The villa lies within The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort, Puerto Rico. BBR is one of the most luxurious resorts on the island. Your stay will provide you with a perfect balance of enjoying wild nature, access to a private beach, Espiritu Santo River, full-service pools, water park, Aquavento Water Sports, fine dining, and access to the most high-end amenities offered by a 5-star Resort. With some restrictions, you can access the St. Regis Hotel amenities.

Gracias for your interest in my home. My villa is not part of the hotel. Instead, it’s an independent structure within the campus. While the campus - as outlined below - offers a multitude of amenities, the hotel offers similar amenities. As a residential golf community, the villa is both minimalistic and modern in architecture. Hermosa Villa at St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort consists of three bedrooms, with three full bathrooms. With approximately 2,289 square feet of covered AC space, +600 sqft of outdoor terraces, the villa helps to fulfill more comfort than a hotel room.

Villa Vistas guests enjoy full access to the resort amenities, which include the Beach Club, Golf Club, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, Gym, Tennis Club, Lakehouse with water sports, and 483 acres of gated pristine maritime forest. Hermosa Villa guests enjoy full access to the resort amenities, which include the Beach Club, Golf Club, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, Gym, Tennis Club, Lakehouse with water sports, and 483 acres of gated pristine maritime forest. Las Vistas is part of the Bahia Beach Refined Luxury Rental Program, which includes (at a additional cost) the daily resort fee, daily cleaning, a 4-person golf cart, and a dedicated concierge for the duration of the reservation.

IN PERSON CHECK-IN REQUIRED: The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present during check-in and will be required to present an ID that matches the name on the reservation and the credit card that was used to make the payment. Check-in times are Monday through Saturday 4 pm to 8 pm. Arrivals outside of this time must be consulted with us prior to making the reservation. This unit is part of the Calypso Villas Refined Luxury Rental Program, which includes a dedicated concierge for the duration of the reservation. The Boathouse offers equipment and gear for lake adventures and activities, including biking, fishing, kayaking and more. Lose yourself exploring the lush tropical landscape of Bahia Beach on foot or bike as you explore four miles of nature trails within the 483-acre gated resort. A perfect way to reconnect with nature and all its beauty.

Restaurants and Entertainment

There are five different restaurants located on the property that vary from fine dining to beachside grill. The guests will have access to three pools. The members pool and St. Regis offer full service with drinks and dining options. See note below e.g., hotel access)

Other things to note

Golf cart rental is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Four-seater golf carts are $65 per day while six-seater are $85. Each guest can secure the golf cart rental with me. Also, we offer airport transportation for one to eleven passengers. In the case you rent a vehicle, you will have two parking spots offered at no cost.

Resort Fees

Mandatory resort fees are $99 plus IVU (11.5%) per day per group of guests assigned to the villa. This cost is independent to the nightly rate. Note that only guests assigned to the villa will be granted resort passes and as a result have access to the resort grounds. Guests are not permitted to have visitors.

Important Announcement

The St. Regis Hotel has the right to admission and their main priority to serve are their guests. The hotel will begin reenforcing their occupancy guidelines. If the hotel is 70% of higher in occupancy, reservations and the use of the hotel facilities will only be available to hotel guests.

As your host, and/or owner of the villa, i do not make myself responsable for unexpected interruption of services. This includes, but is not limited to: WiFi. live TV, electricity, and water. Also, the weather. Thankfully, all my villas at the St. Regis Bahia Beach have a power generator. If the power is ever interrupted, the downtime is less than 35 seconds. In addition, we have both Liberty Cable and Verizon in all our villas at the St. Regis Bahia Beach. This is a precautionary measure that I have found to be useful.
