Magnifique maison sur la plage pour des vacances parfaites

Sailbeach est situé sur Saint- Georges Cay dans la communauté appelée Spanish Wells, à proximité de tout. Il est l'un des plus propres îles les plus sûrs dans tous les Bahamas. La maison est située dans le centre d'une belle plage de sable blanc naturel. Les eaux turquoises fabuleux peut être apprécié de la vue panoramique dans le salon principal. Vous pourrez profiter de la grande terrasse supérieure, couché sur des chaises longues, avec vue imprenable sur les eaux claires des Bahamas gin. Votre séjour comprend: Internet haut débit sans fil, télévision par câble, (4) vélos Beach Cruiser, (2) kayaks, (2) lever panneaux électriques; climatisation centrale, grande cuisine entièrement équipée avec îlot et granit, buanderie; draps, serviettes de bain et serviettes de plage.

The ONLY place you should consider in Spanish Wells

Someone had written awhile ago that the pictures do not do it justice… THEY DON’T!! This place was beautiful, well appointed and convenient to every place you need to go on the island. We were an extended family of 6 adults and 3 children. The place was perfect! I was concerned that the upstairs loft area would be loud but it was perfect for my daughters family of 4! They had their own private area all to them selves. The owner is a wealth of information to recommend everything from excursions to massages on the deck. I was fascinated with the tides…. Making it perfect for the 8 month old to splash in very shallow water. Will definitely be back!!

Wonderful get away

What a beautiful home, spectacular view and access to the most gorgeous crystal clear blue water we’ve ever seen. Sailbeach was clean and well appointed, with everything we could possibly need or want for our stay. And when we had a minor medical emergency, the Spanish Wells on-call nurse listed in the guide we were provided meet us on a Sunday and was thorough and so nice! We were impressed. We’ll definitely be back to the island and this house.

Beautiful place to stay on a beautiful laid-back island

We fully enjoyed our stay at Sail Beach. The house is beautiful and is perfectly situated to be able to watch the tides rise and fall each day. We enjoyed cruising the island in the buggy, especially to get ice cream at Papa Scoops. Mark is the perfect host. We will be back!

We loved staying at SailBeach! The house is charming and has amazing hardscaping to really enjoy the view. Speaking of, the view is really unbeatable. I just couldn’t stop staring at the water. Beach access was easy with a boat ramp next to the house. The tide comes in high and quickly goes out to low. Mark was very communicative and professional. We will definitely be coming back to Spanish Wells, and hopefully to Marks house!

Have been wanting to stay in this house for years and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The place is immaculate and looks brand new. The location is amazing and have some of the best views on the north beach. Lastly Mark was great to work with. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future.

A slice of heaven

What a wonderful experience we had from start to finish! The house and property were impeccable. The view was perfect. The care and upkeep that has been put into this property is evident everywhere. This was our second stay on Spanish Wells and assuming we return, it will be to this house. This trip was my husband, me, and my mom. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Great vacation home!

I want to give this a bad review so that the house is available anytime we want to go, but that wouldn’t be kind to Mark who was an amazing host. The house is as listed if not better and in a great location. We had our 2.5 year old and 8 month old, and they loved playing in the water, seeing stingrays, starfish, and shells right in front of the house. The locals on the island are incredibly welcoming and Mark pointed us to some great spots. We had an amazing time.

Amazing

We stayed at Sail Beach for 5 nights on Spanish Wells and by far had the best time! The listing is very accurate. We had 4 adults and 5 children(13 and under) The house has everything you need and more, the owner truly thought of everything. We hope to book this same place the next time we return to Spanish Wells.

Beautiful Sailbeach!!

It truly is paradise!! Our family had the best time. Rent a golf cart…Take a charter with Captain Kid and Son and ask for Captain Norman…visit all the local restaurants AND Papa Scoops!!! You will LOVE this vacation and the house!

Paradise found

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Sailbeach! This was our second trip to Spanish Wells (first at Sailbeach) and it did not disappoint! The house was so well appointed and communication with the owner was great. Everything was thought of to make sailbeach a great vacation rental and we were so impressed with how well maintained it was! One could never grow tired of the view from the house! Thank you Mark for sharing your piece of paradise with us and we hope to return one day in the future!

Phenomenal Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Sail Beach in June. There were 8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids) and the house was perfectly suited for our size group. The kitchen was well appointed, the house was clean and organized, and the location was stellar, especially being right next to beach access. We spent many mornings just enjoying the huge sandbar outside during low tide. Mark was very easy to work with, and easy to communicate with. None of us wanted to leave! We hope to return soon!

Top Notch Stay

This house is in top shape. We found everything working during our stay. Location is great. We were 7 but 10 could easily be accommodated. Communication with Staff and Owner was easy and information clearly received.

Incredible!

Everything about Sailbeach is incredible. From being able to see the Sunrise AND the Sunset from the same area to the magnificently appointed 2 story house. The perfectly maintained grounds are inviting and the beach access is right next to it. Spanish Wells is a quaint area with all that you really need to have a relaxing vacation. We will back. All of the descriptions in the listing are very accurate.

Great stay in Spanish Wells

The house and neighborhood was great. Mark does a great job of keeping the house in tip top shape. Everything was functional. House was very comfortable and worked perfectly for a 4 night stay. We loved soaking in the ocean out the back, taking the golf carts out to the local restaurants and ice cream parlor. Would love to go back some time.

Perfect yet again

This is our second time staying at this house and everything about the place is perfect and Mark makes everything easy and detailed as can be. The only thing that needs to be added is a ladder for the sea wall but other than that it’s the best house on the island!!!!
