o Square dining table can seat four and transforms easily into a round which can seat up to 8 utilizing the stools from the breakfast bar. Stools are the same height as the dining chairs. This area also has a stunning view of Table Rock Lake and the Kimberling City Bridge.

PRIVATE COVERED PATIO
o Experience one of the best views of Table Rock Lake and the Kimberling City Bridge. You can hear the water lapping against the shore which gives you a very peaceful, tranquil feeling. You’ll see all kinds of makes and models of boats and yachts, paddle boarders, kayakers, fisherman. It’s a pure joy to just sit on the patio and take it all in. There is seating and tables for you to enjoy your cup of coffee, glass of wine, or to just relax. You can also have a little friendly challenge and see who ends up with bragging rights playing the Tiki Toss Ring Game! One of our favorites! The patio has a gate so you can just walk off and head to the shoreline just steps away. Bring water shoes for the rocks and take a swim!

o Located near the kitchen. Detergent provided.

PARKING
o Free parking. You can park your boat trailer in the lot except for summer weekends. Launch ramp is available at Port of Kimberling Marina, only a mile away, as well as parking.

ACCESS
o Condo is below grade form the parking lot and at grade with the lake and pool. To access the condo you will go up 5 steps, then down10 steps, small landing, down 5 steps, small landing, and down10 steps.
o Self check-in and check-out via keypad. We will send a code prior to check-in.

LAKESIDE POOL
o Outdoor lakeside community pool. Includes a community charcoal grill, and pool furniture.
o Normal Pool Operation:
Opens - Friday Before Mothers Day
Closes - Sunday 4 Weeks After Labor Day
o Hours of Operation: 10:00am – 10:00pm

GENERAL
o Linens, towels and pillows are provided.
