Centrally located in the gorgeous Palm Sola Bay area of Bradenton, this secluded, totally private home sits less than seven miles from the white sands of Bradenton, Coquina, and Holmes Beach. This inviting property backs up to a lush, wooded area which offers you and your guests total privacy and frequent visits from native birdlife. The coastal-inspired decor, terracotta tile flooring, and vaulted ceilings welcome you from the moment you step through the door. The well-equipped, full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and an island with counter seating to help you whip up your next gourmet meal. Formal meals can be enjoyed in the adjacent dining area that seats up to six. If you want to dine al fresco, the screened-in lanai has a poolside bar that can seat up to eight people, a six-person dining table, and a gas grill. The kids will love playing in the water and spending entertaining afternoons playing in the enclosed yard. Guests are also sure to stay entertained with complimentary, high-speed internet access, streaming-capable flatscreen TVs, and a fun game room with a full-size pool table for rainy days. Wonderful stay

Its big! Perhaps too much space for the 3 of us but very clean, very comfortable and very well appointed. Pool was amazing.

Rustic like camping..

Overall it was a great time, was not impressed at all with the pest control . Other then that, the beds were great. Nice and comfy. Alot of kitchen appliances . It was nicley filled with everything you needed ! Vasco was right there for you !!

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved our stay at this house. The setting was perfect, nice privacy with trees around the property. The house was perfect, we had everything we needed and everything worked as promised. The pool was great, definitely needed the heat since we got stuck with a pretty low temperature week. Will definitely rent again if we’re in the area!

Absolute paradise

We just visited Palma sola paradise on our family vacation/wedding! The house was so clean and welcoming. It was perfect for our large crew! The house was big enough that I almost forgot the kids were there from the silence! Beautiful serene and scenic view from the back porch and the pool was an absolute must! So close to Anna Maria and made our special day and entire trip so wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice but a little disappointing

The location of this property was great. Central to lots of great restaurants and a quick drive to Anna Maria Island and the beach. Unfortunately, the entire living space off the pool area was unusable. It was so musty and moldy smelling that you couldn't be in there. Also the tv in there wasn't working, so no watching NCAA basketball and a game of billiards while enjoying the pool area. The bedrooms were very nice and the living space in the upstairs level was quite comfortable. The pool was very refreshing, but it didn't seem like the pool cleaning happened as was scheduled. But if you want a tranquil setting, the pool area is all screened in and there's a little pond with a fountain running 24/7 just behind it. The trees completely hide your neighbors, and you are very private back there. That was a really nice feature of this property. All in all, it was a good place to stay but not at the top of our list for a return visit.

Perfect for our stay!

We never stayed in this area of Florida but are adventurous and decided to give it a try. We are also VRBO homeowners so we are really picky about where we stay, we like clean, well appointed homes and Chile Cove delivered! The accommodations were exactly has described, the home was clean and comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. There is Keurig along with a regular coffee maker and an electric tea pot. The upstairs bedrooms (joined by a Jack and Jill bathroom) are warm and cozy and I immediately felt 'rested' just walking into those rooms! My husband I chose the lower bedroom which was adjoined by an enormous bathroom with his and her vanities and a huge closet. All the bedrooms have plenty of closet and drawer space and the beds are comfortable with good mattresses and bedding. The owners allowed us to bring our pets (my kids!) which made the stay even better. We always bring our dogs with us and they (the dogs) are usually very tentative during our vacations and are anxious to get back home. This was the first and only vacation where they actually behaved as if they were home. Good sign! Dog lovers will know what I mean :-)! We asked after check-in if we could have the pool heated (is an additional charge) and the pool person showed up within five minutes! Outstanding service! We spent a lot of time by the pool and used the bar area to build puzzles and watch the children swim (puzzles are a vacation tradition for our family). There is a 'game room' off the bar area with a pool table. The weather during our two-week stay was amazing making outdoor activities the preference so we didn't get to use the game room much but is a nice added space. We rented a boat from SWFL (highly recommend as we use them every time we vacation in Southwest Florida) and spent most of our days on the water. If you like to vacation where there is a lot of shopping and things to do this is your spot. If you prefer a quiet area you may find the area to be a bit more congested with people and traffic than you'd like. There is a dog friendly beach about 2 miles away we took our dogs there many times where they swam and mingled with other dogs. There is a Winn-Dixie one mile away or you can shop at a Publix and a Fresh Foods about 2.5 miles away. Thank you again to the owners and to the management company for making our stay memorable. If we come back to the area to vacation we'd definitely want to stay again!

Very disappointed with the owners.........

Let me start this review in complimenting the property agents. They were very easy to deal with and very helpful in trying to resolve problems. Upon check in at the house Saturday afternoon, all looked great. The outdoors (our main reason for selecting this property) looked fantastic. However, we soon discovered the lanai ceiling fan only operated on slow......totally unacceptable in Florida August heat/humidity. We were unable to sit out in the evenings. Despite immediate notification to the property agents, the fan was not replaced until 7 days later!!!!! The following Saturday morning. Also the pool was filthy. The water was not moving and there was a tonne of sand on every step/ledge....... despite there being a hose pipe right next to the bar to hose off after a beach visit before you get in the pool....... when pool guy arrived he found the pool filter had clogged and so not working. Following morning we come outside in the morning to smell the most gross aroma......rotten eggs/sulphur smell. Disgusting and we could not use the outdoors between 9am and 1pm as the lagoon aerator was churning up goodness only knows. I reported this asking for the timer to be changed. It changed the following Friday. My husband golfs most mornings so my daughter and I were stuck indoors till 1pm..... not what I wanted to do on my vacation! Also, despite the kitchen being well equipped, there were no extra garbage bags, no pot scrubber, no counter or cook top cleaner. I never mind having to purchase laundry detergent or dishwasher tablets, even extra loo roll and paper towels but not basics. We also found there was no parasols For the beach and had to purchase 2 on our way to the beach. Owner did order but too late. The thing that really is amazing......the owner had been staying at the house the previous week and clearly did not care about subsequent renters arriving to these issues. Also annoying there was no garage door opener available. Annoying when you want to unload golf clubs, groceries or beach gear and you have to trail through the house. Owner also left all 3 garbage cans full and overflowing so the raccoons made a huge mess in the driveway. There were also several errors in the renter book in the house.

Great Home!!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family!! It was extremely clean & stocked with everything we could possibly need for our beach vacation. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, sand toys, wagon, etc. Location close to beaches and IMG Academy made it extremely convenient for us. Our family enjoyed the pool, outside bar area, tiki toss game, and the pool table for sure!! We would definitely come back again!!!

Loved it!

The location was perfect and my kids loved the pool. There was plenty of room for 6 of us (four adults and 2 kids) and feel like we could fit another family comfortably for next time! The garage was stocked with beach accessories and chairs and even a wagon for us to bring with us to carry everything to the beach. The house was clean and well stocked with dishes and everything we needed. It was a short car ride to the beaches on Anna Maria Island, the Bradenton riverwalk, grocery stores and great restaurants! It’s a family vacation we’ll remember forever and we plan on coming back next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Not the best but I guess okay

First off I want to start by saying it’s a really nice. Plenty of room for my kids and they enjoyed the space. Only issue we had was when we first got there we noticed a bit amount of water in the restroom by the kitchen so we wiped it up thinking maybe whoever was there cleaning spilled a bit of water. We use the bathroom again there more water, that’s when we noticed a leak, we’ve put down towels and soaked up one towel had to put another one. We’ve emailed the to whoever was supposed to be in charge like it said to do no one emailed back, we also asked for some sponges that weren’t there but we didn’t get any communication back. Also the part where you put detergent in the washer went to open it to put some detergent in, the cover fell off it’s already been broken prior. And lastly when we first arrived in the bathtub there were dead spiders, and other bugs 😳I’m not sure if it’s because nobody has been in there or what. Overall it was a nice house, spacious, and glad there were some toys for my kids to play with. Thank you for opening your home to us.

This was an excellent property and everything was exactly as advertised...was alittle cooler out and did t get to use the pool but it was in great appearance...played pool in the basement most nights and had plenty of room for 8 guys

Great amenities

Beautiful place with everything a family vacation needs! Well-equipped kitchen, outdoor gas grill, high chair/booster seats, 2 refrigerators plus a freezer, lots of beach towels-toys-chairs-beach umbrellas, coolers, and Kids toys. All of this allowed us to have a great time and be able to enjoy getting together even more! Short drive to beach, restaurants, putt-putt, shopping, etc. House was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Pool and surroundings really nice and secluded. Wonderful trip! Thanks!

Family Vacation 2021

We absolutely loved this home. We thought we would spend the majority of our time on Anna Maria Island on the beach but found ourselves not wanting to leave the pool area and bar. If this was my home the only thing I would change is to have a half bathroom in the game room for easy access while using the pool area. This home and location was perfect and we hope to vacation here again. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

GREAT FAMILY VACATION!

Our family had an amazing stay! The check-in process was a breeze and the home had everything we needed and then some! The owners really thought about all the accommodations for adults to kids and babies. Our kids loved the pool and the toys they provided was a great bonus. The home is tucked in beautiful scenery on a cute quiet street. We had our extended family of 11 come by for pool days and meals and the home was never crowded! The location was great, we were close to everything from grocery stores, to the beaches! While we were there the main level ac went out and the property manager was very responsive and resolved the issue as quickly as they could. Pack your bags, don't worry about anything else! Absolutely book this home you will not regret it!
