We have sought to equip our condo to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay. Great stay, like new Condo

Our host, Washington, could not have been more accommodating. The beachside condo is south of the main Daytona Beach area, and all the activity going on there day and night. It is a quiet and safe location with ample close parking. We enjoyed the beach access and the pool area. Everything in the condo is new, including super comfortable beds. Perfect stay for a long Thanksgiving weekend.

Wonderful property, stay, & host

We had a great experience here and can’t wait to return! The condo was beautiful and very clean. The host was wonderful with quick responses and made our check in and check out process a breeze. Everyone we came in contact with on the property was extremely friendly, overall a 10/10 stay!

Wonderful Spring Break

Superb communication with the owner! He made check in so easy and walked us through it. The unit was very clean, decorated, up-to-date. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was wonderful and warm the entire week. Overall this exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to come stay again!

Clean and very comfortable

The condo was extremely clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable and the location was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the beach access- don’t even have to cross a street to get there.

Good location, clean, renovated.

Check in was only slightly a hassle because they have to buzz you in. Parking was also difficult at times, not enough spots available.

Absolutely fabulous

This was a beautifully updated condo. Great views of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. All of the furniture and bedding were impeccable. Wonderful laundry facilities in the condo. The patio furniture was comfortable. Exceptionally stocked as well. Coffee and creamer, supplies for dishwasher and laundry. Extra things like sun screen and beach chairs and umbrella. The pool was fabulous. The beach was fabulous, it was clean and a great crowd. My kids used the work out room every night There were a lot of great restaurants and shopping nearby. I used Instacart to have groceries delivered The owner was fabulous and so incredibly easy to work with - answering all questions in a timely manner. We will definitely be back!!! I highly recommend this condo.

Spacious, Clean, Comfortable Beds

The Owners were a pleasure to deal with. They were very accommodating to make sure our stay was a great experience. The condo is very tastefully decorated throughout. It is very well equipped, and everything is Top Notch. The location is perfect with the beach, pool, restaurants and stores all very convenient. We will go back

Laid back, but close to everything

Great location and condo

The condo is beautifully decorated. I love the security access to get into the building and room. It would’ve been nice to have the check in process instructions beforehand however the owner was easy to get ahold of and walked us through it. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was as expected. Very nice unit, right on the beach. I was surprise to find out you can't consume alcohol on any of the beaches in Daytona Beach.

The condo was perfect and just south of the hustle and bustle of Daytona. Driving on the beach was nice. The decor was modern. Would definately rent again

Excellent condo!

Excellent condo! It was perfect for what we needed. Clean, adequately equipped, great location and just the right size for our family. Check in was a breeze and the owner made us feel welcome! He went above and beyond for us, too - we checked out and where almost an hour away when I realized I forgot something. I messaged the owner and explained what I left and he promptly offered to send it to me. Excellent customer service and excellent condo. If we find ourselves in Dayton again, we will definitely be back.

Beautiful property, great space, wonderful location!

Wonderful place, very clean and comfortable:)The only thing that would help is more lighting everywhere, (especially over the kitchen table. Also a tall( pub style)on the patio to enjoy the ocean view. You might want to include a warm blanket for the sleeper sofa, only sheets were provided. Great place, beautiful!
