This gorgeous two story home is the epitome of style & comfort. Four large bedrooms upstairs including spacious master retreat with adjustable frame topped with a Tempu-Pedic mattress. Gigabit internet, smart tvs everywhere, a large Movie room w/ a Sonos surround sound system. Enjoy the spacious fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill.

Feel free to cook for your group in our fully stocked kitchen and dine in the eat in kitchen or outside in the picnic area.

Our stay in Austin.

Everything was great. The house was clean and tidy and we enjoyed it. We also played a few of the games that were there. I would recommend it.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay at Great Oakes! The house was perfect for our family vacation. The media room was a hit with our kids and huge yard was a bonus. Tony was willing and able to communicate with us to meet our family needs. We would definitely come back to this property again.

Great place for family stay

We had a great stay in Austin with family for a memorial service. Tony was very responsive when I had issues with the front door lock (my fault) and how to work the coffee machine and oven. Instructions will be included in the welcome notebook from now on. House was plenty big for our family and there were several places to sit and chat, inside and out. Place was very clean, nicely decorated and thankfully the AC worked great. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes and very nice cookware. The young ones tried the Xbox. No one turned on the TV as we were enjoying our family instead. It was the accommodation that we needed for the family. Backyard was very large and other family could join us and enjoy the evening with us. Four bedrooms were comfy and two futon-like couches in the tv room. Two and a half baths worked for us. Good location too in town.

Great stay, beautiful home!

House was centrally located for Waco and San Antonio. Also close to Austin. Home has been remodeled and was wonderful!!! Tony was an excellent host and responding very quickly to any questions we had. We had issue with fridge ice maker and he went and bought a counter top ice maker as well as bag of ice to accommodate us!! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend.

McDonald Family Get Together

The Stewart’s are wonderful. They both were very helpful to meet our needs and make our stay as comfortable and as easy as possible! We enjoyed our evenings outside with the yard lights, patio umbrellas and the new fire pit!! The home was perfect for our family get together with teenagers. Everyone had comfortable rooms, plenty of towels and the kitchen was great for our family dinners not to mention all the little extras throughout the house. Highly recommend Round Rock Donuts or Salt Lick BBQ although we were close to plenty of shopping, and a variety of restaurants and was not far from downtown Austin. All in all…this would have to be one of our best rental vacation homes yet!! Thank you from the McDonald Family!!

Outstanding!!!

This vacation rental was so much more than we could have expected! The kitchen is what one would dream of. All of the bedrooms are spacious and beautiful. The entertainment room was a big hit with the kids. The backyard has a fire pit but I couldn't talk the rest of the family into using it. They thought it was too cold. The indoor fireplace was so comforting on Christmas morning! We were visiting family in Lakeway and the travel was not too far. The property was easy to find and has a beautiful red front door. We highly recommend this rental to anyone that wants to pamper the entire family! Thank you, Tony for being so helpful and kind. You went above and beyond for us.
