Welcome to our beautiful 5th-floor penthouse, offering one of the best views of the sea in Flic en Flac! From the spacious terrace, you’ll be treated to breathtaking ocean vistas—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying sunset cocktails. Just a 10-minute walk to the beach, our penthouse combines convenience and tranquility, giving you easy access to vibrant beachfront activities while offering a peaceful retreat away from the noise.
Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living area with an attached kitchen, perfect for cooking up your favorite meals. The penthouse features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with one bathroom connected to the main bedroom, and the second bathroom conveniently located next to the living room. Relax and unwind in the Jacuzzi tub after a day of exploring. The second bedroom opens to a smaller side terrace, where you'll be greeted with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
The building is equipped with a lift for easy access, and residents can enjoy the shared swimming pool on-site. For your peace of mind, we have a secure entry system that opens only with a remote or card, along with private, secured parking.
Entertainment is sorted with a TV subscribed to Netflix, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies in the comfort of your home away from home.
