We really enjoyed our stay at the garden apartment. The place was very clean and the owner was very kind and communicative! The hot tub was also very clean and relaxing as you look at the view of the mountains. We highly recommended staying here! You won’t be disappointed!

Mini getaway

It is a beautiful little 2 bedroom and 1 bath but it isn’t its own building but the basement of their house. It’s not bad! But a little different than expected. Michelle was great and polite. House was super clean. We didn’t have time for the hot tub because of our schedule. It’s out there from the city about 20-30 min but the Mountain View is gorgeous.

Great stay

This is a very nice place if you’re visiting the Colorado Springs area! The host did a great job of making herself available if we had any questions. We really enjoyed the hot tub and all the amenities this place had to offer! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Close to everything.

Very clean and accessible to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods , restaurants and stores. The host is very pleasant and respondes to questions fast. We really enjoyed are stay.

Peaceful and Clean space

This was a great place to stay. Once inside it does not feel like a basement and has a ton of natural light with great views of the mountains. It is very clean and well stocked. The owners clearly go above and beyond to make this a welcoming space.

Amazing Views

This was our first trip to Colorado and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were helpful and allowed us to do laundry during our stay. The place is well taken care of. We enjoyed our time.

A real gem!

I research places very thoroughly - my high standards were met and exceeded! Very charming, clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated…outstanding wide open view of the mountain range (including Pike’s Peak)…quiet neighborhood…driveway parking…beautiful garden area…hot tub - this place has it all. Very important to my decision of booking a place is the host, and Michelle was outstanding - quick to respond to messages…very helpful…accommodating…friendly. I would not even consider trying to find another place when coming back to Colorado Springs.

Excellent place to stay.

Michelle's apartment could not be nicer. She has a decorator's touch that makes it special. It's roomy, light for a basement apartment (because it is on the ground floor at the back of the house), exceptionally clean, and well stocked. Highly recommend!

Best host in Colorado!

Checkin and check out process was easy. Place was so clean, quiet, and homey with some personal touches by the host. Love the coffee bar! They have the most amazing hot tube. Such a quiet place to get away from all the hustle and bustle. Host is also very commutative and attentive to all our needs and questions.

Amazing sunrise view of Pikes Peak!

Our stay was overall amazing. This unit was probably the CLEANEST place we have ever stayed! Yet very comfortable and cozy. We will definitely stay here again! Our host was very accommodating in some last minute changes we had and we had very available communication even though they were on their own vacation! Highly recommend!

Very nice getway.

The blissful basement was very nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood. The host responds very quickly which made it very nice. I would highly reccommend staying here. Me and family loved it. They even had games to keep my kids entertained.

The Blissful Basement

The efficiency Apartment setting was perfect for our needs! Its all set up for cooking (if you Want) or just use the microwave to heat up your left overs form the restaurant from the night before. It's all stocked up with items you might have forgotten to pack. Its clean and the hot tub takes away any stress you may have collected. it's very relaxing! This was my second time back and I will always look for this location when coming back to fountain CO. Thanks again to our Host Michelle very good job!

It was a convenient 20 min drive to Pikes Peak International race way where we were attending the Hot Rod Rock and Rumble car show. The Blissful Basement was nice and clean with a fully stocked kitchenette and two bedrooms, the living room space was perfect. We had everything we needed! The Hot Tub right outside the door was very nice. The house Host made sure we comfortable and offered any assistance we needed. I will definitely consider booking again in the future.

Great Getaway

The space was just as described! We were extremely pleased with our entire stay. The details of decorations/necessities and the stocked kitchen were excellent! However, just be aware, it is a shared space so you’ll sometimes see the owners, which worked out for us to get some great tips of where to go! Also, they say in their house book to use the white noise machine…this is definitely suggested to do, especially in the main bedroom since there was some noise from upstairs late at night our second night. However, everything was fabulous, just go knowing some of these details!
