L'appartement est attenant à la maison familiale principale avec un accès séparé par un escalier. Chambres claires et aérées. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Situé près des falaises sur la Westend Road à Negril, à 800 mètres du célèbre Ricks Café, voté dans les 5 meilleurs bars du monde et à seulement trois kilomètres du centre-ville de Negril. Également à une courte distance en voiture de la plage de sable blanc de sept miles pour laquelle Negril est également célèbre. Il y a beaucoup d'endroits pour se détendre à proximité avec des bars, des cafés et des restaurants à distance de marche. Les invités n'ont donc pas besoin de cuisiner s'ils ne le souhaitent pas. Un parking est disponible sur place. Le transport est facilement accessible et à un prix très raisonnable

West End is the best end.

Great property and great location, a stones throw from the Rockhouse. Secure, clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for a better spot for the price.

Comfy & Spacious

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable (love the comfy mattress and sheets), spacious and bright apartment. The kitchen is the perfect size and love the washer. We felt safe and relaxed. We will definitely book it again.

At Home

My husband and I had a great time here we felt at home the place was clean, stocked well with towels, kitchen supplies, close to restaurants, mini mart, it was quiet at night and can get a taxi right in front ,minutes from the beach ⛱️. This place is also a two bedroom on 2nd floor.

Almond Tree Villas 2025

Another great 2 week stay at Almond Tree Villas in Negril! Apartment was exactly as it was when I visited last year. Nice to be walking in to a place that your comfortable with and know what to expect. Mama Weise is still her charming, playful self and I met Sean and got to know him better as well. Carl was helpful as well.Love the location in the West End. Great little shop across the road. Sips and Bites, a great authentic Jamaican restaurant, is also right across the road. Easy to catch route taxis or start your walk in either direction. Loved having breakfast with coffee and juice on the balcony or chilling with some music in the evening. Absolutely blissful. Water was an issue to some extent. There was a hot water tank valve that was leaking which was fixed in a day or so and also some leaking pipes. I saw some new water pipes in a storage closet downstairs and I'm sure they will repair them ASAP. When repaired, I would give the location 5.5 stars out of 5. Thank you so much Mama, Sean, Carl and Angela. Wonderful people.

Almond Tree Villa

Had a wonderful 2 weeks at Almond Tree Villa. The suite is exactly as listed. Great location on the west end road/one love drive across from Sips and Bites, a wonderful authentic Jamaican restaurant. There is also a small convenience store across the road run by a wonderful woman named Indira. Saved some money by making myself some toasted fried egg and cheese sandwiches with coffee and carrot/mango juice on the propane stove. Enjoying breakfast on the balcony while watching the world go by on the road was wonderful. Met Mama Weise as well as her sons, Carl and Mark. Wonderful, helpful people. Exchanged greetings daily with Mama. She is an absolute treasure. The hot water in the shower wasn't plentiful but that really didn't bother me as a lukewarm shower was very refreshing. I will definitely check on this property's availability for my next trip to Jamaica. Thanks to everyone in the Weise family for their hospitality.

West End Negril Jamaica

A very large and spacious second story apartment with a large deck. The pictures doesn't do it justice. A very lovely apartment and family owned and very wonderful people and helpful with any problems or anything thing else you may need. Look forward to going back there again

I currently live in Birmingham UK with my husband and one of our sons. We have two other two sons who are adults and have moved away from home. I was born in the UK but went to Jamaica to live at the age of ten. So I went to high school there returning to the UK when I was eighteen. My father was an electrician and builder and we children have been fortunate in that we have inherited property in the relaxing and beautiful town of Negril.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This apartment was originally the 'granny flat' attached to the main family home. It has been renovated to a high standard and is a home away from home. We love going to Jamaica and it is great to have a base there.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the large city or not wanting to the hear the frequent noise on the Negril beach with all the parties, then Westend Negril is a fantastic place to be. You will get a less touristy feel of Jamaica.
My mother still lives in the main house with her housekeeper and they are available to provide any information and help needed.
