The villa spans four levels, including a master suite on the top floor with panoramic views, four ensuite bedrooms on the main level, two more on the lower level for added privacy, and a stylish independent guesthouse beneath the pool. The interiors feature a bright, open-plan living area centered around a statement fireplace, a modern kitchen with a generous island, and a tranquil massage room. Every room is equipped with A/C, satellite TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The expansive outdoor areas include a kidney-shaped heated pool, shaded lounging zones, and alfresco dining spaces—ideal for both sun-soaked afternoons and relaxing sunset evenings.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including all bedrooms, indoor living spaces, terraces, private pool, and the guesthouse. Full daily maid service is included, with towels changed daily and linen refreshed twice a week. Concierge-style services are also available upon request, such as private chefs, massage therapy, transportation, and event planning.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Aleomandra, a peaceful and wind-sheltered area of Mykonos, the villa offers a tranquil setting away from the bustle yet close to the island’s attractions. The position directly faces Delos, granting stunning sea and sunset views in an exclusive and serene environment.

Getting Around:
While car rental or chauffeur services are recommended for ease of exploration, the villa is conveniently located for access to the island’s beaches, restaurants, and nightlife. Private transfer services and vehicle rentals can be arranged upon request.

The property operates under government license numbers AMA 1373169 (villa) and 1373174 (pool). A climate resilience tax of €15 per day is not included in the rate and is payable upon check-in.
