Other Things to Note:
•Security deposit 20% of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorization upon arrival
•Security will be returned within 10 banking days from tenants’ departure to their account provided no damages and extra charges occur.
•Events and parties with precise number of participants are acceptable with extra charges of minimum 1 day hire plus security of min euro 20.000. Security will be returned within 10 days from tenants’ departure to their account provided no damages and extra charges occur.

a) For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:
-Down payment 40% of the total amount upon reservation.
-Balance 60% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.

b) For reservation less than 60 days prior to check-in:
-Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
