A Rare Find Indeed!!!
This lovely guest house is situated on 3 acres is completely furnished for a comfortable short or long term stay.

The separate guesthouse is a 2 story, 1,200 sq ft home on our 3 acre property.
Main level has a large studio feel to it and is where the new King bed is located. A privacy curtain encloses this area and separates it from the living room if desired.

Full size W/D and refrigerator make this feel like your home away from home!

The location is very rural and quiet and we are conveniently located to Downtown Loomis and Rocklin shopping centers. Walmart, Target, Trader Joes, Costco, Ulta, etc... are about a 5 minute drive.

Dedicated parking is next to the Guest house on the right-hand side and accommodates regular sized vehicles only (ie; no RV’s, Sprinters, etc…). One car maximum.

100% Smoke Free and vape free policy...NO smoking of any kind on or near the premises.

Strict "NO PET" policy due to severe family allergies.

Guesthouse is designated exclusively to the person/s on the reservation. Please do not invite or allow others on the property...special circumstances are always considered but you must speak to the owners and obtain permission for any extra guests visiting or possibly staying...thank you for your understanding.

Quiet woodland Loomis retreat!

I spent quite a bit of time in high school and college living in and around Loomis. My family is gone now but I had some business to finish up and a wedding to attend. I found Rancho Paradiso searching on VRBO, recognizing the general location, I decided to book it for our stay. It was perfect! The Owners were very respectful, the deer, wild turkeys and birds were perfect. Would book again in a second!

Lovely Stay in Loomis!

What a beautiful, peaceful guest house. It was decorated so nicely and the kitchen had all the essentials. We enjoyed sitting outside in the shady trees while we had our coffee each morning. Tracy was a great host! We will be back!

Sweet Retreat

While spending joyful days with my daughters and young grandchildren in Lincoln, I had the unexpected pleasure of nighttime and early morning quiet beauty at Tracy’s Loomis retreat. It absolutely exceeded expectations! The surrounding property is beautiful. I went to sleep by moonlight and rose to enjoy early morning visits by wild turkeys-who are much quieter and shy than imagined. I hope to stay again soon.

Lovely

What a nice place to stay. Clean, updated, beautiful surroundings…there were nice little touches everywhere. Live plants throughout, cut flowers, mints and chocolates left, great art and more. A baby deer was outside in the morning. Nice way to start the day. Highly recommend. Quiet and secluded. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful Retreat

Low key and accessible place to stay. Lots of sunlight and relaxing outdoors. You feel far away from it all, but doordash still delivers! We were in for a pickleball tournament and it was a great place to kickback at the end of long days.

Perfect little spot for a weekend getaway. Clean, cozy and very peaceful. Great communication with owner and the property was exactly as we hoped for (and more!). Would love to stay here again. 10/10 recommend.

Best VRBO EVER!

This was our 3rd year to stay at this cozy country respite VRBO. My mother is 92, and travels very well. We visit them in Sacto. Every March for 5 days. Loomis is literally 20 minutes from their houses. And we both love the quiet of this property! The turkeys that appear every morning are like our favorite morning show! The house supplies every amenity, including the electric fireplace that kept us toasty on some Chilly mornings. Constant contact from the hosts assured us that IF there were ever an issue, they would handle it immediately! We plan to return next March!

Quiet and quaint

I wish I could give 10 stars for communication and flexibility! Our dates changed five different times because of the event we were in the area for, and they were very responsive and accommodating. Property is nice, quiet, tucked away. Was perfect to go back to after full days at a concert festival. Would stay again for sure.

Perfect place and location and amenities for my quiet writing retreat! Loved to be able to take breaks and practice a little pool or walk to see horses and peacocks. Only negative is I didn’t get any better at pool.

Clean and comfy

This was a perfect place for our weekend stay in Loomis for a family wedding. The property is beautiful and we were greeted by a family of wild turkeys passing by our window the first morning when we woke up. It is immaculately clean, roomy, and the AC works beautifully-especially important to us since it was 108 outside this weekend! We would very highly recommend this property and if we are back up this way would happily stay here again.

Perfect Spot for Relaxing

We loved our stay in this adorable guest house. It was sparking clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the host had supplied everything she could think of to make our stay comfortable. The location in the woods is very relaxing. Looking forward to our next stay.

My wife and I enjoyed our quiet stay at Tracy’s property. It was very peaceful and secluded, yet it was only minutes from the amenities of the surrounding area. We found some great food spots in Auburn and had a beautiful picnic along the river. We would definitely stay here again!

A family reunite was complete and perfect with our stay at this Loomis VRBO!

Our second year to stay at Tracy’s incredible, amazing, homey, cozy, PERFECT VRBO! My mom is 91, and I accompanied her to Sacto to visit my 2 brothers and their wives. This VRBO provided a country environment, complete with visiting geese and turkeys, which delighted my mother. And the home was perfect to return to each nite, cozy up by the fire, and enjoy time with my mom! We plan to return AGAIN next year!

We love the opportunity to provide guests with a clean, comfortable and enjoyable experience. Tracy's been traveling for a living as a Flight Attendant for 35 years so knows how important a safe and clean environment has to be!!!

The property is so relaxing! As you make your way down Rancho to the house, you'll likely see peacocks, deer and definitely the neighbors' cows and horse. Oh, and how could I forget the turkeys!!!
