Awesome Stay!

Had a great, long weekend at this property! Plenty of room for 4 adult couples, everything was clean and plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Outdoor space was perfect.

Family reunion

We had a great family trip at this home. The floor plan allowed for privacy. The view is the highlight, we watched the moonrise & sunrise. Andy is an excellent communicator, we would definitely rent from him again.

First trip to AZ

We had a great stay. Honestly the property management was really exceptional. We had a few questions and he answered the phone every time we called, and was helpful immediately. The house was well stocked with anything we needed and was very clean. All the beds were very comfortable as well. My only complaint about the property was the pool looked nothing like the pictures. We skimmed it everyday to be able to swim in it because it is not as clean as it looks in the pictures.

Best views in Tucson hands down

Property was clean, comfortable and has the absolute best views of nearly all surrounding Tucson mountains. Great place to relax and unwind with the family. The street is very busy so must be careful exiting the driveway. Make sure to read the Vrbo listing carefully too and ask about pool heating, it is not included but well worth the cost if you need it. Host is easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Christmas 2021

A nice house on a noisy road. Several problems with the house that the owner was quick to try to address. Thermostat was locked, so we had no control over the interior temperature. No remote for the garage door, so quite inconvenient. Complicated setup on the TV's with no instructions available. House was very clean and nicely laid out.

Great Location for our annual family vacation

This property was perfect for our family. With 5 bedrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone without having to share rooms. The grandsons thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the upstairs loft with another TV was perfect for them to use for gaming or others to watch sports. The location worked well and has lots of great day-trip options. The attention to detail by the hosts was beyond what we have found in other properties. In addition, Andy was very responsive and helpful in answering our questions. I would highly recommend this home.

Lovely home but check in very difficult for International Guests

The house is large and well located(car essential) We stayed for my son's wedding. Traveling from overseas to get access to the property was very difficult if you do not have a USA phone and if can't download the app which will give you access you are stuffed. This caused excess stress after a very long journey. Once we finally got in it was OK but we had to leave the door unlocked as we could not figure out how to gain access via the app (I had 2 sons with me who are very tech savy and they gave up too) Please provide a key for future guests

Picture perfect!

We absolutely loved staying at this property with our extened family. The kids loved playing in the heated pool on the warm days. The house was well stocked and the linens were soft and comfortable. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. We would highly recommend booking this property! Thanks Andy and Shelby for allowing us to stay at your place.

Great Location and Beautiful Home

Burbondale is in a wonderful location that is convenient to hiking, restaurants, galleries and shopping. The house is very well stocked with everything we needed. The backyard and pool area is a perfect place to spend time and relax with wonderful views of the mountains. The beds were excellent. The upstairs TV area is wonderful. The driveway is on a somewhat busy street however it didn’t provide a problem with either noise or backing out. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with a couple of questions we had. Check in and out process was very easy. We will definitely stay at Bourbondale again.

Arizona Getaway

The layout of this property was really nice. The owners provided Shampoo, Conditioner, Make-up wipes, lotion, Dishwasher soap, Dryer sheets, Laundry Pods, plenty of paper towels and TP. Also, there was plenty of coffee pot filters and lots of spices to use. We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home!!

Tucson Golf Trip

The house is very large with a nice outdoor patio and pool area that has a great view. Plenty of room to spread out with a group. Andy and Shelby were very responsive to any questions we had. We had an enjoyable stay.

Perfect stay for a family

Property was perfect for our family! Close to the golf course our son was playing at and close to restaurants!! Owners were quick to get back to us. House was wonderful and the views were amazing!!

True rest with a great view

From the very start even for prepping Andy was very swift with communication. The house was exactly as portrayed in the images and described in the text. The house has a great floor plan and the pool area was excellent. We were very fortunate to stay during a week were we had rain several days, which made the overall climate much more bearable and also created streams and green in several state parks out of nowhere. However, due to the house being so great, we stayed there for most of the time, just relaxing and enjoying ourselves. This means two families with each two children and one dog, totaling 8 people and 2 dogs. We were able to have our privacy, whenever wanted and then come back together, which is due to the great floor plan. Thanks once again to Andy, our host. We plan on coming back again.

First VRBO rental, not the last.

I rented this property for my family who came to visit me from all different parts of the country. I myself did not stay here, although I was at the property to visit with them, eat and catch up as the pandemic winds down. The ten who stayed here all loved it. They were comfortable here, enjoyed the views, the pool and the surrounding area. Plenty of good shopping. Also good A/C for the Arizona weather. The only negative was the fact that there was no easy direct way to contact the host through the VRBO website.

AMAZING home!

This was by far one of the BEST rental properties we have ever used. The home was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, well-stocked with all the essentials, wonderful communication from the owner and always available to answer any questions. We had a wonderful stay at the Bourbondale home and will definitely visit again next time we are in Tucson. Thank you Andrew and Shelby for sharing your beautiful home with our family over Christmas!
