Peaceful getaway on 3+ acres of land, in the Lake Burton mountains. Enjoy partial sunset / mountain views and seasonal view of Burton's Moccasin Creek Cove! An easy walk/golf cart ride to LaPrade's Marina and great dining options.
Conveniently located, The Fox Den Overlook is only a 25 min drive to Clayton for grocery shopping, for retail therapy at the many delightful shops, and for dining at the many yummy restaurants. You can also enjoy visiting one of the many local wineries.
New construction, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with recent addition of 2 additional bedrooms with king beds, 1 new bathroom and sitting area with electric fireplace, ping pong table, and TV downstairs. Hot tub is the newest addition for guests to enjoy!
Enter into an open concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a large porch with views facing west/north west overlooking the property. The main living space offers a nice kitchen, dining room and living area with a stacked stone fireplace. The primary bedroom is on the main level complete with a walk-in closet and the bathroom that offers double vanities, a separate walk-in shower and soaking tub. A guest bedroom and bathroom along with a separate laundry room complete the upstairs.
The The Fox Den Lookout is a is a darling camp cottage located on the main property of The Fox Den Overlook . This stand alone cottage offers bonus space for 1 to 2 (max) guests staying at the main house. VRBO property ID: 3557594 . Bookable upon request.

Founder and Broker for 3tree Realty, Ceci Churchwell has been actively in Real Estate since 2005. She began her career working for a National firm, and then transferred her license to a smaller setting. In September 2010, she left to open 3tree Realty, LLC.
Originally from Athens, Ceci attended the University of Georgia in Athens and Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia. After college, she worked as a trainer and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer for computer software training companies in Atlanta, Orlando, Greenville, SC and Greensboro, NC. Upon returning to Athens, she began her real estate career in 2010, after enjoying great success in many facets of the industry including both residential and commercial transactions, Ceci decided to attain her broker’s license and open her own firm. By 2013 Ceci was confident in her methods and was finding real success in her approach. But she was also feeling a bit lonely. So she brought on a second agent, then another and another, and the firm grew steadily, eventually consisting of more than ten agents.
Under Ceci’s wisdom and guidance, 3tree Realty has organically spawned a culture deeply rooted in collaboration. Our veteran agents naturally take on a mentoring role when new agents come on board. The results are a strong and well-rounded team that assists and supports one another, and has a whole lot of fun together in the process.
