From the fully furnished living room / dining room you can access the balcony, facing the courtyard, a great place to relax. A separate kitchen offers a small dining area. Both bedrooms are very large, one has a desk so that the room can also be used as a home office or study room. The TU, LMU and University of Applied Science of Munich can be reached on foot in a few minutes and public transportation couldn’t be better. There is a bus stop right in front of the house and the U-Bahn Sankt Josephsplatz and Theresesienstrasse are a few minutes walking distance. On the nearby Josephsplatz you can find a wide range of local and international specialties. The image of the quarter is rounded off by the monumental buildings on Max-Josephs-Platz (especially the Bavarian State Opera and Residenz) and the picturesque Hofgarten of the Residenz, which directly connects the old town with the southernmost part of the English Garden.
