This beautifully luxurious detached home is the perfect base for your visit to Scotland. Ideally located just 10 minutes from Glasgow Airport, it offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. Recently refurbished to an exceptional standard, the property combines modern style with a warm, cosy feelâcreating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
The Space:
The property comprises of 3 separate bedrooms. 2 downstairs and one upstairs with a master en-suite.
Ground floor -
Room 1 - One single bed that can be made to a double.
Room 2 - Two large double beds, with wardrobe storage.
Room 3 - King size bed and master en-suite with shower room.
Living room is spacious and large with a log burning fire. Comfortable L shape sofa and stylish modern decor, glass coffee table and wall mounted TV with Netflix, Amazon prime and Freevu TV. 3 metre patio doors, flood in light in the morning and open onto the patio.
Kitchen is brand new with fully integrated appliances - oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker. You can also find a large 8 seater dining area to enjoy a full sit down family meal.
Outside you can enjoy peace and quiet in the hidden garden patio space.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire property throughout their stay, including all rooms and amenities. Check-in details, including access instructions and key collection, will be shared in advance via our electronic guidebook link to ensure a smooth arrival.

Set in the picturesque village of Houston, the home enjoys a peaceful setting while remaining within easy reach of everything you might need. You'll find local restaurants, cafés, shops, and traditional pubs all within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the charm of village life. The property is perfectly situated for exploring Glasgow (just 25 minutes away), the stunning landscapes of Loch Lomond, or even a day trip to Edinburghâwith a direct train taking around 40 minutes. Inside, the house is fully equipped with all the essentials to ensure a comfortable stay for families or groups, including a modern kitchen, stylish bathrooms, and relaxing living spaces.

Johnstone Train Station is just 10 minutes away by taxi, with regular direct services to and from Glasgow Central (approx. 20 minutes).
