St. Le Martin Beachwalk Villas Unit 214 se trouve au bord de la plage de l’autoroute 98, à seulement un pâté de maisons de la plage. Cette magnifique unité située au rez-de-chaussée offre une vue sur la piscine et la communauté depuis un grand patio privé avec une table de patio et plusieurs chaises. Le salon affiche un design côtier calme avec un canapé-lit blanc confortable, un mobilier assorti, une table à manger pour quatre, deux tabourets de bar et une très belle télévision à écran plat.

Destin, la Floride est connue comme "le village de pêcheurs le plus chanceux au monde", mais nous ne nous arrêtons pas là! Les plages les plus blanches de la Floride et les eaux vert émeraude sont incomparables. Faites vos achats dans un centre commercial, dans un centre commercial en plein air haut de gamme ou dans l'un des nombreux magasins. Lorsque vous faites du shopping, il existe d'innombrables endroits pour savourer les plats locaux ou simplement manger un morceau. N'oubliez pas notre parc aquatique, nos parcs d'attractions et nos dizaines de terrains de golf.

Property located just a few steps from the beach in the middle of Destin right behind a great seafood market and across the street from a water park!! Unit was clean and easy to access!!

Beach trip

The property was nice and very convenient. It would be great if we could have checked in earlier on Saturday at arrival even if it had been 4:00 instead of 5:00. Also checkout could be at 10:00 instead of 9:00. If the furniture was rearranged in the living room, it would have been more functional and more open space. The hanging light over the table is too low. We only had one kitchen dish towel and no kitchen towel to wash dishes with. It would great to have an easier and shorter access to the beach.

Family Destin Vacation

Location is in the heart of strip, center to restaurants, activities, and beach-5 min walk. The condo is style is ok. It did have all the utensils and cooking pots you would need, plenty trash cans, first floor access was great. Washer & dyer worked-1 pod given. Dishwasher- 2 pods given. The beds were unfortunately very uncomfortable, sag in the middle. These need an update. The TV's were another issues, the living room TV was Large however it did not work, it turned on but we were unable to change channel, volume, or turn it off (we watched 5 days of fear factor reruns) The first bed room TV did not work at all. Master bed room TV worked. Yes, we did report this. No one showed to fix. Do not think I should spend my vacation reminding them to fix it. This I feel should be checked prior to renting. Check in & out was easy breezy.

Comfortable accommodation and easy access to beach

The apartment that we rented fit our family of 5 comfortably. Our 2 kids shared a bed with our baby slept in our pack n' play in one bedroom and we slept in the master bedroom. We were grateful for the easy beach access by using the gated boardwalk. Tv's in every room, plenty of towels and we were surprised by extra beach towels provided. Overall we had a great experience and would come-back again.

We had a couple issues that had to be handled and I must say your people did an outstanding and professional job resolving them. We were pleased that all the living facilities were on one level. The only draw back to our stay was the serious issue of getting on and off hiway 98. There were certain hours that delayed our travel plans. That's the only reason I would not stay at this facility. Great stay.

The food out bed was broken and my son cut his foot, nada big slice on it which ruined his trip due to cutting his foot, he couldn’t enjoy the beach due to salt still getting in his foot even with bandaid. The refrigerator was not working the freezer did, we moved the thermostat a few times and finally started to cool on the 2nd day. We threw away food. We called number on file for emergency for main range no answer and then finally answered they they said they don’t work there no more and hung up. Also glass on night stand was broken on edge and scratched myself on it not save at all. Called phone number in under and no answer!!!! I have pictures of glass broken on night stand, plastic chair was also broken, my wife ended falling backwards and broken fold out bed. I took pictures of it all!!!!

Definitely recommend!

Would definitely recommend staying here. Condo was cute and super clean with easy access to beach. My only complaint was the person staying above us woke us up before 6:30 am every morning with loud walking/pacing. We are light sleepers though. Otherwise fantastic stay.
