Anniversary Getaway

The rental was exactly as described. It was nicely decorated, very clean, and had all the necessary kitchen items. The owners were quick to respond to our questions. The included beach chairs were a great perk. We would definitely stay here again.

everything that is advertised is accurate, very clean, very clean, great that you don't have to strip the beds and wash stuff, they do require you to start the dishwasher, really a very nice place easy and comfortable

This condo is exactly as described. I never write reviews but this was a great experience. It was a GREAT location and we were very happy with our accommodations. The hosts were very helpful and supplied everything we needed during our stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a great location and great condo.

Great Stay

I almost want to keep this condo unit a secret… lol I felt this unit was perfect for what I was looking for. It was conveniently located right next to the elevators but you could not hear anything. The unit was very clean and the master bath was very nice. You cannot go wrong with this unit for a couple. I will definitely be back!!!

Excellent!!!

This condo is one of the best locations and best units we have ever stayed in. Very clean and updated. Such a great view. The owners went above and beyond to provide extras that others do not. They called to check in and make sure every was acceptable and left their contact information if we needed anything. The feeling of luxury at a reasonable price in paradise!

The condo was very nice. The ice maker didn’t work. The property manager tried to fix it but couldn’t fix it. Overall it was great. It was nice having the chairs at the beach for the whole week. We would definitely come back.

Nice condo

We enjoyed the condo. No real complaints. The coffee and water was very much appreciated, we had no problem sleeping. The high floor kept us away from any noise. The condo is conveniently located right beside the elevators but we never heard them or any other noise. Only small suggestion I would make is have some salt and pepper in the S&P shakers.

We were in walking distance to Pier Park and Frank brown Park. Which was just perfect for us. We didn't want our weekend to end. I highly recommend staying in this condo.

Worth The View

The view was definitely the best part. The condo was very clean. The location was very good. Easy walk to Pier Park. The only grumble I would say is that the 2 beach chairs that come with the stay was aggravating. When you check in you're suppose to have the same chairs throughout your stay, per the guys working the chairs. However, every day they put us in different chairs only to move us when someone else showed up. It was very annoying and took away from the relaxed feel we were looking for at the beach. Other than that, the condo was wonderful!

Beautiful condo with owners that make you feel at home.

We can not say enough good things about this condo!! The reservation process was extremely easy. Dale's communication was very detailed and personal. Days before we were to arrived he again contacted us to let us know how to get into the condo and parking information. On the day that we arrived he even came to the condo to make sure every thing was alright. Most condos come complete with pots, pans, towels and such but this one had gourmet coffee, bottled water, shampoo, and lots of little extra's to make you feel more at home. The condo was so nicely decorated, extremely clean, and comfortable. The master bedroom has the most comfortable bed, you just sink into it and listen to the waves. We try and go to Panama City City once a year. There are a lot of nice condo's but this one is special because of all of the extra attention to personal details. Just an extra note, we have never had a security guard so noticeably doing their job and going above and beyond. When we got out of our car he let us know where the carts were. Later in the week he saw us trying to take selfie and helped take a picture of us. I always saw him helping other, again this is an example of personal touches at this condo.

25th Anniversary trip

We had a great time! Great location beautiful views!!! Conveniently located right off the elevator, however we didn’t hear any noise from people using the elevators! Unfortunately the condo was very dusty I wiped down the dresser in the bedroom best I could while I was there. I didn’t pay it to much mind I figured maybe it just hadn’t been rented out for a while or hope that’s the case because there’s no reason for a complaint on cleanliness when they are charging cleaning fees!!! It was very nice and convenient to have the beach chairs and umbrella for the beach but if your not down there by 1 or 2:00pm they will be picking your chairs up for the day, so if you go down early and plan on going back later you might want to let them know not to take your chairs because if there empty they will be picked up! They have everything picked up by 5:00pm so if your still on the beach at that time you are expected to get up so they can collect your chairs, on our last day we were on the beach late and they literally took our umbrella while we were still using it when my husband said something about it the response from the guy working was I can bring it back for 15 minutes.. people are always trying to keep us out here late… Which is crazy to me that he thinks 4:45 was late during the summer season! So if you want to hang out on the beach after 4:45pm I’d suggest taking your own chairs and umbrellas. Other than that the place itself was very nice and we’d definitely rent again!!!

Fantastic unit. Fantastic owner.

This unit is one of the best if not best we have ever stayed in. It was immaculate when we walked in and it is decorated beautifully. The bed is nice and firm and the master bath is huge. The balcony is very large and you can see for miles out into the gulf or up and down the beachfront. It is located perfectly between the two elevator banks which makes it the quietest room as you cannot hearn kiddies running up and down the exterior corridor or wagons carrying loads of gear. There is a large screen tv in a nice cabinet in the living area and a smaller one in the bedroom that are perfect size and work perfect. The wifi is excellent and the elevators were some of the fastest we have ever used in a tall tower such as Calypso. The owner is beyond accommodating as he made sure we were able to get in the parking garage and unit without a problem and that everything was as expected. To top it all off, the entire complex lost their cooling tower one night after a tropical storm and we were without ac. And actually he helped us set the room up for maximum comfort before it went offline and did a fantastic job of taking care of us. He felt so bad that he gave us an extra night at no charge. This owner and unit are the best ever. I will definitely book here again next time we come to Panama City Beach.
