Always Great!

We stay here almost every time we’re in San Antonio and we’re never I disappointed. Cathy does a wonderful job. Easy to communicate with. House is clean and well appointed. She has all the basics plus nice extras! Bottled water in the fridge a few little snacks and travel size toiletries (in case you forgot something) and even one or to loads of laundry detergent. Love staying here!!

Always perfect!

Love staying here! We come to San Antonio 2-3 times a year for Sporting events with our kids. We try to stay here every time. It’s always clean, Cathy is very attentive and friendly. She goes the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and low stress! Can’t recommend enough!

Comfortable & Convenient Property

This home is spacious and extremely well appointed! Beds and living room furniture are amazing. Smart TVs in all rooms which was a plus for us to stream to our heart’s desire. My teenage son enjoyed the game room and was easily able to hook up his PS5 for gaming. Cathy was great and ensures the home is stocked with snacks, toiletries, and staples like coffee, spices and oil for cooking. Location was super convenient for us- close to family, shopping and restaurants. The back yard was enjoyed by our dogs and we so appreciate finding a pet friendly property in SA! We will be back to stay again;-)

Still a Great Place to Stay!!

This is our 4 or 5 time to stay here! Awesome house! Perfect for our family of 4. Cathy and Reno are wonderful hosts. They have thought of everything you might need while you stay there. Very quick to respond or questions. House is in a great location for us and a quiet, nice neighborhood! We’ll be back often!

We had a great stay!

About 30 min from the zoo and Riverwalk. Lots of complimentary things were provided (snacks, bottled water, bathroom and kitchen supplies, etc.). The fenced in backyard was great for our dog and the kiddos loved the foosball table and big connect 4 game. Neighborhood was quiet and uneventful, just as we hoped. We had to switch around our trip by a day a couple weeks out and the owner was very kind and helpful through that process. We have family in San Antonio and will likely be back to this property in the future.

Quite neighborhood close to family activities

My family and I had a great time visiting sea world. This property it 15mins or less from there. The agent is very nice and accommodating. Great stay!

Great management, poor VRBO

I made a long term rental reservation for days shy of 3 months for this TX property. I was relocated to Maryland, to which myself and roommate decided we wanted to get out of long term contract. I contacted the owners/managers of property. They were very kind and helpful as much as they possibly could within VRBO guidelines. They were even willing to find a way to get me some of my money back and place it back to list to get a renter into property on our behalf. However, I would suggest making sure that you read the VRBO fine print regarding long term rentals. We decided to remain in the property as my Maryland redirect was cut short. Needless to say lessons learned, ensure you pay the rental clause, especially if you are doing a short term rental. And VRBO takes fee out that even if you get out of lease, they keep all of that fee. Thumbs up on the management, property service and neighbors. As for VRBO, I will think long and hard before I ever use their services again in the future. Hence the 4 star in overall rating.

Sandpoint Beauty!

We didn't want to leave this beautiful home and could live there forever! Everything is perfect....we loved the master bedroom and shower, the kitchen, the large dining table, and the neutral paint colors too. It's clean and so comfortable. It's in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The location is convenient to everything Sandpoint has to offer.

San Antonio weekend trip

The home was immaculate and fully stocked with supplies. The kids loved the game room, and said they want to stay there again for the next trip. Communication with Cathy was excellent; check-in and check-out was very smooth. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to Sea World and Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Definitely will stay here again.

Graduation Weekend

We were in town for two family high school graduations. This home was a comfortable landing space for my husband and me, our 22 year-old son, and our married daughter, son-in-law, and new baby. There was grocery and gas close, and we could reach all family within 20 minutes. So much more comfortable than a hotel, with comfy beds, nice towels, full-sized appliances, nice televisions, great coffeemaker, fun game room, and relaxing backyard. Also love the keyless entry!

Exceptional Property and owners!

My family stayed here for a long weekend while at a sporting tournament! House was immaculately clean! Pictures were accurate but don’t do this house justice. Beautiful backyard with cute porch and fire pit. Didn’t have time to use it but in was available and had wood ready to use. Cathy was very helpful and responded to questions very quickly! She has so many extras from snacks and water ready for our arrival to panty and fridge staples available to use. The linens and beds were great and comfortable! Also, we brought our yorkie. Very pet friendly down to a doggie door!! They thought of everything! Can’t express enough how impressed we were during our stay. We will definitely be renting this house again. It was perfect for our family!!

Great Stay - Thank you!

Prior to our stay I messaged Cathy several times with questions about the area and suggestions for places to eat and she was very responsive and helpful. We spent 6 nights at this home in March. The location was ideal for our activities and it was only a 25-30 minute drive down to the Riverwalk/Alamo area. The house is located on a cul-de-sac so we did not have much traffic on the street in front of the house. The driveway is large enough for the two vehicles we drove. When we arrived we were greeted by two of the friendly neighbors. We traveled with three generations of family, grandparents, parents, child. This home is set up perfectly for traveling with multi-generational/extended family, it has a large master bedroom with private bathroom and then two additional large bedrooms and an additional nice bathroom. Comfortable beds and a T.V. in each bedroom allowed everyone to relax and be comfortable. The open concept kitchen, dining room and living room has plenty of comfortable seating and allowed all of us to be together for meals and evening movies. The additional media/game room allowed us to be separated if we wanted to get a little noisy. The laundry room has everything you need so if you are staying multiple days you can get your laundry done and not have to return home with a bag of dirty laundry. The kitchen is very nice, we did make several of our meals at the house, all of the appliances were clean and worked well. There is a nice patio with large table for outdoor meals and a firepit. Cathy is a very thoughtful host and does have several items in the pantry for the guests to use, as well as laundry detergent and some personal items in the bathrooms. There is also a Dollar Tree and Walmart within 5 minute drive of the house which was nice for us to pick up a few snacks and drinks. When I return to San Antonio I will definitely stay here again. We really enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable and "at home" during our entire stay.

Above and beyond!

We’ve been renting vacation homes for a few years and this was one of the best! Communication with the owner was outstanding. Everything was better than pictured. We were celebrating my birthday and a friend’s retirement, Cathy placed a birthday balloon and package of goodies right inside the front door - SUPER-sweet! The house was stocked with games - our 8 and 5 year old kids LOVED the game room- and outdoor games. We were able to sit on the back porch Saturday evening and enjoy the back yard and relaxation. Neighbors were friendly, neighborhood was very nice, we felt safe and welcomed. Beds and furniture were top notch and comfortable. We did not need to buy any staples (coffee, creamer, sugar, plastic baggies, tin foil, etc.). These owners thought of EVERYTHING! Thank you!

Very clean house had everything that you can possibly need the house had a real nice patio and a fire pit wich we got to use! Dog friendly house they had a doggy door our dog she learned very fast how to use it and she loved it! We definitely enjoyed staying in this home very relaxing and close enough to everything around San Antonio attractions we will definitely be back to stay in this home again..

Very clean, lots amenities, SUPER SOFT N CLEAN BATH TOWELS, Bathroom door didn’t work well but not a big deal because are very clean n super softh bath towels. Do I mentioned cleanest?

Exactly What We Needed

The house was perfect for a quick getaway while we were selling the house. Being able to bring both of our dogs and our two kids was very important to us and the house accommodated for that. The owners went above anf beyond to make our stay comfortable and we would recommend this house to anyone.
