Charming New England shingled styled 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a garage field house on 3+ acres of land. The garage field house has an additional bedroom, bathroom and full kitchen and outdoor shower. Both houses have open floor plans and have been nicely decorated with new furnishings. Window A/C units in all 4 bedrooms during summer. Spectacular sunsets can be watched over dinner off the back deck with table & chairs.

The location of this property is ideal as it is just over a mile from the beach in one direction, town in the other and walking distance to the farm stand and bakery.

Great place to stay

We were in Little Compton for a wedding, and this home had everything we needed and more. The home (& guest house!) were clean and the backyard was absolutely beautiful. Great place to stay with friends, would love to come back!

Wonderful accommodations in a fabulous location

Beautiful setting and very comfortable accommodations. Great place to relax for the weekend with walks on the beach and stops at local farm stands and boutiques. Terrific hosts as well.

Graduation celebration

Comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. Loved the kitchen that was stocked with plenty of utensils (and spices) to allow us to cook lovely meals. The location is pastoral and so quiet. Perfect!

4 generations, cherished family time

Our stay couldn’t have been better! The house and field house were perfect spaces for my husband and me, my 90 year old mother, our adult son, daughter, her fiancé and their 3 month old daughter. Oh, and 2 dogs! All the spaces were comfortable, beautifully decorated in a comfortable, homey way, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Erica was responsive and helpful with my questions in advance. Everything was so well set up that I really had no questions after we got settled. The property is beautiful and spacious which was ideal for a family photo shoot and gave the dogs a chance to romp. We left rested and happy to have shared a special family gathering in a place we all liked so much. Thank you, Erica and family!

Another great New Year’s in Little Compton

2 families of 4 - each with two 7 year olds, two 4 year olds (and a dog each) have stayed at this property the last 2 NYE weekends. Each time, we have loved our stay. The house is cozy, but a fine size for our group. Visiting Newport, walking along the various beaches and ordering in from the restaurants near by (try The Westporter for dinner and Groundswell for breakfast!) made for a lovely change of scenery for us. We will likely be back again next year to keep the tradition alive! Thank you Erica!

Great house

Very clean, quiet, peaceful property. The house is not set far back from the street but it is still quiet since there is very little traffic and what there is can not be heard from the house. The grounds are spacious and lovely with fruit trees, two decks, and a firepit. The kids enjoyed the indoor games and outdoor yard space. Beach is a short bike ride away. The area is very charming. There are no shades on the windows, which meant that we had great views and also that the littles woke up with the sun. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back one day.

Beautiful property in a great spot

We absolutely enjoyed our family vacation in Little Compton. The property is lovely and spacious. The separate garage house was a great spot for my in-laws and extra space for all to just hang out. The kids loved the air hockey table and tv room. Sunsets from the back deck were spectacular. Erica was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Perfect for Our Family

Fantastic location. State of the art electronics. Wonderful grounds and light. Sunsets out of this world. Excellent balance of family and private spaces. More than ample parking. Great outdoor setting for small children. Would love to return next summer.

Great Stay

If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing get away, then this property is for you. We spent the weekend with 4 other family members and there was enough space where you’re not on top of each other. The home was very clean and up to date with respect to amenities. A truly beautiful home, property and area with a 30 minute drive to Newport. The owners were very accommodating to us, as well as very responsive. We will definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful stay this property. The house is bright and clean, with a flood of beautiful morning and evening light. Short drive to the beach and to Tiverton Corners. We enjoyed the big yard, including the outdoor shower, and nights by the fire. Gorgeous farm country.

Holiday escape

We loved Erica’s property. The home is situated in beautiful bucolic fields and has abundant outdoor space for the kids to run around. It’s a great location near the Commons and also different beaches of the area as well as Wishing Stone Farm. The home is clean, comfortable and well designed with a nice master suite upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs, lots of good kids games and a modern kitchen. Our older kids loved playing in the garage apartment which had lots of fun games and good space to chill :) Erica was very helpful and responsive. Overall a great stay and a repeat rental!

Warm, charming, and clean!!!

We stayed here for a long weekend (4 nights). The house is in great shape. Clean and uncluttered with everything that makes a New England house a home. The property is spacious and surrounded by a typical low field-stone wall (once again exuding New England charm). We spent our time cooking great meals, playing games by the fireplace, taking walks on the beaches, and relaxing with our family. The garage apartment was my son’s favorite place to get away to watch TV and play video games (there’s also a mini air hockey table that was a lot of fun). We made use of the outdoor fire pit one night for special occasion. The village of Little Compton (a stop sign and handful of businesses) further built on the charming atmosphere. If you want to go somewhere to relax with abundant peace and quiet, this is a great choice. This place will remain on our shortlist.
