Long Term Stay

We are seniors who stayed at Casa Grande Del Lago for January, February and March to get away from a colder winter in Alberta. We loved the home which is on Lake Osoyoos and could look out the big windows in the living and dining room out unto the lake at the ducks and geese frolicking around in the water while we ate. The Home was well equipped with everything that we needed for cooking and serving meals. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was also comfortable especially the 2 swivel rocker's. The master bedroom was down stairs with a big double sink bathroom which we enjoyed having. The home had everything that was listed online.Our Family of 4 visited us for Family Day Weekend and with 2 big bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom and shower they had plenty of room and said that the beds were comfortable.The host was great. He contacted us lots to see how we were enjoying our stay and if we had everything we needed. If we had any questions and contacted him he replied promptly.Geraldine

Awesome home and view

The home is right at the lake and the lights at night dancing in the water was so relaxing Very quiet area and felt very secure. The home was spotless when we arrived and very well stocked with supplies. Only had to buy food. Lots of lovely dishes and pots and pans and cutlery. The linens and towels were in great supply. The King beds were very comfortable. Never used the other beds. The Host was easy to contact and has a great sense of humour. And he would check with me to make sure everything was okay. If you like a lovely home that is quiet and on the lake to watch the ducks swim by then this is your place to be looking for. I give this place a 10 out of 10.

Waterside Bliss

Great location on the waterfront, with an easy walk to downtown Osoyoos. Host was great and provided ample communication. The house was clean and equipped with all the necessities you may require. I would highly recommend this as your next stay if you are visiting Osoyoos.

Great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed the first two days and the beach area until we abruptly left the condo under a fire evacuation alert. Although the fire didn’t pose an immediate threat, the close proximity and size of the wildfire caused sufficient anxiety for my pregnant daughter-in-law and 6 yr old grandson that staying was out of the question. Without waiting to have us make a request, Jon very generously offered to have the cost of our rental for the last two days reimbursed which happened quickly. Overall, despite a traumatic experience that shortened our stay at Casa del Lago, we enjoyed the time we had while there.

Lakeside Paradise

We had a wonderful week by the lake! The property has been updated with fresh paint and new appliances, and is well-stocked with things we needed for the week. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, with extra linens if needed. Although we brought our own beach towels, there were some provided at the property, as well as beach chairs, patio furniture, and a propane bar-b-que. The icemaker in the refrigerator was a definite bonus for those hot days, and the AC worked well and was easy to program. This was our second stay at this property, and the hosts are extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would definitely consider booking with them in the future! Thank you for another memory-filled vacation!

Osoyoos VRBO stay

Property was so well stocked with everything you could imagine. Owners were more than helpful and called to make sure we had all we needed and more. Would recommend to anyone wanting a lakefront experience. Lovely property.

Great location!

This property is in a great location and is perfect for larger groups. Private beachfront with dock to take in the sunrise and sunsets. Deck equipped with barbecue to enjoy meals and beverages while taking in the magnificent view. Walking distance to town and within a few minutes drive to several amazing golf courses and wineries. Accommodations were suitable, however, could use some updating. Our host was very welcoming and reachable when needed. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental and we hope to be back again in the future.

Osoyoos Paradise

This is our second year staying here and we love it. It is right on the water with a dock to moor our jet ski. For other activities it is close to so many wineries and great restaurants. We look forward to returning next summer.

Gem of a property

We had an awesome time staying at this condo. It is located on the south lake of Osoyoos. The location was wonderful with easy access to everything. The condo was lovely and spacious and Jon was a wonderful host.

Relaxation at its Best

The setting was pristine and the view spectacular! Having direct access to the lake and our own semi-private beach was a real treat! The condo was very clean and well-equipped, and we appreciated the full-sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, and gas stove/range. It currently does not have an outdoor grill/bbq, but I understand that one may be coming to the property shortly. The property manager is gracious and easy to contact, and replied to our questions quickly. The condo was spacious and well laid out, and readily accommodated our party of three related couples/families. We absolutely loved our week-long stay and look forward to coming back again!

Lazin’ at the Lake House

The townhouse is beautifully situated on the lake , with a private beach and is within walking distance to downtown Osoyoos. It was spacious, clean and relatively well appointed. What wasn’t there , if we needed it, the hosts provided it in short order. We would stay there again!

Great Winter Escape

We loved Osooyos. We went on lots of day trips. Wonderful pathways and walking trails. Warm weather compared to the rest of Canada. We met great people. Our accommodations were wonderful with lots of space and a fully equipped kitchen. Great host.

Excellent getaway!

The views were amazing and exactly how they were described! A large home, very well stocked, extra everything! A very courteous and helpful owner made our stay even more pleasant. We will rent here again - no doubt!

Amazing Lake Front Property

This home was so spacious and well-kept and we’ll-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our family of 8. The view of the lake is amazing! The floor plan is spacious and there was enough room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the beachfront. We will be back!

Fantastic property

The property was exactly as advertised and we had a fantastic stay! It is right on the water and we were able to be on the beach everyday, which is exactly what we were looking for. It's a short walk to Main Street and a short drive to multiple wineries and fruit stands. 10/10!

Beautiful Lake View Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The lay out of the rooms were perfect and we loved the lake view from the patio. The unit had a lot of personal items left and decor that could be limited. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place!

Great location

This property was great for a family of 5. Had everything we needed. Great location, clean. If you have a truck you will have to park in the visitor parking. The only con was the dock. The ramp down to the floating dock only rests on the dock, not attached. When big waves come the ramp likes to move towards the boat. Made contact with my boat one night.
