Please plan accordingly.

We do not allow pets. But just a few miles north on Kent Island is Dogwood Acres Pet Retreat. They "spared no detail in creating the region’s premiere pet lodging and daycare facilities where pets are happy, healthy and engaged." They have excellent online reviews.

Security cameras on property - We have 3 active cameras recording video and audio. One overlooks the front drive, one monitors north side of the home, and a front doorbell camera. A smart home device on the back deck actively records noise decibel levels, but not audio or video. All devices are on the exterior of the home.
