This beach-themed house has cozy seating in the living room, family room, and screened lanai, so every guest has a comfortable space to unwind. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cooking utensils. There are three dining areas, including an outdoor dining area with a grill that's perfect for cooking fresh seafood.

Experience ultimate relaxation in any of the four bedrooms, each appointed with crisp linens, televisions, and generous storage space. The primary and second bedrooms have bright decor to put a smile on guests' faces and have ensuite bathrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms are equally comfortable and share a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. Plus, a washer and dryer and a queen sleeper sofa are provided.

Wonderful property

We enjoyed this property tremendously. The pictures online were very true to the actual appearance of the property. The only thing I would recommend it to have the tops of the trees trimmed in the backyard as not much sunlight reached the pool area.

Great house, close to the beach

It was a great house. It was close to the beach and a mile from most restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and easy to regulate. Cons: wi-if didn’t work. The lights (electrical) flashed/blinked on and off frequently.

Great house and location

Perfect location in HolmesBeach. Short walk to the beach. The pool was great. The house was perfect for our family’s needs. The only issues we had were that we had our 3 year old daughter with us and put a chair in front of the front door at night because there was no dead bolt on the door to prevent her from getting out. Also, the floors looked clean but I don’t think they had been mopped. Our feet were dirty just from walking around in the house. Overall,I would highly recommend this house for people to stay.

Awesome Week!

What a fantastic place for our vacation! Great location close to the beach and an amazing pool/hot tub area. The home was clean and had almost everything we needed. It had plenty of room for our family of 4. We spent lots of time in the pool area as the beach was very windy part of our trip. Enjoyed the grill and ping pong as well. It's a fantastic home for vacation for sure.

the perfect property!

we were all delighted with this property, we've been staying down the same street for years & needed a change, this property was exceptional! we had a family gathering of 3 couples & one single & it was perfect for us. plenty of kitchen "stuff" to cook at home, nice large refrigerator (except the icemaker seemed to produce cubes slowly-plan on getting extra ice) & it produced good filtered water. the book needs information on the pool operation, if you have the hot tub running (press top button once only & give it a minute to start up) the pool heater will not be heating the pool. the first couple days we stayed were on the cool side so we were in the tub quite a bit & couldn't figure out why the pool wasn't warmer. also, the heater is on a timer, it begins at 9am, i believe, and not sure when it shuts off for the evening. also: don't forget to buy extra toilet paper! one roll per bathroom is all you get and it goes quickly. you might want to each stuff a roll in your suitcase because everything is pricey at Publix, but i do love that store. we loved the small table tennis table, played it daily, and even pulled out one of the many board games available, even though we brought games of our own as well. we never rent a car on the island, we go to beach bums and rent bikes and tour the island daily, i even bought a parrot for my bike at home. AMI is such a beautiful destination, we will continue our 20+ year tradition there for many years to come, and will probably stay at this location again next year.

Beach Vacation

This was our first trip to AnnA Maria Island. The house is in a great location just seven houses from the beach. The pool area and hot tub was so much fun and relaxing and we enjoyed it every day when we returned from a full day at the beach. There were plenty of chairs, beach towels and a beach wagon to haul everything. The weather was perfect all week! This was the perfect time to be on AMI.

Vacation Oasis on Anna Maria Island

The location was amazing. Truly a quick walk to the beach that lets you take a walk if you wake up for an early sunrise or want to see a beautiful sunset. Much of the island is within minutes of driving. The inside is great overall and gives out a beachy vibe that made us feel like we were on vacation. The backyard (or the pool) was a good place to share with the kiddos during the day while also being a great time for adults at night with the cabana and hot tub. There was a lot of privacy at this location as well, where you felt like people couldn't really see one another past property lines. I would certainly consider returning and make it a property to recommend in the future for others. Easy to fix - Add pictures or a clarifying description on what the property comes with already. For example things like extra beach chairs, sand toys, pools toys, beach towels, a beach cart, a baby gate etc; also make it more obvious where the baby gate is. We ended up stopping at Walmart to buy one only to find it tucked away behind the couch. Thankfully returning it was a breeze :) Some things that could've made it a solid 5 - it's more of a 4.5/5 as is. The property is a bit dated in some cases. It has everything you need, but definitely feels like a refresher would help. Small things like bath towels and bed linens could be higher quality as opposed to the typical hotel ones. Beds were squeaky and could use a bit WD40. The front door had no way to lock it from the inside so our 1.5 year old could run out at any time - but that's at least where the baby gate came in handy! There is nothing to use as a laundry baskets and made it a hassle getting things through the wash for two of our families. Finally, it could use some more "essential" items being already stocked. Some examples were baby locks (for kitchen cabinets), condiments (ketchup/mustard/mayo/butter), more spices (only salt and pepper), basic first aid kit, paper towels, hand soap to name a few. The first day we had to make a trip to the store to get some very obvious items. There is very little sun in December in the pool area which I expect comes from the time of year and where the sun is, but trimming a few feet off the trees could really solve this and still keep things very private.

Roomy, Close to Beach, Great Back yard

We had a great time at Coastal Breeze - and rarely left the property! The back yard was a great place to relax and we did just that, enjoyed the pool and hot tub, basically decompressed. It's a very short walk to the a beautiful white sand beach (no crowds!). We would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful backyard oasis.

The property is exactly as shown. The backyard pool area is amazing. If it was too cool at the beach we would hang out here. The house is spacious and our six adults each had plenty of room to get away if needed. The beach is a quick one-block walk and the neighborhood quiet and peaceful yet close to several restaurants. Loved it here!

Great Vacation

Wonderful property. Great location and easy quick access to the beach. The pool was wonderful when you just needed to chill out at the house and for evening swims. We would stay here again.

Great Home!

Amazing location with incredible pool/entertainment area out back. About a 3 minute walk to the beach. Almost everything was great and would definitely stay again. Only two things that weren't perfect. The screen door on the back porch didn't shut all the way and if it did, didn't latch. And there is no deadbolt on the front door. It was a little concerning to us as our 2 year old could just walk outside at anytime so that was a little nerve racking at times. We ended up just putting a few things in front of the door in case she got up in the middle of the night and nobody heard her. Overall it was an awesome home and can't wait to get back to the island!

Super clean, convenient and overall great experience

Property was great, pool and hot tub thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. Our group was 4 adults and 3 children and size was more than enough and provided privacy. Convenience to the beach was as expected which made early morning walks on the beach easy and very nice. Decor in the house doesn’t allow you to forget where you are! Close to restaurants and just about everything. Only a few odd, small details prevented it from being a perfect stay - checked in at 4 and house not totally done being cleaned until about 440pm. Random landscaper showed up in back yard with family eating breakfast to changeout plant that had died for showing of the property later that day. With property on the market, we were given warning of the property showing, but not the landscaper just showing up.. propane in the grill ran out after first night used (they did respond quickly and fill it). Other minor stuff- one roll of paper towels and tp for baths seems weak for a property that accommodates up to 8 people for a full week, but maybe that is standard in the area. We will consider the property again with future visits to the area as we did have a great experience!

Was outstanding and beautiful in every way.1 min walk to beach. Gorgeous beach. sunsets were spectacular. Costal breeze is a perfect home away from home that was hard to leave. Had everything . Backyard was a tropical paradise all in itself. If u want the perfect getaway rent costal breeze you will love it.
