Beautiful, artisan-designed spacious loft right on the Marjanishvili Street and crossroads at Aghmashenebeli Avenue. Excellent location on a vibrant street and landmarks such as the Dry Bridge, Oldtown, Rustaveli Avenue, Marjanishvili Theater, Marjanisvhili Square, Fabrika, Rooms Hotel.
This unique loft has a large living space downstairs with a kitchen and a living room. The traditional Georgian-style wooden balcony adds extra chilling space for morning coffee or evening wine. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one room in the middle of the two bedrooms with an extra bed.
Marjnaishvili street is one of the favorite streets of locals and visitors alike. It is just off of the famous Galaktioni Bridge and connects the two main, also most historic and beautiful avenues of Tbilisi: the Rustaveli Avenue with the Aghmashenebeli Avenue. The area is full of nice restaurants, cafes, 4 major theaters of the country, the metro station, and the eclectic architecture of the 19th century, with some excellent examples of the Art Deco style.
Please note and acknowledge the following:
1. There are 3 TV units (one in the living room and one in each bedroom). However, there is a limited number of channels.
2. There is no elevator in the building. The apartment is located on the second floor, and you have to climb sets of stairs. If going up the stairs is a challenge for you, please abstain from booking this property and ask us about other options.
3. It is a Loft, so the bedrooms are on an upper level.
