This beautiful modern property, perfect for two, offers a sun-filled retreat with a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Large windows throughout flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and open feel. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals, and the elegant dining area is perfect for enjoying them.
The kitchen is well equiped and includes the following appliances: Nespresso Coffee machine, air fryers, bread maker, rice maker and slow cooker.
Oil, salt, pepper, paper towels and cleaning products are supplied.

The living area features a comfortable sofa, ideal for relaxing while admiring the stunning outdoor views. For entertainment, there’s a 43-inch smart TV and fast, reliable WiFi, ensuring you can stay connected and stream your favorite shows. In winter you can also snuggle up in front of the wood fire and utilise the supplied board games and books.

The high spec tiled bathroom is stylish and includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and towel linens.
Bedroom linen is also provided.

The space will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment with all the essentials at hand for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

You'll also benefit from high-speed internet throughout the property, making it easy to stay connected, stream your favorite shows, or work remotely in a peaceful setting.

While the unit is exclusively yours, please note that there are some nearby yards and sheds near the property that may require occasional access by tradesmen. They may come and go discreetly, but they will not interfere with your property space or outdoor relaxation areas.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

Parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.

We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
