EXCELLENT CONDO, VIEW AND LOCATION!

If I could give 10 stars I would. The condo was very clean & spacious. We absolutely loved it. It's a very big one bedroom with a huge sofa that has a kid comfy pull out bed. Big bathroom with garden tub, glass enclosed shower and double sinks. Wall to wall windows in the living room show off the spectacular beach/ocean views that you can also enjoy from BOTH private decks. You can walk 50 yards across street to the white sand beach or choose to relax at the pool that also has the same wonderful view of the ocean. This exceeded my expectations and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Beautiful Condo

I enjoyed my stay. I loved the unit I rented. Staff on the property are great! I will definitely rent again. Thank you to everyone from the office, security, and maintenance. You made my stay absolutely wonderful.

Generally clean but ...

Needs detailed cleaning ie corners, scatter & area rugs, window treatments etc Patio door could use lubricant. Balcony was too small. 2 tiny balconies instead of one that was more comfortable. I was relatively happy until I found a bottle of Bed Bug Killer under the kitchen sink! On the positive side, we felt safe....security was great & unobtrusive. Pool was patrolled regularly. Best of all, the owners were friendly and helpful.

2 Week Vacation

Great location, great view's from the balconies. The only thing that I would add to the listing, is the parking garage is a little small for a pick up truck. Be prepared to get a parking pass and park in the parking lot.

Great getaway condo

Great condo in the perfect location for our long weekend getaway. Condo is very spacious for a one bedroom with a great layout. Everything was as described and well maintained and clean.

The condo is in a great location and has a nice view from balcony. Bed was comfortable and I loved the huge tub. We will definitely be back.

Great stay but a couple of maintenance issues

Easy access to and from the condo. Carts are very helpful in getting items to and from condo. The only issues we had was the shower door let’s water leak out onto floor of bathroom, no matter where you aim shower head. While showering had to lay towel along door to soak up water. Shower head needs to be replaced, nozzles clogged and difficult to adjust sprayer. Definitely will return.

Our 2nd visit here and another great experience!

We had such a great time the first visit here, that we booked a second one and again we were very pleased! The unit is clean, and the views are amazing! Check in and check out processes are easy and all the amenities provided made our vacation that more enjoyable. We are already thinking about stay #3 next year!

Great location, very secure

Loved all the beachy decorations. Very comfortable and very well stocked with everything you need, even a sand pail and floatie for kids. I loved sitting on the balcony drinking my coffee every morning. Thank you Tracie for a wonderful stay.

Great stay!

The property was clean and exactly as listed. The check-in instructions were simple and clear. The building was well-kept. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The only complaints we have (which are very minor) were that the shower water never got above luke warm so we had to take baths, and the parking garage had very small parking spaces…not ideal for medium to large size vehicles. Everything else was perfect! The owner had a few things in the cabinets that really helped us out, such as some coffee, filters, washing detergent pods, and spices to cook with. My husband, myself, and our 5 year old really had a blast!

Great place to stay!

The condo was on the 6th floor and had a beautiful view! This place exceeded our expectations and was in a great location. The only down side was that the parking spaces in the garage were very small. I suggest not driving a large vehicle. Aside from that, this was an amazing place to stay!

Short Vacay

Very clean condo. Loved the decor. Owner was very responsive when an issue arose and it was fixed within hours Minutes from various food eateries and entertainment venues. Loved the view from our balcony. Large shower! Our parking spot was very close to elevator. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

Our stay

Our stay was great once we got our room. The attendant down stairs insisted that we were in rm# 403. However that was not the case we were in 603 once we contacted the property owner and confirmed.
