The outdoor dining table and grill are perfect for barbeques. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a connecting store and laundry room. This split-level home has 5 comfortable and quiet bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a guest restroom; a sofa bed for two is available in the reading room. In summer, one can take a swim or hire a small boat at Lake Schliersee, 10 minutes walking distance or Lake Spitzingsee, a 10-minute drive from the property. The area is perfect for hiking and walking on the surrounding mountain trails with many small places to rest, offering Bavarian food and drink. Other attractive activities are mountain and road biking, horseback riding and bouldering. Golf can be played at near-by Tegernsee. The ski resorts at Spitzingsee and Suddelfeld are just a short drive away from the villa. Monte Mare in the village Schliersee is a state-of-the-art wellness center, with a large indoor pool, kids play pool, saunas, and fitness center with a fantastic view of Lake Schliersee and the mountains.
Entertainment and culture: Schliersee offers all year round typical Bavarian events such as the local beer festival and the lake festival with impressive fireworks.
