Great location on the 3rd hole of RB Golf course. One mile from marina with a free boat ramp. Plenty of parking with a side drive to accommodate boat trailer with vehicle. Community swimming pool a few blocks from house. Children's park visible from back porch. Watch the golfers and the resident Canadian geese from the dining room and living room.
Full use of three-bedroom home with open concept layout. Kitchen has granite countertops with a large bar that seats four as well as a dining table that seats six. Nice appliances with all the cooking and dining utensils you need. Includes dishwasher, full size refrigerator, glass cooktop, microwave and over. Large utility room with sink and washer and dryer.
Three bedrooms, two bath residence. Primary bedroom has king size adjustable bed with television and a private bath. The bath includes a soaking tub and separate shower as well as lots of storage space. Two other bedrooms include two adjustable twin XL beds. Second bathroom conveniently located between two bedrooms. Bathroom with tub shower combo. Towels included in both bathrooms. All bedrooms have generous closets with shelves. Garage space for parking cars as well as secondary drive to park boats or other vehicles.

We are currently retired but live in a different city. Because our children live and work here, we decided to purchase this home for our use when visiting them and as a nice vacation area. We are happy to share the nice neighborhood with others.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We enjoy the nice quiet area with the views of the golf course and the resident Canadian geese. We enjoy exploring the area, going to the lake and fishing. It is a nice family atmosphere.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Great location close to main highway and easy access to outdoor activities. Boat ramp is a mile away and golf course is right in the back yard.
