• No Shoes Indoors: Kindly remove your shoes upon entering to help keep our home clean.
• Report Damages: Please let us know right away if you notice any damage when you arrive.
• Respect the Space: Leave our home just as you found it.
• Conserve Water: Use water wisely to help us protect our resources.
• Toilet Use: Only flush toilet paper to avoid plumbing issues.
• Clean Clothing: Please avoid sitting on furniture or beds with wet or dirty clothing.
• Smoke-Free & Substance-Free: Our home is both smoke-free and drug-free. We kindly ask that you refrain from using any substances on the premises. Smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee.

Trash & Cleaning:
• At the end of your stay, please place trash in the green bin and recycling in the blue bin next to the garage. Proper sorting is important and failure to comply may result in a $50 fine.

Special Considerations:
• No Parties or Events: To ensure a peaceful stay for all, parties and events aren’t allowed.
• No Pets: For the comfort and health of future guests, we do not allow pets.
• Guest Age: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
• Registered Guests Only: Only the guests listed in your booking are allowed unless prior approval is provided.
• Overstay Policy: Unauthorized late check-outs will incur fees.
• ID Verification: We may request IDs from all guests before arrival.
• Yard Maintenance: Please help us keep the yard tidy by cleaning up any garbage each night.
• Thermostat Settings: Our thermostats are set between 68-72°F—please plan accordingly.
• Restricted Areas: The garage and attic are off-limits due to safety concerns.
