We are located across the street from Condado Lagoon. UMA has all the convenience, style, and amenities you need for an unforgettable relaxing experience on our beautiful tropical island.

Guest Access:
Uma is entirely exclusive to our guests. Our destination manager will meet in person for a walk-through inspection of the apartment and parking garage.

This unique home includes all kitchen utilities: pots and pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc. In addition, you will find a toaster, coffee maker, blender, iron (and ironing board), and vacuum cleaner among the electronics.

You will find towels, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, and shower gel in the bathrooms. The spacious laundry and all beach essentials are in the hallway closet.

It's also an easy walk to attractions and restaurants in the lively San Juan District.

Pack up your day bag and spend the afternoon lounging in the sand between the nearby waves; tropical vibes and sounds will surround you wherever you go.
