Condo 506/403
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unsatisfactory! I rented Condo 403 2 months in advance of my reserved dates (4/3 to 4/20). On the way to Biloxi, I was advised that the Condo was not available as the owner had taken the Condo off of the market. I had a contract with this owner and I believe the owner is in “Breach of Contract” only to find out it was rented out during the some of the time I had it rented. Was I discriminated by the owner or did she rent it at a higher cost? I am considering a legal case against the owner or Biloxi Beach rentals. Unless I get an explanation of why I was canceled out at the last minute, you will hear from my Lawyer. Even to was given Condo 506. It was not to the standard I would rent!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The building i.e. hallways, office, etc were always very clean. Our condo should have had a very deep cleaning, but I was told the owner had it cleaned a few months earlier and wouldn’t pay for another. The layout was great. The entire staff bent over backwards to make our stay great, office staff, maintenance workers, and residents were also very friendly. We did have an issue with the TV, and the living room furniture in our condo was very uncomfortable. Again staff did what they could to correct the issues. All in all our stay was great and we’re happy that we went. If health issues do not occur were hoping to go again.

Only 1 issue, is been almost a month and I still have not received my deposit back. I called and the lady stated that I would get my full refund but still has not received it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always stay at Ocean Club. We usually try to spend the month of February in Biloxi. This year we were in unit 506. We have stayed in this unit before.There are many things that we like about the unit. The items for everyday use in the kitchen are more than adequate. We brought some extra items with us that were not needed.The dryer takes forever! It is not uncommon to take 3 hours to dry a load of towels.The mattress in the master bedroom is past its prime. The second bedroom one is fine.The cleaning crew might want to occasionally wipe all the baseboards, electrical outlets and light switches as they seem to need attention.The personnel we dealt with from the office through the maintenance staff were extremely helpful. Shout out to "Allie" for all her efforts in getting us set up for next year.
