Jaw dropping 4500 sq ft Vacation Rental Home with 5 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths plus an office. Close to Spring Training, Super Bowl, Restaurants, Shopping and Golfing. Entrance leads to a bright interior, a carpeted living room with a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, a formal dining room, a Family Room with a wet bar and a Den/Game room upstairs. Impeccable eat-in kitchen has SS appliances, granite countertops, and a center island with a breakfast bar. House features two Master suites with the smaller downstairs and the larger upstairs featuring two walk-in closets and a garden tub. Backyard has large, covered eating area, heated pool with a slide & waterfall, Jacuzzi, gas BBQ grill, sports court, shuffleboard and a sand area for volleyball, horseshoes or corn hole. Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi and cable TV.

Wedding

I wanted a place where family could stay and spend time together for our daughter’s wedding. People were flying on different days and a house seemed like a more inviting option than a hotel. Our daughter loved the house and made it easy for everyone to enjoy spending time together while providing plenty of space to relax and find a quiet place to rest when needed. Burt, the hostess incredibly attentive and responsive when we had any questions. The house was beautiful and everyone had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this house for any family or group looking for a place to make some wonderful memories.

Amazing Property!

This place was great! I have adult children and each one had their own room. The pool, backyard, and interior were amazing. Bert was very responsive when we had questions. There are a lot of good places to eat nearby and the neighborhood was very safe.

Grandkids loved the pool slide!!

Expansive lovely home that had everything we needed. The temps at 105 every day kept us in the pool, or having ping pong tournaments; so much fun! Also extremely convenient location. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Wonderful property

The house was absolutely amazing. It was very large and the pool was bigger than we expected. The property had so many things for everybody to do when we had people over to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Grand Canyon University. There were a couple little things here and there that probably could’ve been better. One there was no umbrella for shade by the pool, which is in the sun all day long. By 2 PM the covered area with the kitchen is not shaded at all. Also, it advertised cornhole, but there were only four cornhole bags, but no boards. A lot of the pool toys and balls, basketballs, etc. were deflated and dirty. Also, the grill is moldy. There were only 2 1/2 rolls of toilet paper when we arrived. Also, there were several burned out lights and a lot of them were flickering on and off, so my husband changed some of the lightbulbs that he found in the cabinet.Everything else is absolutely amazing. The manager was very helpful and always would get back to us immediately. There was Everything in the kitchen I needed to cater the graduation party. The pool and the amenities are beyond what we were hoping for. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.We would stay there again.

Wow! Great Destination for Spring Training!!!

Look no further than this property for everything you need on your trip to the Desert! This place is missing nothing and Bert was great throughout the week. We are already looking to book again next year when we come back. Great for big groups that don't like to feel on top of each other...place is as advertised!!!

Large house with amazing yard & pool

We had a great time with our two families at this vacation home. A very spacious 5 bedroom home with a very large yard, pool & hot tub. There are many activities and games to stay busy. Bert was very quick to respond with any questions we had.

Beautiful

We came for a long weekend to celebrate my daughters high school graduation. The house was perfect for our family to enjoy our time together. Everything that we needed was in the house and we didn’t have to leave for anything. The pool was amazing because it was hot out. The house was clean and roomy for our family to enjoy. It was well worth it and we will be back again. Beautiful home!

Our family stayed at the house for the month of February. The house is beautiful living in luxury . Everything you would want for cooking / spices BBQ . Bert took great care of us and also we had our privacy . We hope to book the month of April next year . Thanks again Bert for a great stay !! The pool was awesome and our grandchildren had a blast !!

Great place to stay!

We had so much fun. The house was roomy. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was so well stocked I didn't find one thing I needed that wasn't there. The yard was amazing. It was huge. We swam, played football, pickleball, cornhole, basketball and the kids played in the sand. We could have stayed there the whole time without plans and been fine. The manager was quick to reply to any questions I had. The location was perfect for us. It was near my sister and the ballparks we visited. Would definitely stay here again.
