La beauté d'Osoyoos est dans son lac et nos condos sont situés juste au bord du lac.
Non seulement nous sommes du côté droit, mais le soleil du matin ne vous oblige pas à vous réveiller tôt. Ce qui signifie également que vous pouvez profiter du coucher de soleil coloré depuis le balcon avec un verre de vin.
Vous avez environ 1400 pieds carrés d'espace de vie avec un plafond de 9 pieds de hauteur. Vous serez à quelques minutes de la ville mais situé loin de l'agitation de la ville. Profitez de la vue sur le lac, la montagne et la ville depuis chaque chambre
Nous avons trois immenses chambres, deux avec lits queen et une avec deux lits jumeaux. Pour dormir un total de 6 personnes confortablement dans l'intimité.

Une cuisine entièrement équipée, un lave-linge et un salon entièrement meublé avec WIFI gratuit, TV et lecteur DVD rendront votre séjour agréable.

Profitez du climat méditerranéen en faisant de la voile, de la planche à voile, du ski nautique et du parachute ascensionnel. Jouer au golf pour Osoyoos se vante d'avoir une très longue saison de golf.

We’ve stayed at this facility many times and location is really good. I believe some more attention should be placed on cleaning we were not impressed dust , con webs, hair in the tub the shower heads are so plugged up barely work and finding a sharp knife to cut anything was ridiculous. We have stayed in this building many times and have been very happy, but for the money this unit was not up to par

Beautiful view

We had a wonderful holiday, the view from the condo is amazing. The balcony over looks the pool and hot tub so very easy to keep an eye on the children while staying in the unit and enjoying your privacy. The location is perfect. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. Everything we needed was supplied, hope to stay here again next year.

Nice location

Nice location with a beautiful view of the lake. Nice pool with lots of kids for my daughter to play with. The unit itself needs some upgrades with their bedding especially the pillows!! Coffee maker did not work and there was only one fan in the unit. Overall nice place just more attention to detail please.

Great property and location

The view was the best part! I it was much bigger than we thought very spacious. Excellent location you can watch the sunset from your balcony. However the unit was missing some basics for example missing a bbq lighter and cleaning brush, didn’t have enough toilet paper or garbage bags. The towel bars and toilet paper holders were falling apart and wouldn’t stay on the wall, there was no cable TV, there was no pan to use in the oven so you essentially could not use the oven, a few other kitchen basics were missing. A bunch of lightbulbs were burnt out. Considering it was a three bedroom, they only had three patio chairs outside so definitely needed more especially since everybody wants to take in the beautiful view. Also The transition strip between the bedroom and the bathroom was not secure and my son cut his foot on it. Overall the unit definitely needs some TLC however was a great price location and view and very spacious. Would stay again

Clean and well stocked

We enjoyed our week at this property! It’s super-convenient - free parking, across the street from the boat dock and a small swimming beach, and with a lovely little pool area. Hot tub is closed due to CoVid but the pool is great for cooling off and the loungers weren’t too busy. We found some nice hikes in the hills nearby. The apartment itself was spotless at move-in and well stocked with tons of towels, good bedding, kitchen implements, dish towels, and all the basics for a family stay. We appreciated the little extras like hand soap, bath soap, laundry soap for the in-suite W/D, and dishwasher tabs, and we were prepared with our own TP and paper towels. If you’re expecting a luxury hotel you may be disappointed, as you’ll notice little things like furniture in need of reupholstering and a barbecue that has to be lit with a match because the igniter is broken (It takes like 10 seconds to light and then worked fine!). But for a low-key family trip it was absolutely perfect. We liked the spacious layout. The master has an en-suite bath and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a balcony and adjoins the main bath. The third bedroom is small with two twin beds. Our host Fariborz was very helpful with information about the area and the apartment amenities. We would definitely book again.

Great place for a summer holiday

We had a wonderful family vacation here! The pool is great for younger kids (not too deep), there is a beach within a 3 minute walk, a family fun center less than 5 minutes away, and all the amenities you need within a 10 minute drive (including several wineries). The place was well stocked, though only initial TP and paper towels provided. Also, no baking sheets were found, only casserole dishes, nor were there any dry measuring cups/spoons. We had to buy a set of spoons for baby formula and food, we left them there for future use. The propane grill on the patio was fantastic and the view was great. Ample space for 5 adults, a 4-year-old, and a 6-month-old. Highly recommend staying here for a lakeside summer holiday.

Excellent layout and location. We had a very good time. The unit’s cleaning was definitely lacking! Should come with more supplies: bar soap, toilet paper, laundry soap and dryer sheets. Could use new dish towels, old ones are badly soiled.

Condo was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view. It’s was perfect for our family and the private dock was a perk. We would come back! I took off one star because the condo is pretty basic and some things could use an upgrade and this may bother some people. For us however, it was great for our teenaged children.

We were a foursome of guys on our annual golf retreat. The place was perfect for our needs. We all had our own rooms...losers had to sleep in the bedroom with the twins. Great location, easy to access the restaurants for evening food & beverages. Wish we had more time to use all the great amenities that the condo had to offer.

Nice Condo by the Lake

We enjoyed our month in Osoyoos. The condo is well situated for walks along the lake and enjoying the view of the lake from the balcony or while sitting inside. It was an excellent location to get out to wineries and explore the southern Okanagan. Fariborz was great to deal with and the condo was as advertised.

Cozy home away from home with Amazing Views

In the fall we stayed here and the kids just loved it. There was plenty of space and it was completely accommodating. The views in the evening were so beautiful and enjoying the local wine sitting on the deck was just a relaxing experience. We will becoming back in the summertime

Hello, We stayed here for our first time this summer ( last week of August ). We walked in and the first reaction was " its big", which is nice considering we are a family of 5 ( soon to be 6). Then you start to notice the cleaning. There was ( and I have pictures ) of a huge spiders web with about 25 bugs trapped in it, right over the kitchen table. There was a large sized sticky mess with hair stuck in it, on the floor near the TV. Our feet were BLACK after just walking around the place for 30 minutes. Dishes had dried food stuck to it. It took us our first 2 hours of arriving just to clean the place ourselves. I had emailed the owner ASAP with pictures attached and all he said was " ill let the cleaning staff know". We didn't get any money off, nothing. I felt bad for the people before us who had to pay the cleaning fee and it never got done. Same with us, we still paid our cleaning fee and yet we cleaned it ourselves. We loaded every dish into the dishwasher ( 3 loads ), we went out and bought a Swiffer Wet Jet to clean the floors ourselves. The price was cheaper then most but NOT worth living in a dirty condo, with small kids. By the pool we met other owners and we got their info and will hopefully be back to this resort just NOT renting from this guy. Hope this helps. This is my first review Ive ever done. It needed to be said.

Wonderful place, with a great view.

This condo has a stunning view, both by day and by night. The beds were clean and comfortable. The condo had the usual wear and tear that comes with rentals, but over all was quite clean and well kept. There were only 2 of us , but we had our son, daughter in law, and grandson for Easter weekend and there was plenty of room for all as it is a 3 bedroom unit. The condo also has 2 bathrooms and a patio that looks out over the lake . There is also a great bbq on the patio. There is free wifi and the signal is strong. It is about a 40 - 45 minute walk to town but it is an easy walk with no hills and almost all of it has lakeside walkways. We stayed for a month and really enjoyed our stay here. We will stay here again if we visit this area.

Fantastic Suite

Our family rented this unit last summer (early August), and had an amazing time! The unit had plenty of space for 6 people. The views at night were spectacular from the unit, whether you were watching the sunset, or admiring all the lights on the other side it was breathtaking! Parking was fine, we had no issues getting a spot. Pool was crowded in later part of the evening, but we still enjoyed it. The dock across the street was quite busy so you need to get there early to reserve a spot. The A/C worked which was great because it was 40C the day we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very clean upon arrival. The only suggestion I would make is to provide more kitchen utensils and cutlery. We will definitely be booking again for this summer, and can't wait!! Dave and Carol

BEAUTIFUL HOME - PHILOSOPHIC VIEW- SPARKLING CLEAN

We had a fabulous vacation with our family thank you for letting us use your beautiful home. It was better than the pictures on your website. The view is fantastic. We did not watch TV at all during our stay. My son said "mum we can always watch TV latter but here we should enjoy the beauty of nature while we can." I was surprised he had turned philosophic. And yes my husband loved the bed it was very comfortable he is very sensitive and that is a compliment to you that he not only did not complain but liked your bed. Please say thank you to your cleaners we meet them when we checked in they had done a fabulous job the place was sparkling clean. So please we would like to book a week again for late August and we are bringing my parents they want to check it out and see for themselves what has so excited us. Thank you again.

Relaxing Getaway

Had a wonderful time.Osoyoos is beautiful with lots of things to do.We loved our condo ,spacious, clean with all the amenities we needed.Loved the layout of the condo as we could all be together in a spacious environment. Relaxing on the deck watching the sunset made my vacation a very memorable experience.I will be back this spring again.

Nice Location - needs a good cleaning

We stayed for 2 weeks and the location and condo layout it self is very nice. The condo is not clean there were cob webs inside the unit everywhere. We called the owner on our first day because there were only 2 bath towels and 2 dishcloths and 2 tea towels in the unit. The next day more was delivered. We took pictures and emailed them to the owner and his response was that he would send the cleaners. The cleaning people arrived the next day but said they would charge us to clean the condo. Cob web nests around light fixtures, window frames, and on the deck on the walls should be cleaned every week. The cutlery had food stuck on it from the previous people. All the glasses were so clouded from who knows what we didn't use them at all. The white coffee cups had coffee rings (many of them) that I used the bleach for the washer to soak them so we could have coffee. The oven and BBQ were absolutely disgusting. We moved the couch back and there was everything you could imagine underneath it. We were very disappointed in the response from the owner. Please note this does not reflect the complex but the unit we were in - 305. We love Osoyoss and have been coming for many years, we will be back next year but not at the condo - $3600.00 for 2 weeks is a high price to pay when the place is dirty.

A wonderful holiday

We had a really lovely week staying here.The view was amazing and we had everything we needed in your beautiful condo. It worked out really well for us with the spacious open plan in kitchen living room area and we loved sitting on the deck to watch the sunset. The beds were comfortable and everywhere was clean and tidy. We appreciated how well the complex is looked after and it was great to have a pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the many activities around Osoyoos and hope to come back in the future. Thanks.

Wonderful

What a great place for our winter holiday. The weather was sunny and warm. The unit was very comfortable, clean and had everything you need. The beds where comfortable and more than enough linens and towels. The best part is the view from the deck day or night. Great walking path right outside the condo. Highly recommend staying here great condo, best location, amazing views and a landlord who cares.

Excellent and relaxing stay!

Beautiful view of the lake and hills and beyond. Condo is at a good location, spacious and equipped with appliances and most of the kitchen stuff. Very clean bedrooms including the bathrooms. Love the bbq grill on the private porch with beautiful views and relaxing to sit outside in the evening. The pier is just minutes away where we enjoyed our evening walks. My families of 3 couples highly recommend this condo if you are going to Osoyoos.

WE'LL BE BACK!

We had such a great time here!! This was our family's first time in Osoyoos and we really enjoyed the condo. The best part is the beautiful lake views from every room. The condo is very comfortable and clean. We spent a lot of time at the pool and on the dock. Breath taking sunsets!! We really recommend this place and Fariborz is a wonderful host!

Our family used to visit Osoyoos as often as possible, we liked the lake the mountains and the desert climate. Then we came across this development which has a unique location, on the lake away from the hustle and bustle of the city but just 5 minutes drive to downtown, unobstructed view of the lake mountains and city. This was a dream come true for us and we went for it. And here we are ready to share it with you.
