Charme de la ferme avec des mises à jour modernes. Deux chambres au 2ème étage et une chambre au 1er étage. Salles de bains complètes mises à jour à chaque étage. Planchers de noix uniques partout. Nouveau canapé-lit dans le salon. Tout nouvel écran plat Sony et système audio haut de gamme. Jardin et demi aménagé par des professionnels. Cuisinière à gaz, lave-vaisselle, appareils ménagers neufs, évier de ferme, Vitamix, cafetière, bar à petit-déjeuner pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. La table à manger peut accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes. Garage attenant. Vélos disponibles pour utilisation. Laveuse, sécheuse, fer et planche à repasser à disposition. Cour clôturée privée avec salle à manger et coin salon en plein air, idéale pour prendre un café le matin ou profiter de la nature. Enrouler autour du porche avec des zones de sièges supplémentaires. Great Place!

Really enjoyed our stay at Laura’s place. Incredible yard. Feels like a home, not a vacation rental. Everything is incredibly well organized and stocked. Easy walk down to shops and restaurants. Can’t say enough good things about our experience here.

Great 3 bedroom, walk to downtown

Big back yard for the group to gather, 3 nice bedrooms, recently updated kitchen and bathrooms, excellent stay. House had everything our group needed. Big yard was nice place to eat, socialize or play yard games. Close walk to downtown Harbor Springs. Would stay here again.

Harbor Springs gem

This house was the perfect place our end-of-summer getaway... a close walk or bike (provided) into town, short drives to beaches and farm stands, and an A+ kitchen that was well-equipped and intuitive. The big backyard and festively-lit patio made it even more inviting. We were definitely in our happy place there!

Comfortable Harbor Springs Getaway

Lovely renovated farm house, walking distance to the town and one block from the breathtaking bluff view. The house is very well outfitted. The common spaces were not as big as we expected, but perfectly comfortable. The house has a beautiful porch and back yard to make up for it. I spent many mornings working on the porch and it was lovely. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are newly and thoughtfully renovated. The garage is full of bikes and things to do in the back yard. We loved our stay and can't wait to return!

Unbelievable location and home

This was our first time in Harbor Springs and we picked the right property. A short walk to town and the Harbor gives this place part of its charm but the house was IMMACULATE. Literally looked as if no one had ever stayed there and the place had everything we needed and easy-to-understand directions. The only downside was no A/C. I am sure that there are only about 15 days a year where it's needed and it was our dumb luck to capture 5 of those days. A portable/roll-away A/C unit would have been perfect especially upstairs as it is really stuffy upstairs.

Family Getaway

This was the perfect house and location for our getaway. The house is as nice as advertised. It is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to town. The kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs and plenty of paper goods and other supplies you would need. The home was very clean and comfortable and there is a beautiful relaxing yard and covered porch that we enjoyed using. The owner supplies some yard games, board games and puzzles that we put to use. We appreciated having chairs and a cooler available for the beach. Our host was very easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend Laura's lovely farmhouse.

Excellent Location Above the Bluff

The house was perfect for our weeklong stay in Harbor Springs. Easy walking distance to town for coffee, shopping and restaurants. Perfect home base for exploring the area. Really close to the grocery store which made stocking up for the week quite simple. Backyard with grill and lights was a great place to unwind after the day! Box fans and windows open made for comfortable sleeping even on hot days after the sun went down.

Charming house with amazing yard!

This house is lovey and comfortable. A short (3-4 block) walk to town, close to the IGA, around the corner from lovely bluff walk—this property is terrific. I highly recommend and hope to return myself!

Up North Excellence

Great home and a great location. 5 minute walk to downtown and waterfront. Home is well appointed and very well maintained. Also close to bike path that goes all the way to Petosky. Great setup and very enjoyable week. Would definitely stay here again!

lovely home, lovely area, lovely hosts

We rented for three weeks, after Labor Day -- hosting two different couples in first and last week. The area was obviously "shutting down" for the season -- in part, why we liked it >>> less crowd, open golf courses, cooler weather, change of leaves. Our guests differed from each other-- the first less active (we enjoyed an overnight to Mackinaw Island).... and while they napped?-- my /h and I rode bikes for the 8 mi perimeter. The second guests were more active-- and we got in a LOT of golf. We have stayed in a LOT of VRBOs, and by far, this one was one we'd repeat often .... well organized, casually elegant, and VERY well/generously equipped for any/all age and interest levels. It was fun to post the flags made available! ... and to hear the h/s band practice. It's up on the bluff-- great vistas, and convenient location to most in area. Friendly town folks-- including the Chief of Police who chatted us up in town as a welcome to visitors. Our communication with and response from the owners about any issues/concerns was stellar and resolved. When we drove away, both my /h and I had a bit of: remorse, to be leaving. We truly enjoyed this property! The backyard was spectacular, the walk to town was short and beautiful, and the kitchen was fully stocked for a chef's dream. Not a thing we would suggest for improvement.

Perfect setup

Lovely home! We had a very enjoyable stay during the winter and were able to enjoy nearby Nubs Nob as well as downhill skiing and skating. The house is very comfortable, clean, very well appointed, and spacious. We had more than enough space and everything we could need. We rent often and it is rare to find such a well stocked home. Perfect getaway!

This charming house was the perfect getaway for our family vacation up north! Walking distance from downtown, relaxing back yard setup and a friendly neighborhood. You’re a quick drive to Petoskey or under an hour away from the bridge/Mackinaw. Family friendly with 2 kids under 3 and plenty of space/sleeping accommodations. Would return in future for northern Michigan trips!

Fantastic get away!

We had a great vacation in Harbor Springs. This house was clearly recently renovated. Very clean with an beautiful updated kitchen. Loved the backyard, yard games and bikes provided which my kids really enjoyed. Hanging lights outside really set an inviting mood in the evening. Great communication with owner which is appreciated. Location is perfect, 10 min walk to downtown. Up on a hill but that provides amazing views for evening walks. Would rent again!

Wonderful Home for Growing Family

We had a wonderful week with our adult children and new grandchild thanks to this property. The owners have thought of everything including the outdoor patio, bikes and a large gas grill. It was a comfortable house with all the amenities. We loved the cookies too!!!!
