La piscine communautaire est littéralement derrière votre porte arrière et le parcours de golf par la porte d'entrée pour une belle promenade. La partie «nous» est le soin personnel dont vous bénéficierez dès votre première expérience de réservation, suivi de l'accueil et de l'accueil de notre gestionnaire immobilier et enfin de vivre dans une maison que nous avons approvisionnée pour le client averti (sans parler de nous-mêmes). Loreto (LTO) propose des vols directs depuis la côte ouest des États-Unis avec Alaska Airlines (Los Angeles) ou WestJet directement depuis Calgary.

À votre arrivée, vous, nos invités, entrerez dans un endroit spécial. Faites une promenade de cinq minutes à la plage et à l'Inn at Loreto Bay pour les restaurants, la plongée en apnée, le kayak et plus encore. Promenez-vous le long du boulevard ou «paseo» et visitez le bar à vin, les cafés, les magasins, le magasin Loreto rempli de produits d'épicerie simples à FN305 à côté du centre communautaire, le salon de coiffure / massage / ongles ou le centre communautaire à FN348.

Great location. Really nice home.

We had a great time in the little town of Nopoló. This house is perfectly located within the community. A couple restaurants about a block away. Great coffee shop and market about a 5 minute walk away. And a great pool right outside the back door. The owner was very helpful as well. Highly recommended!

Loreto bay. Founders neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay in Loreto bay. The home was large and clean. We did have a few issues at the beginning of our 7 day stay that were eventually taken care of by Greg the owner. He was able to get some gas for the BBQ after a few days and the A/C that was dripping a lot of water stopped about 3 days into the stay. This was most likely due to the high humidity. The Wi-Fi worked well and we saw a lot of security personal around that were very friendly. I think we will be returning soon.

Quiet Relaxation

If you are looking for uncrowded, quiet, relaxation for your next vacation....Loreto Bay in the summer is it! If you want lots of action and excursions...not so much. If you are an all-inclusive kind of vacationer but want to branch out....this would be a great way to start. The entire development is beautifully laid out and landscaped with meandering "streets" and alleyways. Perfect for morning or evening walks. If you hesitate traveling anywhere because of safety concerns, this is the place for you. "Security" is constantly patroling on bikes and are very friendly and helpful. Everyone from locals to expats to visitors are quick with an "hola" or "Buenos dias" all day. This villa is perfectly located with your back gate entering onto the best pool in Loreto Bay Resort and a very short walk to the beach thru the hotel area. If you are a snorkeler....bring your gear as there is decent snorkeling around the rocky point at the south end of the beach. House is well equipped with tons of beach towels, cable TV, air conditioning, kitchen pots and pans, etc. There were a couple little issues (more drinking water and flat bike tire) that were quickly resolved by the owner thru email. This house would be great for two couples or a family of four (even a group of six would work if you don't mind sharing beds) as there was one king in the downstairs bedroom and two queens in the upstairs bedroom with it's own ensuite bathroom. Plenty of outdoor space with sun or shade options to make your vacation a great one!

Loreto Casa 473

Everything about this property was amazing! We had everything we needed in our beautiful casa. The location couldn’t have been any more perfect! Restaurants within walking distance was ideal and the food was excellent. We’re coming back in February 2020, only wish it was larger since we’re bringing more family next time! Loreto may turn out to be our yearly sister trip destination. I must add one more thing, having that beautiful pool right outside the gate was definitely the frosting on the cake 🥰

Family Spring Break Fun!

As always, Loreto Bay and the Sea of Cortez filled our hearts! We have been visiting this area for the last 15 years, pre-kids and now with kids. They love it as much as we do. This time we had another one of Greg’s properties and it was again excellent. Well equipped, clean, great location, easy and also beautiful. The bottled water is a nice touch and much appreciated. Fantastic location

We had a wonderful stay at casa 473 in Loreto Bay. This is our second time staying in Loreto bay and we really loved the location of this casa and how light and airy is was . The community pool is right outside your door so very handy for popping back and forth. The casa is well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. We found the two bikes really handy. Greg the owner was extremely easy to deal with and when we had an issue with the washing machine he even did our laundry for us!!! We come for the golf but there is so much more to do here. It was a great holiday!!!

Beautiful Baja house !!

Greg had an absolutely beautiful house that our family truly enjoyed for 1 week. It was stocked with the essentials necessary for our family. Greg provided us with everything we needed to make our stay feel like home . Thumbs up with providing us with the 5 gallon filtered water. We actually went through 2 of the 5 gallon containers and refilled one up for only 70 cents in the town of Loreto!! What a deal:) we loved the fact that the pool was right outside the house. Everything was great and we thank you Greg for allowing us to stay at your beautiful Baja house. Hoping to stay there again in the near future!!

Wonderful week at Loreto Bay!

We loved our week at Loreto Bay. Greg was so helpful and provided us with great recommendations. The condo was lovely and well equipt. The weather was fabulous and we enjoyed the pool and resort facilities. We especially enjoyed the wine bar - great food and friendly atmosphere. Thank you Greg. We hope to return next year.

Tranquil, Peaceful, Quiet, Relaxing, Close to Pool

This unit is fully stocked to accomidate your every need. The kitchen has everything to fix a gourmet meal, or fix the cocktail of your choice. Is perfect for two couples or a family with two children. The pool is literally out the back gate, and the 11th tee of the golf course is out the front door. The villa is located in a convienent area with easy access to the local eateries, local grocery store and wine cellar. The hotel is close where the spa and massages are heavenly. There is so much outdoor activity to do that your worn out at the end of the day. The sunrises are spectacular from the viewing tower.

Fantastic Casa and owners!

I don't know which to praise first: the casa or Nina and Nick. Nina should be acknowledge first for her helpfulness, desire to meet all the renters' needs and wants, her concerns, generosity and thoughtfulness. She went way beyond my expiations! Nick was very helpful with car insurance and the golf course. As far as the property: it was clean, very attractive, comfortable, (beds are as comfortable as my beds at home) very well stocked in kitchen amenities, towels, beach towels, lounge chairs, local art and on and on. The location of the casa was perfect since it was a half a block away from the 17th green, with beautiful views of the mountains and the pool from the terrace and viewing tower and only steps from the swimming pool. In my opinion, this casa has the best location that's around the pool. It is back from the pool so that it is secluded and quiet. Thanks Nina and Nick for sharing your home.

A little bit of heaven!!!

Nina was a delight to work with and was extremely accommodating in getting our vacation rental set up. She was able to provide good recommendations about the area. The "casa" was excellent, spotless and ready to go when we arrived. Arturo had the A/C going and greeted us at the door. Extremely comfortable beds and everything we needed for a relaxing 2 weeks. The pool is just steps out the back door and the Wine Bar is in the same "block". We would definitely rent again as the experience could not have been better.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

We spent two fantastic weeks in this unit and it was truly a vacation! The pool location is key because some units are right on the pool which invites pool noise (there wasn't much.) This unit is just tucked a hair away from pool so you get the easy access (direct gate from your unit) but no noise. The Loreto Bay Hotel and the beach is an easy five minute walk from the unit. We rented kayaks from Arturo's (talk to Jorge) and dove for clams (Jorge taught us) right from this beach. After a day of adventuring we would get a drink from the swim-up bar at the hotel pool and a bite at the restaurant. If you are feeling proper, you can wrap up in a beach towel...its very relaxed and easy. After that we would take our catch of the day home and jump into our own pool for a bit. Good Times!! We have stayed in quite a few rental homes and this one was one of the best. From 1-10, I'd rate cleanliness a 10. There was no feeling of other people's "ick". Door knobs/light switches/fixtures were sparkling; we really felt like we were guests in a (clean) friends house. It was great! Everything is organized and easy to find. The kitchen is great and has everything you need. Outdoor bbq was large enough to grill up the Dorado we caught off our kayak...had to brag! We are divers so we brought a lot of gear. We left everything outside in the very private and very secure courtyard where there was plenty of room to rinse everything out. Parking was right outside our unit. We will definitely return to Loreto and rent this unit again. A few other owners made it clear in our inquiries that we would be "seeing them" often during our stay. While Loreto Bay is not crowded and we ran into the same people often, we didn't like the inclination that there would be pop overs at our unit. Nina was a great host and although we were strangers in her home there were no phone calls or disturbances. She made sure she was available to us via email and cell and we were on our own. Thank You, Nina!!

Beautiful casa

Thanks Nina & Rick for a fantastic stay in sunny Loreto! The casa is well represented in both pictures and description. The owners are very easy to work with and willingly answer any of your questions with detailed answers. The casa is tastefully decorated with authentic artwork and beautiful ceramics. The furniture inside and outside is very comfortable and high end. The kitchen is well stocked and has modern appliances. The house was very clean and well maintained. There are 3 private outside areas to use. We especially enjoyed the viewing tower where we watched the sun rise over the Sea of Cortez and in the evening the sunset was over the Sierra de la Giganta. Two nights we were able to see a magnificent lighting show dancing in the sky north of Loreto. Our timing was perfect for a butterfly hatch with waves of yellow and white butterflies filling the air. A big bonus was parking outside the front door which most of the other houses do not have. The community was colorful and well maintained. The casa was centrally located with the mini store and other businesses a block away. The pool is steps away. The Inn at Loreto Bay is just a short stroll and has several restaurants. The beach is a short walk with beautiful sand and clear water. You will not be disappointed with the casa and Loreto is a charming village with lots of activities.

Exceptional Place

From my first contact with the owner, I knew I had picked the right place. She was very helpful, sharing with me information on their favority places and things to do. The house is exceptional, it feels like home, very confortable and stocked with the necessery gadget. The pool is right out the back gate, this is great considering there are hundreds of houses in the development, and only afew around the pool. You can walk to the kitchen and prepare your pina colada and get back to relaxing in minutes. The golf course is great for taking walks, if you don't golf, or rent a golf cart at the corner store and enjoy driving around, we did. The beach is only a short walk from the house, the water is calm, great for snorkeling and kayaking. Overall we were very please with the house and services, we were given privacy by management but at the same time we felt safe with all the security around the development. Can't wait to return.

Home Away From Home

What an amazing villa for our six-month stay! We’ve stayed all over Mexico and this is truly the best value for money. From Day 1 to the end of our lease the home and homeowners exceeded our expectations. This area is like nowhere else in Mexico - such a special place. Outstanding!

We enjoy travel around the world including simple trips from our home base in Alaska to Loreto Baja California Sur (BCS).

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We live in Alaska and have always wanted a winter get-away. We traveled to many cities in the Baja and mainland Mexico seeking a second home in a safe environment but with a feeling of local community. It had to be on the water with a versatile terrain. Finding the charming town of Loreto, the Sea of Cortez and the gorgeous mountain back drop plus the comforts and security of the Loreto Bay development made this Casa our choice!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We like our quiet spot in the Loreto Bay neighborhood combined with one of the larger green spaces to feel uncloistered and private. Having the community pool in our 'back yard' is a pretty sight off the terrace and very convenient to use going out the back gate. The easy access to the golf course is great for the many walks we take. Everyone who visits says our home feels so comfortable. Most all of our decor is made in Mexico making the home a real villa feel.
