Lock doors & windows when you leave.
DO NOT FLUSH toilet paper, sanitary items, or other objects down the toilet.
DAMAGES Theft or Rules broken will incur a monetary penalty.

We adhere to the 5-step enhanced cleaning process
We Prepare the property by:
Ventilation of the space before and during cleaning.
Use of disinfectants against COVID-19.
We Clean to remove dust and dirt from surfaces, such as floors and countertops.
Sweep, vacuum, dust, and mop areas before we sanitize.
Wipe down hard surfaces before we sanitize.
We sanitize by using chemicals to reduce bacteria on surfaces.
Such as doorknobs and TV remotes and high-touch surfaces in each room with an approved disinfectant spray
We checklist that all surfaces have been cleaned and sanitized.
We reset to help prevent cross-contamination - cleaning and sanitizing a room before replacing items for the next guest.
